Legend
2003 Story
"Wahahahahahaha!
"Hey, delicious. Really delicious. I'm so glad I joined you for this job!
"Well, you can eat so much delicious liquor and food"
Everyone drinks and cooks.
The total number of people is ten.
The number of people who have circled and gathered several villages and cities from the first village.
... With all this number, it would naturally be a rather narrow situation in the seto cage and almost impossible to get around, so after about an hour of flying I would go down to the ground and take a short break... etc., while I was repeating things, it ended up at night.
The original seto cage is made for around five people to ride, so I guess that's natural too.
Most importantly, I thought I would be camping today from the start, so I have been well prepared for alcohol and food.
Nevertheless, the food is what Ray originally stored in his mistering, and the liquor is locked in this... narrow place, which means he's been buying a fair amount of delicious and prestigious liquor to keep them from getting grumpy.
Naturally, the cost of purchasing the liquor comes from the upper levels of the Alliance and Guild.
For that reason, the banquets were currently being held as if to clear up the depression that had been packed in Seto cages during the day.
(Seto cage, if it's a little bigger, we could take a lot more of them)
I don't like alcohol. Ray thinks so while eating the dish he took from the mistering with Seto.
Most importantly, the capacity of Seto cages ranges from five to six people in the sense that they can all be slow and amazing without stress.
Given that, putting in ten people even if it was somewhat cramped wasn't that much of an impossible story.
Even less seems a lot easier than the city's stuffed train Ray saw when he was in Japan.
... Though Ray didn't need such narrow thoughts as he was traveling on Seto's back.
"All right, then, let's start with me!
One of them suddenly rises up and starts singing in the midst of a drunken noise.
What was surprising to Ray was that he was never bad at that song of a song... no, I guess he was good at Ning Ro.
It's a song about a childhood friend going missing in the mountains and a cunt heading to the mountains at night to look for it.
Defeat the monster, defeat the bandit, and find the woman who is lost in the mountains.
There are flowers in a woman's hand, which, only once every few years, bloom on a full moon night.
The woman offered the flower, which is used for the confession of love, toward the woman who came looking for herself... and the woman was embraced and confessed of love.
Singing such a song with a different delicacy than what it sees, he gets a big compliment from the others who were listening to it.
Ray also applauds honestly.
That's better than a lousy bard. There was something to make me think so.
(Doesn't it make more money to do a bard than to do a gig? No, is it true that being among these members who have gathered good arms means that they are good arms as well)
Unsurprisingly versatile, Ray is only slightly impressed.
Most of all, I would feel subtle if they told me it was a multitude of tricks from being like Ray.
From the side, Ray is a high-ranking adventurer with an alias, the only known to obey Griffon, has a very rare item box, uses a variety of magic besides flames - in fact, a death-size skill - and even has first-rate skills as a warrior.
That would not be strange if Ray praised me for being multi-skilled or in a subtle mood.
"Okay, then I'm next!
The first twist is followed by another twist, but that was clearly awkward in skill compared to the first twist.
Nevertheless, if you see them still singing comfortably, you will all have an unexpected laugh of delight.
That's how the banquet lasts for about two hours, and eventually Ray opens his mouth.
"Tomorrow is early, and it's time for bed. I'm bringing a few capes at once, so hang this up and go to sleep. However, even in a magic tent, with all this number, it's quite small, so even if he doesn't like it, he can sleep outside the magic tent, near the bonfire."
Ray's magic tent has a lot of space.
But some people can't sleep when someone is nearby, or when there are too many people, so I'll say that for once.
And I guess Ray wasn't wrong because the fact is the four of us have been saying that we sleep outside the magic tent.
Most importantly, the four of them don't want to sleep yet, so they want to make a little more noise outside, which is why they don't sleep in the magic tent.
"Bye, Seto. I asked for a watch. … and finally, those four."
"Gru!"
Seto gets it in Ray's words, and he squeals.
They were also scared of Seto at first, but when we awesome together for some time, Seto is never the one to be scared of... At least they found out that he has a nostalgic character unless he did harm, and even though he hasn't completely forgiven himself for the first day yet, he became somewhat believable.
Seto knows that too, so he falls asleep a little away from the squirrels talking around the burning fire to be on perimeter alert.
Nevertheless, there is basically no monster that strong, as this is nothing like the periphery of the guilm......
Essentially, sometimes there are strangely strong monsters out there.
Outside the border, it is important to…
"Oh, if I could see the lights, I knew you were camping here. Hey, you guys. Camping in a place like this is dangerous, huh? Do you want a caution stick or something?
It was a man in his twenties or so who showed up from the bushes around him and said so.
From the side, it seems like you're saying it in good faith...
"Grrrrrrrrrrrr"
As the man speaks to the end, Seto gets up with his throat rattling.
Didn't the man realize Seto existed or suddenly he saw a risen Seto and stopped moving...
"Grrrrrrrr!"
When Seto rings, twenty wind arrows appear around him.
Seto's skills, windows arrow.
That wind arrow flies toward the bushes around, not the man who appeared upright......
"Wow!
"Hey, scratches, scratches!
"Damn, what the hell happened!?
"You know what! Than that, something sucks about the ringing now! We're getting away!"
I heard voices like that, and I heard many fleeing the scene as I scratched the bushes.
I guess the first man to talk to them also heard his buddies flee.
He fled the scene at full speed.
"... a bandit, maybe?
"Gru."
To his words, Seto sounds his throat and puts him to sleep on the spot again.
If Seto was the only one on this scene, it would have been after the bandits who had fled.
But now Seto is also asked by Ray to protect the four men in this room.
Though there were only signs of other animals around, it was certain that we should stop pursuing bandits and thoughts of existence like this.
"Ohh... Ohh? What was it, now?"
"Maybe he was a bandit, wasn't he?
"Huh? Is that true?"
Each squeaks at the series of streams Seto has driven away the bandits in a manner that only he could see.
I know what happened, but I guess you don't fully understand that.
Of course, there is no harm done to the bandits in the villages and cities where they live.
No, it was true that bandits were more victimized in places that were not near the Ning Lo border, with little damage to monsters.
But still, bandits rarely do things like attack villages, and it is overwhelming that only one or a few of them are attacked on their way to the villages.
In this sense, bandits rarely attack us.
It's only natural to think about it, but many people have muscles that most people can see from their work.
It was certain that attacking such a quarrel would likely be repelled by bandits around it.
And while you're at it, there are very few things you can get even if you attack it.
If you are like a merchant, you have the kind of gold and merchandise, but you get it even if you attack the axe… starting with the axe, the tool of the axe, etc.?
Having the power would sell it if you wanted to sell it as an illegal slave, but it's true that it still tastes considerably less as a prey.
More than that, it was only natural that fewer species of rice would be targeted.
At least that's what it was like in the place where they lived...
"What do you think you were gonna do when you attacked us? Besides... Seems like a pretty good number of people got away with Seto's attack."
When one of the others looks at Seto in such a way as to be scared and whines like that, each of the others opens his mouth.
"Whatever we are, Ray's got a magic item, so isn't it weird to be attacked?... but I don't see how a bandit could do Ray."
"Uh... well, if only I could show that strength"
That's what he tells Ray, remembering when he had an arm wrestle on the way to dinner.
I knew Ray was an adventurer with an alias, but still his appearance.
Of all the faces I have here, Ray is the least reliable if it means just appearance.
That's why I tried arm wrestling...... naturally everyone lost light, even if it took two or three to challenge Ray for an arm wrestling, he couldn't win.
Nevertheless, that is understandable only because I tasted one end of Ray's prowess on its own, and I cannot understand that if I try to be bandits.
"Well, considering it's been attacking me since this time, it doesn't matter what Ray looks like, it means he's attacked me looking at the lights on the bonfire,"
"I guess. Otherwise, you won't attack Ray, who's said to eat bandits."
"... bandit-eating? What, that?
"Hmm? You don't know? Unlike Deep Red, the bandits are afraid of Ray, who has a hobby of raiding the bandits."
"Bandits... no well, I guess it's not weird if you're an adventurer..."
If you try them, you can understand if you encounter bandits and defeat them, but you can't understand imitations like looking for them from yourself and defeating bandits...
Though, I wouldn't be more dissatisfied with that than Ray is actually doing with it.
A bandit is only harmful if you try to be one who lives normally.
More than that, the presence of Ray, who moves on from himself and defeats the bandits, is not something to be dissatisfied with, even if it is something to be pleased with, if you try to be the one who lives normally.
... they want the bandits in the vicinity of their village to be defeated as a priority. Sometimes I think so.
"Whatever... Seto, thank you. Thank you."
"Gru?"
One of the squawks speaks that way to Seto, who is lying a little further away.
Thus, I guess because I was a little far away, the bandits never noticed Seto's presence either.
"I didn't realize the bandits were approaching, and I didn't realize that they were surrounded by bandits. If Seto wasn't here, we'd definitely be attacked by bandits... even if we're lucky, living and enslaved. In the worst case scenario, he must have been killed. It wasn't because of Seto, was it?
"Gru."
Yeah, and. Seto snarls his throat as he snorts at the words of the poem.
No matter how much they usually work with their bodies, and their power is stronger than normal, in the end it is only the average person.
It may be strong to fight, but I wouldn't even say it's impossible, but it's definitely quite difficult to fight and win for real against bandits who are used to fighting and attacking.
If so, it was only natural for us to thank them for helping ourselves, even if we remembered our fear of the existence of Seto.
I will say a word of thanks to Seto so that the others can go on in such a manner.
Seto, too, didn't mean to be appreciated for helping, he only helped because Ray asked him to.
But still, if appreciated, I was naturally happy with that.
Thus, let it be not entirely, Seto succeeded in breaking it down with some of the pockets… it would surprise even the other pockets who came out of the magic tent the next morning, as well as Ray.
