Chapter 1252: Investigating the Cause of Wade’s Death
Arlo Seys stood up, glanced at the person with a faint smile on their face, "After you’re engaged, Steven Cooper will officially be a part of our Seys Family, and the Seys Family will spare no effort to help him reach the peak of his career."
After speaking, Arlo Seys walked upstairs with long strides.
Nicole Seys held a cold tea sitting on the sofa, her fingertips somewhat chilly.
After sitting on the sofa for half an hour, Nicole finally got up to go upstairs. As she reached the top, she encountered Ariel Morris coming out of Ryan Seys’s room. Upon seeing her, Ariel smiled gently and spread out the item in her hand in front of Nicole, "Is this yours? I found it on the nightstand in Ryan’s room. I don’t have pearl earrings, so it should be yours."
Nicole looked at the pearl earrings in surprise, took them from Ariel’s hand, "Ariel, I’m going to sleep now. Good night."
"Night." Ariel turned and went back to the master bedroom.

Nicole lay on the bed, holding the pair of pearl earrings in her palm, her gaze deep.
This pair of earrings, she clearly left them at the villa in the Little Fishing Village before leaving. How did Ryan bring them back?
Unable to sleep due to her restless mind, Nicole got up to go to the balcony to feel the breeze, hoping to blow away those troubling thoughts.

Jose Floyd stood on the balcony holding a wine glass, his gaze and expression echoing the cold, clear moon in the sky.
Jose Floyd lowered his eyes slightly, looking at the bracelet in his hand, his eyes deep and cool.
She hates him, wishing to grind his bones to ashes.
The line she wrote in her handwritten letter, ’Even in death, don’t appear before me’, along with the medical records provided by the doctor, were like sharp blades cutting through his heart.
He hates her too! Wishes to dig open her heart to see if it’s heartless or black!
How could she harm two of her own children!
Yet when he saw her in the Restricted District, watching the stick fall upon her, his heart seemed to stop, his whole body turned cold without any warmth.
He can hate her, he can seek revenge and hurt her, because she killed his two children! But it doesn’t mean others can harm her!
Except for him, no one else is allowed to hurt even a strand of her hair!
The moment she collapsed beside him, his world seemed to turn white, leaving him flustered and at a loss, the world instantly turning cold.

But he never thought she would die, never thought of letting her die in front of him....
