Let's Manage The Tower

(5) Convenient Servitor

The outbreak of a group of goblins was reported in the next nearby village where they stopped.

The florians are a merchant caravan, not a monster crusader.

Even if you go to the investigation at the merchant caravan's behest, you don't imitate jumping in on your own.

The villagers were well aware of that, so they were rather pleased to receive the report.

The most terrifying thing about monsters is that the time comes without knowing anything.

It is comforting to learn that even a goblin has come out in a group.

And Florians, who had left the village with Goblin information, soon went to their next destination.

The caravan was still opposed to the monsters at a daily pace after meeting with a group of Goblins.

Each time, two wolves would be active, but at the end of the escort, it was accepted as a matter of course.

"Oh dear, you've made this a lot easier."

Arriving at the point where it would take half a day to reach the town, which is the end point, Euget said so with an emotional look.

"Really?

Hearing the words, the merchant man looked strange.

The merchant I heard that belonged to a certain chamber of commerce and had never been involved in a peddling business before.

Incidentally, now that it's the last camp, both adventurers and merchants are eating.

Jugget nodded to the merchant and advised him.

"Was this your first trip? To be clear, few merchants go this fast, so don't get me wrong.

"That's right. The reason the monsters were so easily defeated was because they could afford to discover them."

As Tyce answered as he took over to Uget, he saw Neck and Kuro eating a little farther away.

When it comes to eating, we should either leave it wolfish or we don't take it from people.

And only what Florian or Mia gave me can be said.

The journey so far has shown that there is no one in the caravan to tease the two wolves who are eating.

Adventurers felt the benefit of having Nek and Kuro in the caravan more than the merchants.

Especially the party of Uget, who usually escorts the caravan a lot, has a strong sense of its effects.

"The sooner we know the monster is approaching, the more ways we can deal with it. The ease of combat is inconsistent."

Juggett nodded and continued.

"It may seem like a slight difference to a merchant, but it matters to us."

Is that what it is?

In the words of Jugget and Tyce, the merchant nodded and looked impressed at the two wolves.

And when I saw the situation, I wondered why I was asking even more with my neck bent.

"If it turns out to be so convenient, I don't think it would be strange to have more tames of wolves?

There's never a lot of Tamer, but not all of them.

But not all tamers are taming wolves.

It was natural for a merchant who was not an expert to think so.

Juggets didn't have enough answers to tell the merchants, tilted their necks and looked at Floria and Mia.

"Sure, that's what you think, isn't it?

And the first answer was Mia.

"There are two main reasons why all tamers don't have wolves."

Mia pointed her right index finger towards the sky.

"First of all, there are many monsters with similar abilities, even if they are not wolves in the first place."

The wolf monster is a canine family (?) and has excellent olfaction.

Most wolves use their sense of smell to find other monsters, but the only way to find monsters is not through their sense of smell.

Each monster can find a monster with the characteristics of each species.

After seeing everyone nodding, Mia raised her middle finger.

"And this is important, but it's usually difficult to tame monsters that have the feeling of neck and black in the first place."

According to Mia, the gaze of other faces besides Floria turned towards the neck and the crow.

The reaction after that was split in two beautifully.

One is a convincing face, and the other is a more questionable face.

The merchant, who was questioning his face here, asked with his neck held open.

"But aren't you guys actually tamed?

"Unfortunately, that's not true. Neck and Kuro have a decent husband. We're just borrowing."

When Floria answered, Lara looked surprised.

"I kind of knew, but was it okay to ask?

Tamer's presence to obey powerful monsters is often hidden because it can be a powerful force in some cases.

I was surprised that Floria and Mia didn't share the information on their previous journeys.

In response to Lara's words, Floria answered with her shoulders raised.

"No problem. Tamer lends those wolves so easily? Yeah, it's not going to be that easy."

"Yes, yes. Keep that in mind."

For some reason, Mia answered Floria with her chest full, and Mia said so with a sick face.

And the Jews who were watching the exchange could only laugh at the situation.

This is because we know what Tamer is like for Florian.

Incidentally, the information that Floria was Mia's real mother spread throughout the caravan the day the Jews heard about it.

Sometimes Florian herself did not stop, but I would add that the transmission of information, especially within men, was quick.

Anyway, one of the merchants unfortunately shook his head to the side to change the subject here.

"But is that so? I thought if it was so convenient, it would be a good business..."

"You should give up. Looking for talented tamers and growing many monsters is no longer a matter of profitability."

It was Floria's explanation that Tamer, who could do that, would not become a mere grower because there was demand everywhere.

In addition, in the case of Neck and Black, it is even more difficult for other tamers to grow wolves of the same species.

This is possible because of the relationship between family members and the special environment of the tower.

The merchant unfortunately sighed to Floria, who made it clear that it was impossible.

Really?

"Oh, and for the record, it's no use targeting Neck and Kuro directly, right? He certainly listens to us, but that's because he ordered us to."

To put it bluntly, Florian said that it would be useless to take the neck and the black, and they pretended not to notice it even though they noticed it.
