"Caro, are you hurt?

Atal confirms the injury to Caro, who was blown away by Death Wolf.

"Yes! The flying tip was soft, so the damage was less"

Glad to hear you were worried. Caro takes a spin on the spot with a smile on his face and appeals to Atal for his safety.

"Great, I'm relieved Caro seems to be able to fight quite well too"

"Yes! It worked a lot easier because it also had the effect of a Magic Weapon"

That's what Caro says to Atal, who softens his expression like he's relieved. Gatspaws.

"You were right to invest ahead. Looks like Carol can fight enough, and I'm looking forward to working on it."

"Yes!"

Ataru's words as he stroked her head were more of a compliment to Caro than anything else. Turn to the tickle with a slight blush.

"Now, do you want to go report to the village chief? I need you to sign the crusade... because you don't care what happened to it."

"Right, I'm sure you'll be happy"

Caro nodded back, remembering the worried face of the village chief when he sent them both out.

Then, after a while, when the two returned to the village, there was the appearance of a village chief wandering restlessly outside the house.

"Ooh, ooh! Are you both safe!

And I was more than happy to call out loud to see the two of them back.

"Oh, are you hurt?

At first glance neither of them appeared to be injured, but the village chief checks as he looks around at the two bodies just in case.

"Oh, I don't know. More than that, I've accomplished my request. Ten wolves, then the whole Death Wolf thing. This should be all of them..."

The village chief opened his eyes when he heard Atal's words that he had accomplished the request safely, even though he was puzzled by such a village chief's words and actions.

"Ya, was it still Death Wolf..."

The mayor of the village, wandering his gaze, seemed to know the fact.

"You knew... well, it's not just Boss Wolf, but Death Wolf would rank you higher."

Atal said in anticipation, but when it came to the Death Wolf crusade, the request rank was sometimes designated as at least C-rank, and possibly B-rank. I thought there was going to be something behind it from the first time I was listening, but this would have caused the village chief to feel more burdened.

"also, sorry......"

Suddenly the village chief bowed his head in such momentum that his head would stick to the ground. He shook his body at his apologies and showed that the total absence of a bare gesture to give him a face was taking this matter seriously as head of the village.

"No, it's not the village chief's fault! We asked the village chief!

Soon one of the villagers who had gathered begins to shelter another and the village chief.

"Uh, no, it's nothing. I'm not gonna say this. This is how you were safe. In the meantime, those guys knocked it all down, so can you confirm that? I didn't really know how to handle the body, so I left it there."

What's wrong with looking at such villagers and scratching my head Atar had nowhere to think about the matter of this request, but rather thought it was a good training.

"Then at least thank you. They're staying in the village tonight and sending it down, and now everybody's ready for the feast!

"No, we..."

I try to say that I intend to head to another request, but the villagers called upon by the village chief who finally gave me his face moved faster than I thought, one after the other to prepare for the feast.

"Well, okay."

"Because of this, let us sweeten your words"

Atal and Caro, who saw people rushing around the village to prepare for the feast, enter the village chief's house as they are guided.

"These are the Wolves we defeated, but let the villagers do the demolition. Because meat is difficult to preserve, I think we can eat or dispose of it at the feast and give you two other furs, nails, fangs, demon stones, etc."

Caro turns into some determined look when he hears the coming stream from the village chief.

"Oh, that! Hopefully...... can you let me help you with that demolition work?

"Caro?"

Atal was surprised at Caro's offer as he reached out with the pin. It was a good thing I got to spend time with myself so I could say what I wanted to do, but I didn't think I'd offer to do the demolition work.

"Earlier fights...... I could certainly fight, but Master Atal's power was more than that. It's far beyond my power."

Caro, with a determined expression, talks as he looks at his attar with seriousness.

"So at least I want to be able to help Master Atal with the demolition work in the future. If I can do that, I think I can help you live as an adventurer in the future!

Atal was overwhelmed against Caro, who forcefully proclaimed. She is reminded that she was not just being protected as a slave, but that she had figured out a way to help herself with Atal. The thing was never unpleasant to Atal, but rather pleasant.

"So-so, village chief?

Since the demolition work is not something he can be taught, Atal speaks to the village chief, who kept his mouth shut.

"Um, I don't mind. Rather, if that's one of your roles, be sure! Come on, let's go!

The village chief, who heard her enthusiasm, is also on board, and just so you know, he leads Caro to the dismantling squad outside.

"Uh, well, it helps..."

Atal groans so as he drops off his two backs. Caro, who joined the dismantling squad, seemed welcome and was ashamed of the unfamiliar treatment but seriously listened to the story about the dismantling work.

Each headed to their own work, where the feast was steadily being prepared.

By the time the sun went down, Caro had also returned from demolition. The expression was full of satisfaction.

"Caro, welcome back. How'd it go?

"Yes! I could learn a lot. I think this will allow us to handle the dismantling of various demons in the future. I even got a book like this!

What Caro, speaking with excitement, had in his hand was a note about the dismantling of the common demon. The villagers gave me a gift of study enthusiastic Caro.

"Well, you got good stuff.... Caro, that's really helpful."

Atal was happy about Caro for offering me this demolition job from myself. I felt like a father watching my daughter grow up.

"Come on, come on, let's both go outside. The feast is ready!

The village chief pushes the two backs that were dusty and soothing, urging them to rush out.

There was so much noise outside that I thought it might be a festival that treats and booze were prepared here and there.

"This is amazing again..."

Atal was taken aback to see how it was. I heard about the feast, but I didn't expect it to be this big.

"Come on, here's to the two heroes who saved the village!

"Kanpai!!

A lady who was nearby, both Atal and Caro, holds a vessel of drinks and gently toasts them so that they are prompted by exuberance.

Then many come to say thank you to Atal and Caro, but if you try Atal it was one of the requests, so it was somewhat confusing.

"No, Master Atal is more amazing than I am! I wanted to show you one attack after the other..."

Caro, on the other hand, looked harder at talking about Atal's awesomeness than he did about himself. The villagers who had been able to crack down on the earlier demolition work were more confused by the fact that they had listened to the story with interest.

This feast lasted until late at night, but the Ataru decided to let them rest first, as another request remained.

Next morning.

Atal and Caro leave the village chief's house early in the morning. The villagers were noisy until late at night, so there was nothing to realize that the two had left the village.

"Was it good?

Even if you leave without saying hello, Caro asks that question. It was a factor that bothered me that I took care of everything.

"That's okay. Thank you so much. Besides, I don't have time to wake you up early this morning."

Ataru answers it as he looks up at the sky where the morning sun starts plugging in.

That's how the two of them left the village quietly headed for the second request, the herd swarm of medicinal herbs they had been asking in advance for medicinal herb collection.
