Lead the other world.

Outside Part 4 (Part II)

That night, the maple looked out at the sky on the roof of an empty house that I had rented from a settler because I thought it was different.

(What the hell is she...)

An incredible girlfriend who is supposedly unrecognizable to anyone and not entirely there.

Along the way, I thought for a moment that maple was the only illusion I was seeing, but I was holding my hand tight when I was walking in the woods, and I was holding it powerfully against my back.

And she felt the wind, watching the scenery move at a speed she had never seen, and Maple listened firmly to the exclamation.

(Lumiere is certainly there. Is there some kind of magic...? And why did you live alone in such an unpopular forest?)

And when the maple looked out at the sky with the stars brilliant and unchanged in all times, I heard voices from those at my feet.

"Maple...? What's the matter with you?

I woke up and looked at the one at my feet and there was a lumière as expressionless as ever looking at me.

Seeing that look on his face, Maple grinned bitterly as he was feeling somewhat uncut.

"Want to climb?

"Yeah."

…………

"Oh, I'm sorry. You can't climb."

Maple laughs small and jumps off the building, carries Lumiere and jumps on the roof again and the two fall asleep, looking up at the sky side by side.

They looked up silently for a while, but eventually asked the maple to whine as they looked up at the sky.

"Hey, do you ever feel lonely or...

"Lonely...?

"Have you talked to anyone before?

"I don't know. Not in what I remember......"

Silence flowed again, and suddenly Maple asked Lumiere with his body up and his back turned.

"I'm happy, I've had fun..."

"I don't know, what do you mean?

Lumiere tilts his neck and answers that, Maple looks back and stares at Lumiere.

And Lumiere looked at the look on the maple's face, unconsciously opening her eyes.

Maple had a terribly sad look on his face.

To Lumiere, I didn't know why the maple had such a look, but I somehow realized that the maple might have felt something.

"What's wrong?

"No, I..."

Maple was hoping he would find himself in the same situation as Lumiere.

(Unrecognized by everyone, I haven't felt that consciousness for years... One person continues to live without feeling anything)

I can't imagine at all. And if I could imagine myself in that position, I didn't feel I could stand it.

In thinking about it, my chest ached when I wondered if, when I was gone, Lumiere would continue to live without anyone noticing me until one person died again.

"Well done, Lumiere."

Maple grows kind of hard to look at Lumiere's face and squeals so down his eyes.

"Eat, sleep, just live"

The moment Lumiere answered that to the maple grunt, something changed and resolved in the maple.

"Lumiere, what do you live for?

"For what...?

"Oh, yeah"

When he heard it, Lumiere looked up at the sky and thought for a while, answering.

"I don't know..."

Then, when he heard the answer, Maple suddenly stood up and whined.

"Then why don't you look? What I live for."

"Huh...?

"Why don't you travel with me for a while?

"Journey? With maple?

"Ah...... There may be lots of fun and hard things to do. But I want you to feel it, and I want you to know more."

The maple eyes that talk about it look very dazzling to Lumiere, and I thought I didn't hate it even though I remember some nostalgic feeling.

"Yeah, maybe. I don't know, but something could change..."

Maple turned his eyes round. I thought Lumiere was smiling a little bit at her mouth because of her feelings.

And then it got that answer from Lumière and laughed at Lumière.

"All right, that's settled! Nice to see you again, Lumiere."

"Yeah, nice to meet you, Maple"

This is what Lumiere is about a thousand years ago Lumiere's present self that nobody but Lumiere and Maple knows that Astrea, the Holy Capital, can do. It was such an important memory story.
