"I don't know what a blow to Sandsnake is. I guess I should just say Ray's magic."
Sharr groans as he watches Sandsnake's body, a snake-shaped monster literally crushed by Ray's unleashed magic in one blow.
However, the glitch is about the magical power that you can probably describe as Ray's absurdity.
Schaal himself can naturally use the same magic as Ray. Anyway, the magic of shooting out groundwater firewinds and other things with arrows and bullets can be said to be basic. However, in Ray's case, it has the power to draw a line from the magic used by others in such a way that it is clear from the difference in magic, composition, and image.
"... a little too much, though."
Even as I hear words that can be described as praise for Shahr, I flaunt my shoulders small in front of the body of Sandsnake, which is spreading in front of me.
Fortunately, it can be sold at the highest price as a material - I'm not going to sell it in Ray's case - because the Demon Stone was safe, but the other material was so crushed that I had to give up, including the crusade proof site.
If I tried Ningro Preades or Otis, I would often wonder that the demon stone was safe in that explosion.
"Well, wouldn't it be better to be cautious and pacli? He has a pretty strong poison.... Yeah, with that being said, there are a lot of poisonous monsters out there in some desert hierarchy, but what are the measures around?
Chirali, Preades asks looking to Elaine.
Around the area where the person asking is Elaine, not Ray, it's not that she has a lower heart...... I guess she just decided that Elaine looks older and firm because she's taller.
Ray, who guessed it, has a slightly unintentional look on his face, but he couldn't resist it any more than he had smashed sandsnakes with magic that could be described as an overattack.
Elaine nods with a small grin at how Ray looks like that.
"I bought it yesterday, including the antidote used in the desert."
"Then is there not so much problem? No, I'm in there. He says he doesn't have to buy it separately for this hierarchy because he has the antidotes he's bought so far."
And for the most part, those guys get hurt by this desert poison. That's what I tell you, Preades, but that face has a bitter color on it.
(Or maybe it's this guy's own experience)
Elaine thought of it that way, but decided that she wouldn't even have to bother to say it more than she wouldn't put it in her mouth and say it.
"Well, shall we move on? If we keep going, we'll reach the stairs on the 12th floor of the basement in less than two hours, but let's not be alarmed."
Following the voice of Preades, the Rays continue to follow the peaks of the desert as they are.
Over those Rays, Seto was flying through the sky to alert his surroundings, but I guess he just doesn't imitate that desert monsters would even get their hands on him when he finds out his opponent is Griffon. A few monsters resembling birds were flying through the desert sky, but they never attacked Seto.
Keep it up. As promised when you take on the escort, you go on through the desert talking and listening to things like the least you need to know about acting in the desert and what would be convenient if you knew.
"I mean, it's too late when you feel thirsty. It's important to hydrate the small pieces before that happens.... but if Ray likes to drink the running water dagger water, you don't have to worry about dehydration or anything like that."
To Otis, who looks at herself with envy, Elaine puts nothing in her mouth just to smile bitterly.
Because thanks to the mysteries Ray has, we understand how advantageous we are with the dungeon offense.
And then, for a while, it will prove even more.
"... you're getting a little hungry. Time for lunch, huh?
That's what Ray said.
Having heard that, Preades looks around with a bewildered look.
There is no such thing as a rock resting a short time ago in the area where we are currently walking. There is a slight shade thanks barely to the peak, but that too is only slightly. The three Preades were genuine in wanting to refrain from eating while in direct sunlight.
"Sure, I'm hungry, but I'd rather not have lunch in this environment. If we keep walking like this, we'll be out of here in less than two hours, so why don't we wait that far?
It would have been a natural suggestion if we had made it a Preades working around the desert hierarchy, from the 11th to the 15th basement, but for Ray, the extent of the sun is not a problem at all. We look around and when we find a somewhat flat part, we take the magic tent out of Mystering.
The reaction of those who saw it was divided into two parts.
Elaine laughs knowing what a magic tent looks like. Conversely, the three Preades frown slightly as it only looks like a normal tent from the outside.
On behalf of those three, Preades opens his mouth.
"Ray, I'm sorry, but there's no point in putting out a tent like that in this situation. If you don't at least move to the shade, it'll just get hot and humid in the sun."
"I'm sure that's true for a regular tent... well, come on in"
"... I don't think that makes any sense."
While returning that word, Preades still enters the tent just because it's Ray's recommendation...
"Whoa, whoa, what is this!?
Stunning voices echo outside.
Otis and Sharr probably cared too. He was gazing at Ray, making sure he nodded small before entering the tent and raising a similar voice of surprise.
"I can't help but be surprised by those three, because the magic items in this hand are invaluable.... By the way, Ray, what do you do with the watch? Surely it would be less than Rank D to be able to keep you away from me in this magic tent, wouldn't it? The monsters in this basement level 11 seem to be more than rank C normal."
"I guess. So well...... seto!
You must have noticed a voice calling from the ground. Seto descends to the ground with his wings winged.
"Grrrrrrrrrrrr?"
What's the matter with you? and opens his mouth as he strokes Seto's head as he rings his throat and asks.
"We're going to have lunch in the magic tent for a while, and I'm sorry, but Seto, can you keep an eye on what's going on around us? Call me if there's any danger looming."
"Gru......"
I'm sorry to hear you can't have lunch with Ray, but I understood that there might be more monsters than Rank C that even Ceto couldn't handle in this desert hierarchy with a magic tent. So while I think I'm a little lonely, I guess I decided that's best given Ray and Elaine's safety. He glanced at Ray with his circular eyes and fell asleep beside the magic tent.
Fortunately, because it is a shaded part of the peak, the heat is hot, but it is not unbearable, so I meditate with vigilance on what is going on around me.
"Sorry, Seto. For now, this is your lunch, so taste and eat."
I guess there was also the hindsight of leaving one ceto here. What Ray took out of Mystering was a huge monster that he defeated in the port town of Emosion, the block meat of Rem Race. It's the part where I baked the outside over high heat and trapped gravy inside. It is a simple flavor of salt and vanilla alone, but it can be said that it makes use of the flavor of lemon lace meat.
"Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
I noticed a delicious smell drifting from the meat in front of me, Seto clinging with his throat ringing.
Ray and Elaine looked at each other like that and smiled small and went inside the magic tent.
"Hey, could this be a magic tent!?
Schaal's cry echoes inside the magic tent one foot ahead of the Rays.
Preades, who was first inside the magic tent, was not damaged by Sharr's cry because he was a little far away, except Otis, who came in with him.
I scream back at that voice screamed out of the blue next door, holding my ear by accident.
"Please lower the volume of your voice!
"Oh, I'm sorry.... but look at this. It's a magic tent, no matter what you think. Where did you get this? Normally when I buy it, I need light gold or something!?
The voice is suppressed more than it was when I was embarrassed, but the still excited Shahr's voice is louder.
Whether it's Otis or Preades, who was rarely looking inside a magic tent, I can't help but breathe in such Shar's words.
For the three of us who are only a Rank D party, we've never even seen a white gold coin instead of a light gold coin.
"The reward for participating in the spring war."
A voice that can be hung from behind three people solidified that way. I didn't have to wonder who the Lord of that voice was.
"Apparently, you surprised me."
"Normally, you'd be surprised."
Ray came inside the magic tent with a little pride and Elaine whining sighing at how Ray looked like that.
However, even for Elaine, the only thing that embarrasses Ray is her mouth, and her gaze is directed at the three Preades.
"... when you say spring war, are you sure you're with the Bestian Empire?
"Mr. Ray was given an alias for that war, wasn't he?
Preades, as we nodded at Otis' words, beside Sharr looking around in the magic tent, who returned to me from a temporary stunner, Ray nodded as we went into the room and served our share of lunch on the table.
There were two lunches made at the Golden Wind Pavilion that were served on the table. Both, however, are packed tightly with tons of sandwiches that you won't be able to eat out trying to be adventurers who eat more than the average person. Whether you smelled the sandwich or felt it cool in the magic tent, Yellow also shows up from Ray's nostalgia and heads toward Elaine.
I guess my appetite was stimulated when I saw the sandwich on the table, even as I was surprised by the appearance of such a yellow. Preades belly worms began to assert themselves violently, and that was the same for Otis and Sharr again.
"Hmm? You didn't prepare lunch?
Preades and Otis smile bitterly at Ray, who asks as he washes his hands using a running water dagger and bucket, and Sharr frowns and opens his mouth.
"You know, normal adventurers don't hold sandwiches and stuff in the dungeons, and they can't bring them in the first place. Dried meat and other preserved foods are delicate. Maybe Porter can bring in some better food, but still, I can't do soft bread or anything like that first."
- Ray nods at Sharr's words screaming all the time, wondering if that's what it is.
Or this is the normal adventurer, and if it wasn't for a narrow place called Dungeon, it would have been somewhat better when it came to the food situation. It would be an easy soup just to burn and bring the dried meat back with water.
But naturally you can't imitate that in a limited space called a dungeon. Because imitation like that in a closed space can only be a factor in attracting enemies.
Most importantly, in places like this basement on the 11th floor, where everything in the hierarchy is desert, burning fire is not easy to attract enemies, but in the case of the Preades, they are here in the first place with emphasis on their lightness, so when it comes to the food they have, it was exquisite such as dried meat and dried fruit prepared just in case.
"... does it taste bad if we just eat like this? I can't help it. Look, it's all yours."
Tell him so, and remove the sandwich from the mysteries - but not from the golden wind pavilion, previously purchased from the stall - and put it on the table.
As a characteristic of mystering, the sandwiches placed on the table tasted freshly made, even though they had been purchased long before. A simple sandwich in soft white bread with stir-fried meat and vegetables, but would be ideal for eating when you're still hungry.
"Yes, okay?
"Oh. I can't believe Elaine and I are the only ones eating delicious food in front of you. Just think of this hierarchy as an information fee."
"... bad. You're giving me information for the escort."
Preades shrugging, lowering his head small and reaching for the sandwich.
Otis and Sharr also reached for the sandwich, and the five of them finished a meal that could even be described as the finest in the dungeon.
