"Wow..."

Ray walks into Azimov's house and squeals unexpectedly.

In fact, it was just not strange to be squealed like that.

There are such things as appliances and some kind of monster material that you don't know how to use at first glance everywhere, books about alchemy, and not even foot stomps… but they are still scattered enough to see and understand.

Ray won't be the only one who envies Seto waiting outside, as usual.

But Azimov opens his mouth regardless of such a ray.

"Sit down, please. So it was the Devil's Sword."

"... you're the one trying to move on in this situation."

Pamidor tells her as she drops her stuff off on the couch and secures her place to sit.

Ray also makes sure he has a place to sit before placing the Devil's Sword on the table.

Are you sure there was a sofa?

Because of Azimov's personality, it was not necessarily that there was no such thing as having trouble without the kind of sofa.

But Azimov needs to eat, and sometimes he invites guests home, like this one.

Given the area, I guess the couch is still a must.

Most of the time, there were things on that couch that Ray didn't understand.

"This demon sword seemed to be a substitute for being made with fairly high technology... but even if it's broken, it might be a little hard to fix it as it is"

"I mean, you're not gonna fix it?

Ray asks unfortunately to Azimov, who whines with the patterned part in his hand.

But to Ray's words, Azimov thinks a little before continuing his words.

"Right. Even if I fixed it, I find it difficult to let it demonstrate its ability to be completely like the original demon sword. A few percent must be incapacitated."

"... a few percent, huh? I'm pretty sure it's like that."

Pamidor shrugs, too, with his broken torso in his hand.

There was no mistake that its ability was powerful enough, even if it fell somewhat, only for a demon sword with undoubtedly high abilities.

But still, fixing it after being incapacitated for Pamidor and Azimov is not funny as an arm-written blacksmith or alchemist.

That's why Azimov continues his words by transferring his gaze from the Devil's Sword to Ray.

"If you fix it as a demon sword like this, your abilities will be diminished. But if we're going to use this demon sword as a completely new weapon... I think we can reduce the degradation of performance rather than fix the demon sword, what do we do?

"Can you do that?

It was Ray, who had the assumption that he would remain the Devil's Sword to fix it exactly, but he asks back with a surprise look on his face at the words coming out of Azimov's mouth.

"Oh. Of course I may not be able to do that to a bad-armed alchemist around here, but I look like this, because I'm an alchemist with arms."

I guess I'm more confident in my strengths. That's what Azimov says.

Listening to Azimov's words, Ray's gaze is directed towards Pamidor.

Is that true? It was a gaze to ask, but Pamidor nods back at Ray like that.

In the first place, if Azimov were an alchemist with only a mouth, Pamidor would never have been so deeply involved either.

Azimov's arm was definitely satisfactory enough for Pamidor because he still brings the job this way without stopping dating along the way.

Even if my mood changes my skill, I have at least Pamidor's demanding arm.

Having confirmed that, Ray turns his gaze towards Azimov again.

"So what exactly would a new weapon be?

"Talk to Pamidor around there, too. We're going to work with that."

Ray glances at the Devil's Sword and then again turns his gaze to Pamidor.

"I don't care about you. I think I can handle most of it if I don't have to."

I guess I can say this all because I'm still highly skilled as a Pamidor blacksmith.

"If you don't mind any weapon... basically what I use is a death size, then a spear... or a dagger?

For Ray, the next most frequently used weapon in Death Size would be a spear.

Instead of using it normally, I throw it and use it on ranged attacks.

Or a dagger to use when approached to the inside of a Death Size Interval.

Azimov frowns slightly at the words coming out of Ray's mouth.

"The dagger is a little difficult given its size and shape. What about the spear... Pamidor?

"I have no problem with both. What about Azimov?

"I don't have a problem with spears this way. It's not a demon sword, it's a demon spear. That's funny again, too.... Hmm, for once, I'd like to ask, what was the original ability of this demon sword? Even if I rebuild it into a spear, there's nothing I can do about it that I don't understand."

That's what Azimov was going to ask, but all Ray could do was shake his neck to the side.

Sure, I knew this long sword was the Devil's Sword, but because I never saw him clearly use the Devil's Sword's abilities in the fight against noise.

Actually, maybe Ray just didn't realize he was using his abilities as a demon sword, but still doesn't make a difference that he doesn't know Ray in the end.

"Yeah? You don't know what you're capable of?

"Oh, it will. Maybe, but I broke my body before I showed my ability to do the Devil's Sword."

"... that would be a little difficult. If you don't know what you're capable of, you're going to get your hands on it while analyzing what kind of demon sword it is. That's gonna take a lot of time, huh? Maybe a cheap demon sword around here would do the right thing, but I can't afford to lose myself to the demon sword that Rank S Adventurers used."

"Specifically, how much?

"I don't know. I'm looking into how much magic this demon sword is, so if you do poorly, it could be months, years, and I think you need to see it for about a month even if you don't get that far."

Ray frowns at Azimov, who returns his words looking at the patterned part of the Devil's Sword.

It's a magic item that Noise was using, so I knew it would take a while to fix it.

But still, it's totally unexpected that months, let alone years, will take time.

"Can we do something about it a little bit more? At least it would help if they were available by next spring."

"That being said, you're turning a demon sword into a demon spear, aren't you? It takes time to figure out how to do it. Sometimes you need certain other materials.... What do we do? Honestly, I can't recommend it."

Asked by Azimov, Ray gets lost.

Surely turning a demon sword into a demon spear is definitely the best choice for Ray.

I don't know how effective it is, but in Ray, who is still unfamiliar with the treatment of long swords, because the Devil's Sword in the corner is likely to rot in the treasure.

"Okay. Then do me a favor with a demon spear.... What happens to the price?

"If I can get Griffon material, I won't complain. Not many of those materials, the ones that can be used, the ones that can be used."

"... okay?

"Naturally. That was Ray. You don't seem to understand the value of a griffon, but that material is pretty scarce, huh? Well, if there's still something behind me, it's overwhelmingly positive for me if you keep handing me the Griffon material."

That far? Ray putting it on his face without thinking.

But if you think of the alchemists and merchants in the Bestian Empire who managed to come into contact with Seto to get the material, I guess Azimov's words are by no means daunting.

Judging by that, he nods... and comes up with something and takes it out of the mysteries.

It's, like, a round gemstone substitute.

However, it is cut diagonally and divided into two parts.

It's the nucleus of the dungeon that Ray attacked.

But the nucleus of a dungeon is not so easy to get into the market.

Azimov, too, probably didn't know what it was at first. I try to examine the top half of the nucleus of the dungeon I received from Ray and see, but I shake my neck sideways in the wind I put up, not knowing what it was in the end.

"What is this? Something I've never seen before. Pamidor, do you understand?

"Give me a loan"

Pamidor receives the top half of the dungeon that Azimov had and checks it out, but after touching it for a minute, he ends up putting it on the table without knowing what it is.

"I don't know. What the hell?"

Pamidor and Azimov, Ray, whose gaze of doubt is pointed at them by the two, tell them to boast with no heart or an arc on their lips.

"It's the core of the dungeon."

'What?'

To the words that jumped out of Ray's mouth, Pamidor and Azimov all raise their missing voices between them.

I guess I never thought such a substitute would come out.

In that situation, the first person to return it to me was Pamidor.

"With that said, he said he was going to the dungeon yesterday after he came to me... no way he attacked the dungeon yesterday!?

"Correct. Thanks to the fact that I just made it and it wasn't wide enough."

That being said, there were more than fifty rank C monster gamelions in the room with the nucleus of the dungeon.

If you were an adventurer around there, you could have gotten to a room with a nucleus of dungeons, but that's definitely where it ended.

Ray is why we can deal with a bunch of Rank C monsters... On the contrary, we could imitate Ningro Meat Assurance.

Pamidor, unaware of the circumstances, just nods as impressed.

"Dungeons? Sure it was about a few days away in the carriage?

"Uh... right. In your case, will that happen?"

Pamidor opens his mouth scratching his head to Azimov, who could not understand the conversation between the two.

"I do have a dungeon where you say it too. However, a dungeon was recently discovered near Gilm. The monsters that come out are basically just weak miscellaneous fish, and I'm talking about substitutes like deteriorating materials, but dungeons are dungeons."

"... So you think the nucleus of this dungeon is real?

"I can't say anything because I've never seen the nucleus of a dungeon directly, but the fact that Ray says confidently so far, I guess so. Right?"

You wouldn't come up with a fake in a place like this, would you? To Pamidor, who tells him so with his eyes, Ray nods back without looking upset.

"Oh, it's authentic. It's real. Well, the only way to prove that is to go to the dungeon and go to the room where the nucleus was... but honestly, I wouldn't recommend it because it's no stranger to me whenever I collapse than I've taken the nucleus of the dungeon. Fortunately, it doesn't seem like it's going to collapse at all at the moment, so it might stay that way unexpectedly."

"... I see. Then can I keep the nucleus of that dungeon for once? If you can use this demon sword, I'd like to use it."

"Can you use it that way?

Ray a little surprised by Azimov's words.

Ray was also the one who put out the dungeon's nucleus, but still didn't think it was really usable material.

Against the Devil's Sword, too.

"I don't know if I can. It's just like considering it.... Pamidor, how about you?

"I don't care what they say. It is certainly an interesting material. What would it look like if I used the nucleus of the dungeon as an ingredient when striking a weapon? I can't say I'm not interested."

Azimov was followed by an interesting look Pamidor, but the nucleus of the dungeon is scarce... you know that's not as easy to get material as you gave money. While I try to spare you, I still don't say I want it.

"I don't mind using the nucleus of the dungeon if it's necessary to make that demon sword a demon spear. Otherwise... as a blacksmith, Ceto's material, well, wings and hair, but if that's okay, I'll reward you? I don't care if it's for a piece of gamellion meat, or if it's gold."

"... Mm..."

Pamidor worried about Ray's words.

The meat of Gamelion, which has barely been caught this year, is also very attractive, but it will be rejected immediately.

Sure, you can eat Gamelion's meat as you like, but it's not something a family of three could eat up if it was for one in the first place. It's winter, so it'll be later than summer, but that's not absolute.

For example, I would give it to someone who lives in the neighborhood… that doesn't mean that much profit will eventually be made in my own home.

It's not that the Pamidoles neglect to hang out with their neighbors, of course, but that was a different story from this.

For example, it would be Ceto's material or gold...

Pamidor, who worried for plenty of minutes, opens his mouth.

"With Ceto's material, please"

As a blacksmith, I can't go against my desire to make a weapon out of Griffon material.

Still, I had deluded myself that a weapon made of Griffon material would cost a good deal depending on where I sold it... but in Pamidor's brain, my beloved wife snorted to accept the decision even as she smiled bitterly.
