30. Common sense? (8/28/2019)

"... well, I'd like to thank you for the hair fastening, but is there anything I can do?

"Nothing's fine. Because it's not a big deal."

It was made from a piece of cloth Lorna gave me, and it didn't take that long, did it? I'm not a good sewer in the first place either......

"Still, I want to thank you for something."

I don't know what Flora can do if she says so...... And what is it that I need right now?

Combat experience and combat technology. I have some experience in previous life, so why don't we try this one at a time? But if you don't know anything about me, I'd like to know. And then, like, knowledge about demons and plants you don't know about? I looked it up when I was at the mansion to some extent, but I didn't see the real thing... I don't think Flora knows what she was thinking right now in the first place. Maybe a knowledge of plants would make it possible...... And I was thinking about that.

I don't know how long I've been thinking about it, but Flora told me what I could tell you.

"Well, if it's about letters or the basics of calculation, I can teach you? Other than that, I know a little bit about sewing and skinners."

Oh, is that what you say... Letters and arithmetic bits can do it, but otherwise, there may be a lot you don't know.

"Then do you want me to tell you something general or something?

"General?

"Yeah. Because I've just come to the city, and I may not know much about it. And if you also knew about the geography around here or something, would you like me to tell you?

"As far as I can tell, maybe I'll be fine."

"Then can I tell you something?

"Yeah."

Then Flora told me what I didn't know while checking to see how much I knew.

What they taught me and found out is that a year in this world is the same as on Earth: seven days a week and a month, around thirty days. The fact that work is off on a set day means you should have one or two times a month instead.

It seems that there are four seasons in the country where I now live, and the seasons are clear for me. The place where I used to live may be this city or near the country because of the long winters but the seasons. Well, I might not care about that...

Earlier, I said that the four seasons were clear, but the city was located on the edge of the country at very high altitudes. In summer, it seems easy to spend, but in winter, it snows for a long time.

Now it seems October when I asked Flora when. I woke up in the mountains wondering how long it would be and when I also asked about the date etc. I found myself saying it was right in October. Well, it bothers me when people ask me what it means to know that... Because of this, I was very surprised when I asked Flora what month it was now. Well, I recognised once again that when I lived in the Mansion, I knew very little else because the letters and calculations were predominant...

When Flora was teaching me a lot like that, the sun was up and running out and it was daytime time.

"Time to take a break?

It was time to finally take a break. I mean, I'd be right to say I didn't realize it had been that long...

"It's already that time. Mm-hmm."

That's what I said, stretched and then fell asleep. He seemed tired because he taught me so many things for hours, and suddenly fatigue came. Even so, I wasn't writing letters or anything, I'm just listening...

Haven't we ever talked or heard anything this long? Well, maybe I just didn't get that chance because it's been before.

"I'm sorry, I taught you so many things without pinching a break"

"It's okay. I wanted to know, and Flora, are you okay?

If you're Flora, is it okay because she told me all sorts of things about what I heard and what came with it and what you should know over the course of a few hours? And I got worried.

"No problem, eh? Because that's what happens."

... I know that you're fine, but I was worried that it would be okay.

"You can't, don't you?

"That's okay. Because it's not that big of a deal, is it?

Then we were to take a short break and head over to Mr. Lorna.
