4-7 Secrets Just For Two

"You're way too late ~"

"Well, if you didn't have the lights, you wouldn't see anything around here."

Takumi and Walnut, who left their sixteen-night house, are walking slowly toward Yamato's main street. Through the fields and the sides of the fields, I could hear the bugs howling from time to time.

"Speaking of which, I have to find an inn..."

Walnuts have made an unexpected suggestion when Takumi squeaks like she remembered so.

"You can stay at my house ~"

"Yeah, but you can't do it without permission from your family or something, can you?

Walnut returned his words to Takumi, laughing a little lonely at Takumi's words.

"My parents died when I was little. Your only family now is your brother. Your brother probably hasn't come home either and don't worry..."

"Oh, I'm sorry. You asked a bad question..."

"It's okay. Never mind."

Though I didn't know it, Takumi, who asked a nasty question about walnuts, couldn't see the walnut for a while.

(Well, Walnut never talked about his parents. You've done something sorry...)

Walnut laughed bitterly and spoke brightly to Takumi, who looked sorry.

"That's right! I want to show Takumi something!

Takumi was a little relieved to hear the usual cheerful voice of walnuts.

"Hee ~! What kind of stuff is that?

"Pfft! That's a pleasure to see!

I followed Walnut walking in a good mood and after a while I finally got out on Yamato's main street. There were still a lot of people walking out on Main Street and most of the shops were open. After all, the boulevards of the big city still seem busy at night.

Walnuts suddenly stopped a while after I started walking down Main Street.

"What about dinner... I was wondering if anything happened at home? Does Takumi have any bad food or anything?

"Nothing in particular. Could it be something?"

Takumi, who was so close to saying it, remembered that he said that walnuts would burn black every time he just baked meat when he was in the wild last time.

(Can you cook walnuts...?)

Walnut turned his jito eyes to Takumi, who was suddenly silently thinking of something.

"Hey Takumi. Haven't you thought of anything rude right now?

"Haha...... No, no, that's not true. I thought I was getting hungry."

"Really? Well, no. In the meantime, it's still a little while to get home, so bear with me!

Then we proceeded on Main Street, which led to a large mansion in the middle of the island for a while, and after a while we climbed off Main Street again and up a curved slope.

A splendid mansion with a large garden stood in front of them when the slopes ended and they went out to the flat about twenty minutes after the two walked on the slopes.

"Maybe this is the Walnut House?

"Yeah! Right here!

Takumi raised her voice unexpectedly when she walked into the front door about the walnut. When I entered the front door, the space was like the lobby of a luxury inn, and I could see the long hallway leading up to the other side.

(Were the deceased parents rich? This was unexpected)

Walnuts shrugged and little giggled at Takumi looking around with Kyoro Kyoro.

"Let's have dinner first! Don't get lost because the house is pretty big."

"Ah. You're really going to get lost being alone..."

Then they told me about places like toilets, baths and kitchens, and then Takumi told me to wait on the walnuts in the tatami japanese room with a large round shaped shabu-shaped shabu table and a seating futon.

(I knew it was big... this house. I've never seen a fine house like this in my old world)

Hanging axes hanging on the walls of the room or waiting for the walnuts to come for two or thirty minutes staring at the pot opened the barrier and a walnut in apron brought the basin to my personal clothes.

"Pfft! Because even I can cook!

"Oh, you made it! Which..."

Walnuts gained momentum on the shabu table and placed a basin with two large plates and one small plate on it.

(Yeah, I knew...)

The two large plates were ridden with vegetable stir-fried vegetables with a small mixture of ripped rice balls and vegetables carburied in black with a snoring shape.

"What do you think? I tried my best to make it..."

As Walnut stared worryingly at Takumi, Takumi silently took a vegetable stir-fry on a small plate and began to eat it clingy when she took one of the rice balls. Takumi smiled as she quickly finished eating one rice balls and a vegetable stir-fry taken on a small plate.

"Delicious, Walnut! Can I eat all this?

"Eh heh...... thanks! Yeah! I'm fine. There's still some rice balls left in the kitchen."

That's what Walnut said and left the room and headed to the kitchen.

(The vegetables got a little black, but I'm glad Takumi was happy...)

With that in mind, Walnut walked down the hallway to the kitchen to get some rice balls.

Whoa, whoa.

A while after the walnut left the room, Takumi had finished eating the rice balls and vegetable stir-fry before falling back to sleep and looking up at the ceiling of the room.

(The rice balls were soggy and the stir-fried vegetables were bitter... Next time I'll teach you how to cook……)

After a while, a walnut clouding his expression came back to the room saying he had eaten rice balls in the kitchen.

"Sorry, that was a little salty..."

"Haha...... Well, don't worry. Let's cook something together next time."

"Yeah! Thanks. I'm sorry, just a minute after you have a bite to eat, will you follow me?

Don't worry about it.

A ladder hung toward the ceiling as I walked into a room that was climbing a staircase that followed Walnut upstairs.

"You climb this?

"Yeah. Follow me!

Takumi climbed the ladder from behind the walnut, as she was told. And when I climbed up the ladder and went out on the roof, there was a spectacular view in front of me.

"What do you say? This is what I wanted to show Takumi!

From the top of the roof, you can admire the city of Yamato, and the night sky was filled with stars.

"Wow..."

"Right? I've always had bad things to do and I always see the view here when I want to get my feelings excited."

Takumi fell asleep in the same way next to the walnut that lay down and looked up at the night sky.

"I know what it's like to be a walnut. If you see this view, you're going to forget something bad..."

"Heh heh, this was my only secret place! I taught Takumi today, so it's a secret for both of us!

"Ha! Okay. Just the two of us."

After the conversation broke off, they continued to watch the stars of the heavens without getting tired of each other thinking about different things.
