Let's Manage The Tower
(9) Special monster?
It is an amamiya tower with 100 floors in total, but only about two-thirds of it is actually used.
In addition, a very small number of them are hierarchies in which there are no people or family members.
Speaking of what those hierarchies were used for, it was completely a playground for study aid.
The examiner himself tried various things called experiments, but he also did things that only seemed to be a play from the surroundings.
One of those success stories would be the hierarchy of slime islands with only slime.
When I first created a hierarchy where only the ocean existed, Colette, for example, looked stunned, "What are you doing?"
Still, they are supposed to create the existence of the island of Slime, and even create a lot of slimes that are too special, so it is natural for everyone to think that they do not know what will happen to the study aid.
However, there are only as many success stories as the island of Slime, so it is unchanged that people around me think it is still the scope of play.
It was Floria who found such a playground and twisted her neck.
"Hey, Kowske. What did you make this for?
Having said that, I followed Florian's fingertips pointing to the control panel, and after a moment of reflection, I was satisfied.
"Oh, that's it. Sure, it was originally built to build the island of Slime, and it's a hierarchy that's left over from its remnants."
In the eyes of Kaiseki and Florian, who answered that, there was a hierarchy dotted mostly with islands in the ocean.
Floria nodded and continued to be convinced that she would feel that way.
"I see. You left some islands in the ocean?
"No, the other way around. I should have made a continent dotted with mountains and built a sea there."
Floria nodded again, thinking of the scene.
"Why didn't you do it the other way around? Surely Slime Island made an island out of the sea?
"Why did you say that... because you built a mountain where there was no ocean, and you put it there?
There was no particular reason for the exam.
Simply testing what happens when you create a polar place from the state of the original hierarchy can only answer that.
It is no exaggeration to say that I wanted to build Slime Island because I came up with what would happen if I made it in the reverse pattern of this hierarchy.
Of course, it didn't work out even if we suddenly built the island and just put the slime on it, so there are many other things I have tried.
However, it is an unmistakable fact that the method of making an island after making the sea is fundamental.
"As far as I'm concerned, I think it's more of an idea than a logical one."
After a slightly dazed gaze from Florian, Kaiseki turned his face to the side.
"Well, sometimes that happens."
"Sometimes.... well, that's good. Sometimes it's going so well."
Floria sighed and said so.
I asked Florian that question so that the examiner would turn away from the topic.
"Still, why are you talking about Slime Island now? I think I checked it a long time ago.
It wasn't the same question this time, but I've talked about Slime Island on various occasions.
I've heard of Florian personally, and I've spoken with other members.
I didn't know why I had to ask you that again in the meantime.
"No, I was just wondering what it would be like to do it in the southwest tower. It doesn't make much sense."
"Oh, that's what I'm talking about."
There are many kinds of examinations, such as asking thoughtful questions.
As Florian put it, the examiner nodded honestly without any particular thought.
When it comes to tower management, Kaiseki sometimes asks other members questions, and vice versa.
I think it's the usual thing, so I'm going to flush it there.
Florian asked me more about the exam.
"I feel even better now because I'm a god beast, but why was it a slime?
"What? Didn't I tell you?
No, I think I've heard of it, but I don't really remember it.
The fact that Slime is a god beast for Kaiseki (the god of the present) has already spread to the general public.
Few would wonder, but for Florians, it was only before they became god beasts that they knew they were building Slime Island, so it's not surprising to think so.
Though I had the feeling that I had answered before, I decided to answer seriously.
"No, slime is said to be the weakest monster, so I thought if I could keep them under control and raise them, they might help the rest of my family."
Floria's eyes were rounded by surprisingly serious answers.
"Really? I used to think it was a hobby.
"Of course there is."
Looking at Floria's face, Kaiseki replied with a bitter smile.
Floria nodded as she looked at the examiner's face and continued to listen.
"So, did you help the rest of your family?
Naturally, in response to the Florian question, Kaiseki twisted his neck with his arms tied.
"Mm-hmm. It's a tough place. I stood when I said I stood up, and it didn't matter when I said it didn't matter."
"What is that? That's not a very clear answer."
"I mean, don't you think it's like a slime to be raised in such a limited environment?
Slime Island is free of monsters other than Slime.
In such an environment, it would be a delicate place for other family members to grow up properly.
Even if you did the same with a wolf, you can keep feeding with Summon Monsters, but it would be delicate to be able to hunt normally.
In other words, in Safari Park, it is almost the same as the animals being fed under control.
I think it is okay to return to the wild (other hierarchy) because the hunting style is prepared, but Kaiseki thought there would be trouble.
Floria nodded until she understood the idea of examinations.
"Is the bird raised in the cage the same as the bird that suddenly dies when it is released?"
"Well, it's quite an extreme example, but that's what it is."
So the slime is special after all.
"Rather than being special, it could be said to have succeeded because it was possible to learn all the skills originally.
I didn't check the exam aid properly, so I dare say it in the form of a question.
I didn't really think about farming on my own.
Did Florian think about the same thing? As she was talking, she happened to look at Sula sitting on her head and looked convinced.
With regard to the possibility of the slime mentioned by Kaiseki, it can be said that Sura is really embodying it.
After all, Floria, who saw Sula, abandoned trying to do the same except for the slime.
