Lonely Attack on the Different World

Part 115 Why would people take the wood that they came home so hard with, again?

Day 43 Morning Omui Adventurer Guild

There is a small village called Shimomui village. There is a rural area downstream of the city of Omui, a small village where the peasants from that part of the country gathered together to defend themselves.

The village of Shimomui grows little by little, it is attacked by demons, it is understaffed and the farmland is desolate, from there again, little by little more people are attacked by demons repeatedly. Soldiers and adventurers are patrolling, hunting and making mistakes about forest demons, but repeating themselves in grandeur.

When I built the fence, it was broken by demons, and even after I hung it for a few years and started building walls, it collapsed in the flood. There's not even a decent fence in every village, there's not enough manpower and supplies to finally get a budget in a good economy, and there's not enough wood to surround the forest because of demons.

Today, however, a large quantity of wood suddenly arrived. You said it arrived, or you saw a request for wood, and you said, "Can you sell wood? Even though it's full of woods? Seriously?" he asked, leaving a boy who wasn't an adventurer but showed his face every day saying, "Buy it because it's good to pay at one point". Plus, he says he left with a massive pile of large, well-dried cuticles.

Immediately put the use out to the lord, all the wood was bought up by the lord and he gathered adventurers and carpenters to build just a fence in the surrounding cities and villages, first heading towards the nearest village of Shimomui.

But there was no Shimomui village there. The little defenseless village was gone.

What happened was a town like a fortress surrounded by robust walls, and when I approached him, the village chief immediately showed up and told me what had happened. It's a story somewhere far away, like the story of Oga.

There had previously been reports of the appearance of a labyrinth further downstream of the village of Simomui, but as soon as the number of people gathered in the still young labyrinth, it remained untapped due to lack of manpower while being planned to crush it at once. A knight in a fluffy silver armor showed up there yesterday with a black cloak boy, who said he bought all the cereals he couldn't sell in the village and traded them for missing wheat and drugs that were too expensive to buy - and the two went into the labyrinth.

And I think the two of us went into the labyrinth yesterday, too, and I come back from the labyrinth in a few hours and say, "The labyrinth is dead". I'm pretty sure he had the legendary King of the Labyrinth ring in his hand. The villagers thanked the boys for crushing the labyrinth in addition to the cereals and medicines, and thanked the boys for the poor village's simple produce.

The boy who received it said he was delighted to put his hands on the ground and said: "It's a wall. Get out, will you?," the walls were built in just one word.

No longer did the inhabitants know what to thank for such an amazing magician, but when they even collected the vegetables for sale and gave them to the boy, this time the boy said thank you and gave him a number of weapons, and even left his drugs and money behind. She replied with a smile that it was enough because she had received a lot of vegetables to say that there was nothing expensive to thank the poor village like that. I'm sorry. When the residents started collecting a few precious metals in the house, they looked in trouble and thanked me the other way, saying "thank you for the vegetables" and walked away. And I wondered if he had walked away into the woods... and the demon forest trees were cut down one after the other, and he left without looking back as he instantly defeated the demons.

Later there are fine walls, woods cut open and no more labyrinths, plenty of cash and wheat. The village, taught from preservation to cooking methods for grains that could not be sold, was suddenly enriched with medicines and weapons. They suddenly became a wealthy, safe village and everyone was happy.

Both the village chief and the villagers kept talking in tears. When we couldn't believe it, we saw it with our own eyes, and it was like a dream, and yet we couldn't even hear the name.

It's like a story.

Because in such a miserable world, such things can only be done in old stories and in oblivion.

Normally, people would laugh at me for asking me such dreamy stories about Yotai or old legends.

But I can't laugh.

Because there is a fine and stubborn wall in front of you.

And because one day I realized that I knew the city that was making me happy.

That's why I can't laugh.

More importantly, I have too much idea who the boy in the black cape is.

Because I also met the boy in the black cape in the morning.

The black cape boy did say that the labyrinth was dead, I had no idea what that meant, but he said. I came here to confirm that.

And I left a ton of wood behind. A boy with a black cape who cut through a demonic forest that is too close to the village and returned would naturally have tons of wood.

The boy in the black cape left without telling him anything about the village.

So no one knew.

It's like a story.

I'm sure this story will become an old story or an obsession and will be told in this village.

I will leave this happiness without giving my gratitude or name, and I guess the gratitude without a place to go will remain a story. This is how old stories and miga may be made and told.

I'm sure that boy won't say anything.

So this story ends without anyone ever knowing again.

But in this village it will be told forever.

You'd be surprised to see me in the city, but until then, I guess it's good to be happy.

Let's also keep quiet that the archmage mentor with the wooden wand is actually going around slaughtering demons with wooden sticks.

Because it's because of a boy who never talks, never names, never talks.

Be patient enough to be appreciated and tell the story.

As the story of "The Great Mage in Black" and "The Silver Knight" of the journey.
