Let's Manage The Tower
(6) Connection with artifacts
Dana is a fortuneteller on the outskirts of Mixen.
Originally an orphan, Dana was taken over by the master of fortunetelling what she liked and knocked into the technique.
Dana still doesn't understand why the master took over the word "you don't have talent", which was heard many times by the master.
When asked about it, the master either deceived or shut his mouth.
The master had already died, and in the end he couldn't ask why.
It's already been a year since my master disappeared.
In the meantime, Dana lived to defend her master's teachings while turning around town.
It was undoubtedly thanks to the fortune taught by the master that I was able to make enough money to eat.
A little change came to Dana just two months ago.
I found a slightly dirty mirror at a campsite on my way to Mixen, mixed by a carriage of a pedestrian.
However, it was only the outside that was dirty, and after polishing with proper procedure, a beautiful gloss appeared.
It was a small coincidence that I thought of using the water mirror as a tool of divination.
When I was washing a large dish-like mirror, I wondered if I could use it as a divination tool with plenty of water.
I've heard stories about how water mirrors are meant to be used when water is put in.
Instead of the myth, I was hoping that the result of divination would come out.
Once in a while, fortune-telling results appeared on the water.
After I understood it, I used it as a divination tool as I do every day.
The use of unusual tools led to rumours that they were making better money than the towns they used to be.
However, I also know that if it is hit too strangely, I can watch my eyes, so I am aiming for it without too much contact and not too much detachment.
Because of this, the rumor of divination using unusual tools initially turned into a perception of unusual divination that is no different now.
I know very well that in the world of fortune-telling where I am, it should not stand out strangely, especially if I am doing it individually.
Dana has always rented a room in a corner building for divination since she came to Mixen.
There are several other spaces in the building where fortunetellers do divination.
Basically, those who do divination individually often turn towns one after the other in the flow, so there are places that rent out these spaces.
Such shared buildings exist in large towns to say the least.
On that day, Dana went to the space she always rented and put out a sign of fortune.
And showing the fortune-telling results to the usual visitors, a couple with milk drinks came in several pairs.
The combination is not particularly unusual.
The fortune-telling content was also very common: "I want you to fortune-telling where this child is going."
Strongly speaking, it's not normal for a lady to look too beautiful, but that's all.
But, including in the middle of fortune-telling, Dana somehow became concerned about the couple.
And it continued even after the divination was over.

The rumored fortuneteller was a room in a building where fortunetellers, known as fortunetellers, were gathered and operated.
I brought Mick with me to Peach so she wouldn't be surprised by her knowledge of fortune telling and having children with her.
I don't know if it worked, but I was able to get my fortunetelling done very normally.
"How was it?
"Hmm. It was a very ordinary fortune-telling. Nothing particularly changed."
I came all the way to Peach during child-rearing to see first-hand the fortune-telling done by the rumored fortuneteller.
"Aren't there any other divinations using water mirrors?
"Yes, but fortune-telling is basically the same. Now, how do you read the results of the tools you use?"
The examiner is quite an amateur in fortune-telling.
I nodded convinced that if peaches were like that, it would be like that.
This time Peach asked me about such an exam.
"So, how was the water mirror at stake?"
"Oh, that? Definitely the artifact that disappeared from the Divine Realm."
Peach blinked his eyes at such an expedition.
"What if I didn't come here to retrieve it?"
"Hmm, I meant to, but I thought I'd take a look."
Peach leans his head toward such a study aid.
How are things going?
"Yeah, I've seen it, but it looks like we're already connected to the artifact. I thought there was no point in forcing him to take it."
"I see. Is that so?"
It was only to the extent that I somehow felt the aid, but I decided to believe that feeling here.
And Peach, who asked the question, did not question the feeling of the examiner.
I am not going to deny what I felt when I felt the connection between the two that I could not feel at all at peach.
In addition, it was clear what would happen if the connection were inadvertently touched.
In some cases, it can also lead to the runaway of divine instruments.
Even if I found out that it could be the end result of the fall if I took it up poorly, it was a harvest for Kaiseki.
All you have to do is to keep that artifact from getting caught up in some weird noise.
I was thinking about that, but I noticed a strange face on the way from the peach walking next door.
"Huh? Peach? What's the matter with you?
"Well, that's right. I wonder what this is."
I tilted my neck and turned it back because I didn't really understand Peach.
"Something, like this... strange heartbeat or restlessness, it feels strange."
"Maybe you're also working as a protective force?
The assistance given to Peach has so far worked in areas such as prediction and fortune-telling.
Other than that, special abilities have been demonstrated in the past, but that was a very limited force.
If Peach's protection feels something in this case, it may not be good to just wait and see.
That's what I thought, but there are more ways I can do it than I can get rid of it.
"Well, what's going on?"
I suddenly murmured in words and looked at the research aid with a troubled peach.
I know that my words are bothering me.
However, to the peach with such a face, Kaiseki shook his neck to the left and right.
"You don't have to look like that. Instead, you'll have to keep telling me if you feel anything."
Yes ~
Peach nodded with joy at the words of the examiner.
Achieving the goal of seeing the rumored fortunetellers for the first time, Kaiseki returned to the management of the tower.
It may be said that finding the object of interest from the beginning was an unexpected result.
Depending on the state of the peach, it would be better to decide what to do in the future as soon as possible, but I was going to think about it after the management settled down.
I don't think that things will change suddenly in a day or two.
In that case, Kaiseki thought that it would be okay to consult with other members before deciding.
