The adventurers were in a rush early in the morning after a quiet night.

"You're really here..."

"This guy's on perimeter alert, he's a scout."

"Can you do that to a demon?

"... don't dragons know they're highly intelligent?

Some of those adventurers talk bewildered in front of the corpse of a small wing dragon who was around here last night.

It was a small winged dragon who was desperate after being shot through the head with something sharp.

Others were in the midst of cleaning up their meals and preparing to leave, each bearing in mind the battle that awaited them ahead.

"Hold on, I didn't expect you to shoot me through the head in one shot - when you did that, it was night, wasn't it?

That was a question from Fewder to Atal.

You were able to strike precisely in the middle of a bad vision of night, right? And I was impressed.

"No, not since the sun started to rise and get a little brighter. Did you find this one, or did you just come on a whim..."

Atal shakes his head loosely to deny the praise from Fewder.

If it was the latter, there would be no problem, but if it was the former, it would be a major problem.

"- Guys, get in the carriage as soon as you're done cleaning up! We're leaving in a minute!

Bertram, who therefore took the initiative and spoke to everyone, was in a hurry to take command.

"... we'll be in the carriage too"

Nodding at Fewder's words, which changed the light atmosphere earlier, the Ataru and the others get in the carriage as well.

The carriage hurries north.

Some of the adventurers thought that it would not be necessary to hurry because it was no different to fight anywhere, but Bertram was different.

If you fight in this place, you'll find out there's a city ahead of you in defeating the adventurers.

If so, damage will be done to the city if just a few of the leaks are passed through.

The dragon travels many times as far as a person with its proud wings and looms.

Then I'd prefer a place to fight as far away from the city as possible.

And I want to start the fight in as advantageous a place as possible - that was Bertram's idea.

"I have Bertram's judgment. But is there an easy place to fight in this direction? If we can fight in the woods, we can fight in hiding..."

Fewder, who did his hand to his jaw as he thought of the terrain ahead, asks questions.

"Not if I went straight like this, but I'm going to deviate sideways on the way and turn sideways into the woods. That way we can attack from the direction of the rock where we have a hiding place"

With a hard look, Bertram seriously talks about not having an operation.

With the rear guard positioned there, the avant-garde gradually fishes the dragon as it retreats - that was his operation.

"I see, it's easy to fight because you're in there. Besides, I'm supposed to keep your weapon alive. Yeah, this would be nice in that place... hey, look, use this cloak"

It was a light brown cloak that Fewder gave to Atal, who had the same place in mind.

"... What's this?

The claw received confirms the cape, but I didn't even think it had a special effect. It doesn't look like there's anything particularly unusual about peeking at chills with a demonic eye.

"It's - it's a cloak close to that rocky color. If you cover your body with a cape, it should be easy to hide yourself and hard for dragons to find out. I'd rather they didn't know where your fight was in style, would they?

Even at the training center, Atar was attacking while hiding his appearance from being seen as much as possible. Fewder had determined that he was hiding his place because he had also kept that attack to a minimum.

"Oh, that helps. Tonal cloaks make it easy to move even on rocks"

Atal, who heard his judgment, receives it honestly and wears a cape.

"... I've fought dragon breeds several times. I was partying then, too. I don't know how many ranked dragons there are, but those guys have a pretty good fighting ability. If it's about a winged dragon, you can fight as many as you want, but it gets a lot tougher when it's a Fire Dragon or Ice Dragon attribute dragon. If it comes out on top of that... it sucks."

From his own experience, Fewder was thinking about what dragons would come out and how to move against them. Because of the weight of the language that stirred tension, it seemed to me that dealing with dragon species was something that even S-rank adventurers couldn't be alarmed about.

"- There you go, I don't know what dragons are coming out of this fight, but I think you're probably going to be the key to the fight. Ranged attacks with your weapon are unprecedented. So I won't spare your cooperation to make it a little easier for you to move."

Fewder was buying about Ataru, including that Ataru defeated Winged Dragon in one shot. He smiles refreshingly, showing his nibbles and teeth so as to blow away the bitter atmosphere until then.

"I'm sorry, you have something else to ask for, okay?

"Oh, give me this far and I'll be fine - I'll take care of it"

The S-rank adventurer felt he had a different vibe than the other adventurers. When Atal said he wanted to ask for it, Fewder smiled lightly and nodded, saying he hadn't said what it was about yet.

"I don't mind if I ask what it is... well, it helps that you say that. Caro and Balkias will be fighting on the front lines. I trust you two, and I know you two have better strength than any other adventurer. But this time it's the other guy. I want you to take care of both of us."

It was Caro and Balkias who reacted loudly when they heard that of the attal of a carefree voice.

Caro sees Atal with a hazy look on his face, and he craves his chest more and more if he doesn't have to worry.

"Dear Atal! It's okay! Me and Bal, you're not gonna get hit!

"Gaw!"

Caro, with his ears raised properly, sees Atal with a strong will.

Balkias was shaking his tail loudly too, agreeing with it so that he could devour it.

"Ha! It's good to be healthy.... but you both know how this guy feels, right? This guy cares about the two of us. That's why you're keeping your head down on me for not knowing who I am. I told you I trusted you two with your strengths. And on top of that, I'd like to shake off the danger that's coming down on you guys."

Fewder, who knows how both feels, once he laughs loudly, whispers softly to Caro and Balkias so that he can say with a serious look.

But I'm not convinced by that word. Caro and Balkias, are they? and see Atal again.

"Ha... I'm sorry. But I can't handle what's happening on the front line alone, and I'm anxious to work with the other adventurers. You know, even if the Caros were on the move, they could be compromised by other guys' influences, right? But Fewder should probably be able to fight with concern for his surroundings. That's why I asked for it."

Other adventurers have many A-rank adventurers, but their strength is still mati. Moreover, some do not think well of the Ataru.

In the defensive battles previously waged, Giganto Demons were the only ones when it came to powerful demons, but this time that would be the only way to fight many dragons of all kinds.

If so, it was the result of an attacking thought as to what to do to protect them both at all.

"... ok. Indeed, this is a dangerous battle. Dear Atal, I'm sorry you thought about us and said it."

Caro bows her head honestly and apologizes to Atal, who has put her lips all the way over the tingling chest pain. Atal strokes Caro's head like that with the feeling of believing in them and worrying.

Fewder and Bertram looked smiling, saying that there was a bond between them that the others could not interrupt.
