□ Slime

Witness location: Aoi no Mori, etc.

Risk level: medium to large

Crusade difficulty: C ~ A

Material: None

In addition to forest areas and wetlands, mucus beasts inhabit wet areas such as caves and labyrinths. It moves silently to crawl in the shape of an irregular water reservoir and preys on its prey. I specialize in ambush attacks. Once caught, it instantly enters its body and is digested without leaving any bones.

Physical attacks such as swords and spears are almost ineffective, and weaknesses are fire attacks or direct attacks on nuclei somewhere in the body. It is difficult to extinguish unless it is more powerful than intermediate magic, and the nucleus is almost the same color as the body color, making it difficult to crush with a Kinetic Attack without much observation. It is extremely dangerous because, in the unlikely event that it is caught, it will dissolve without any bones, and even if it is lucky to escape, it will cause severe burns due to strong acids.

A magical party without allies, or a beast that can be called a threat for beginner to intermediate adventurers. If you see it, I suggest you run away without irritation.

Essentially intelligent and aggressive, it is a dangerous beast that attacks reflectively when encountered, but the kind that inhabits the green forest is warm. So far, there have been no reports of a slime of blue forest attacking people, and they are not on the record. There are some witness information that they play hide-and-seek, tricks, and river descent, and I think they are also intelligent.

In Japan, there are also slimes with improved varieties for sewer purification. These are large, but they seem to be as warm as the pale forest.

□ Snow Wolf (Snow Very)

Witness location: Deep forest areas throughout the country

Hazard: Large

Crusade difficulty: B ~ S

Material: Fur, meat

A beautiful wolf-shaped magical beast with silver fur that looks like silver thread and pale eyes that inhabit the deep forest areas of the country. Vigilance and territorial consciousness are strong, and rarely appear in public, but there are also escaped wolves that rarely leave the herd and flock near people.

The difficulty of fighting alone is B. Fur covering the whole body is a flexible metal-like property that makes physical attacks difficult to pass, and because it is extremely resistant to magic, it can do little damage with a viable attack. The weaknesses are soft areas such as the eyes, nose and mouth, but they are small and move quickly, requiring considerable concentration and hitting power when attacking. Crusading is difficult without the combat power of Class B or higher that you are used to fighting.

The crusade difficulty in the case of a herd is S. An irregular series of attacks from multiple Snow Wolf strikes and detachments is called a group wolf tactic, which gradually shreds the target's health while conserving its own. Since it is almost impossible to retreat if this attack starts, it is advisable to retreat as quickly as possible without stimulation in the unlikely event of encountering a flock. Due to the intensity of vigilance, it is rare for them to attack if they do not attack even if they enter the territory.

Attention to the defense and wounded is also necessary during retreats and engagements, as the most vulnerable individuals are targeted during attacks.

Fur becomes a light defense with excellent defense and magic resistance. If you're lucky enough to take it down, you should definitely take it home.

[Additional information]

Your body is immune to all attacks. Enables flame magic in the mouth.

There have also been reports of suffocating attacks being effective.

□ Snow Waiting Bird

Witness location: In summer, rocky areas in alpine areas, and in winter, forest areas near people.

-Risk level: small

Crusade difficulty: B

Materials: meat, wings

A medium-sized bird-type magic beast that usually nests in rocky areas in high mountains, but descends near people in search of food at the beginning of winter. In order to target small livestock, it is recommended that you hunt as much as you can if you see it.

Nevertheless, it can be difficult to shoot down without much skill, as it flies through the sky very quickly and dances around. However, its pure white feathers are used as luxury ingredients for decorations, and meat is also traded as a very delicious and luxury ingredient. Attack is not strong enough, so it is worth defeating even if you struggle a little.

■ Material drawing

Introducing some of the materials that can be collected in the Tris Branch area. For reference in collection requests and collection for personal use.

□ Snow Wolf Fur

Because it is extremely hard, it is not suitable for use in fur products, but if the hair is carefully twisted and braided like a clasp, it has excellent impact resistance and magic resistance, making it a much lighter and more mobile protective equipment than metal. It is popular in the middle and rear guard positions.

□ Snow Wolf Meat

It is strong and rigid, requiring more than a month of aging, but is used as a delicacy in some areas for edible purposes. However, because of habits, preferences may be divided. It seems to be popular for drinking.

□ Feathers of Snow Waiting Birds

Very elegant and beautiful feathers in pure white and fluffy. Because it is water resistant, it maintains a fluffy feeling even during humid times. Used as a luxury material for decorative items such as feather decorations.

With one feather, Stridia's standard family (about six to eight people) can afford a month without luxury.

□ Snow Waiting Bird Meat

Very precious meat traded as luxury ingredients. The season when fat is stored during the winter is the most delicious.

The breast is fine lean meat like beef fillet, and the leg meat has a rich and flavorful texture. Some organs, such as the liver, can also be eaten. It is traded at high prices in luxury restaurants and the like.

[Additional information]

It is very delicious when it is fried chicken or kneaded liver. If you can afford it, it's better to eat it than sell it.

□ Snowflakes

It is characterized by purple flowers, which are more blue than the usual flowers, and pure white stems and leaves. It is native to Stridia and grows more in areas slightly deeper into the forest. It is also a national flower. There is also a theory that it symbolizes the purple blue eyes that often appear in people who draw royal blood, but the details are unknown.

Improved species are popular for horticulture and ornamental use, but the aroma and taste of honey are slightly reduced compared to the original species. It seems that quality yeast can be harvested from the original species. The juice squeezed from the flowers is also used as a reddish. It seems that children sometimes smoke sweet honey with a light floral fragrance when they suck the root of the flower pulled from the chestnut.

□ powdered snow grass

Pure white plants grow in the depths from the middle of the pale forest. On the tip of the finely divided, thin stem, add a small, rice-grained fruit to the bell. It is edible and has a vanilla-like sweetness, and is used to flavor confectionery. Good quality yeast can also be collected, but it is extremely difficult to find.

All the trees and the ground grow in pale forests and are themselves pure white, so it is difficult to find them unless you look so carefully. In addition, although it is actually heat resistant, it is extremely weak to water, and when it contains water, it dissolves like powdered sugar. For this reason, a dedicated sealed container with moisture control is necessary during collection.
