[ Note: Level 3 Shop requires interaction with a Main Heroine-tier candidate (one of the five central heroines of the original narrative). Current candidates detected but not yet encountered: 3 of 5. ]
I stared at the shop.
The numbers. The options. The sheer, overwhelming variety of power that was now available to me, if I could earn the points. One thousand four hundred and seventy-five points — enough for one major skill, or one decent weapon, or a handful of accessories.
The Infinite Torrent — twenty-five hundred points. That was the one. The one that would make the sisters sustainable, that would let me fuck without Viagra, without exhaustion, without the chemical crutch that was running low. Infinite stamina. No refractory period. Erection maintained at will. That was the skill that would turn me from a man with a gun into something else entirely.
And the Fleshforge — five thousand points. The ability to heal, to modify, to regenerate lost limbs. The ability to give Lira her leg back — or not, depending on whether the one-legged version was more useful to me. The ability to reshape bodies. To mold flesh.
The Dimensional Ring — twenty-five hundred points. A pocket dimension for weapons, for items, for the gun I was currently tucking into my waistband every time I needed my hands free. The convenience alone would be worth the price.
But all of that was future. Right now, I had one thousand four hundred and seventy-five points, and the first priority was clear.
I closed the shop. Tucked my cock away. Adjusted my trousers. Walked back toward the firelight, where the sisters were waiting and the hero-party women were pretending to sleep and the dungeon’s boss door pulsed with slow, malevolent patience.
‘Level 2 is open,’ I thought, and the satisfaction was a warm, golden thing that settled in my chest and stayed there. ‘Now I just need to earn the points.’
I looked at the sleeping forms of Seraphine and Elwen and Mirra. Three Heroine-tier candidates. Thousands of points walking around in armor and robes and mousy brown hair.
‘I guess I have work to do.’
My eyes found Seraphine.
She slept on her side, her blonde hair loose across the bedroll, her armor removed and stacked beside her, her body wrapped in the thin blanket that did nothing to conceal the contours beneath it. The curve of her hip. The line of her waist. The rise and fall of her chest, each breath pressing her breasts against the fabric, the nipples — even through the layers — faintly visible as two points of warmth in the firelight.
Beside her, Elwen slept sitting upright, her back against the wall, her wand across her knees. Her green hair fell over her face, and her lips — still swollen, still glistening with the residue of what I had deposited there — parted with each soft, elven breath. Her internal voice was silent — the deep, dreamless sleep of a woman whose mind had been overwhelmed and was now processing the overflow in the only way it could.
Beyond them, Mirra slept curled in a ball, her knees to her chest, her mousy hair tangled, her face still bearing the dried tracks of tears. Her internal voice was a murmur — the repetitive, looping thoughts of a woman whose anxiety followed her into sleep: ‘unlucky, always unlucky, but he said it was not my fault, he said—’
And the sisters. Sera and Lira, lying together on the bedroll, their hands intertwined, their breathing synchronized. Lira’s stump rested against Sera’s calf, the new skin pink and tender in the firelight. Their internal voices were quiet — the deep, exhausted sleep of women who had been fucked into unconsciousness and were only now beginning to surface.
The system overlay flickered at the edge of my vision, the arousal meters of each woman displayed in soft, glowing numerals.
Sera Harwick — Arousal: 70/100
Lira Harwick — Arousal: 65/100
Mirra Ashwood — Arousal: 20/100
Elwen — Arousal: 40/100
Seraphine Durnheim — Arousal: 80/100
