Magi Craft Meister

02-08 Popcorn

The next morning. Now Jen visited Beana's workshop by herself with a basket filled with orange fruit. Reiko stays to give new instructions to the golem maids of "Penglai".

"Morning."

"Ah, good morning, Jin"

"I brought this today"

When you show the orange broth you put in the basket, Beana says,

"Is that Citlan?

"I don't know much, but I brought it because it's sweet and sour and good"

"You're not growing up around here, are you? Jin, where the hell are you from?

It is a natural question.

"Uh, yeah, let me explain that a little later. I'll talk to you sooner or later, but not yet."

When Jen said that, Beana seemed a little dissapointed,

"Mmm, you have no choice. I'm asking you to help me."

I received a basket of citran with that said.

"So, how's the fridge?

"Refrigerator?"

"Ah, oh. I made it yesterday."

"Hmm, 'refrigerator' hey. That's not a good name."

It is natural because it is not Jen's name.

"So, it's that refrigerator, and I found only one flaw."

"What?"

Beana leads Jen to the kitchen where she keeps the refrigerator,

"Here."

"Uh, well."

There's floors that have been flooded. The ice for cooling dissolved, and the water dripped to the floor.

"Hmm, what shall I do?"

"I hope the ice melted water doesn't fall down, right? But then it's going to get cold."

After the two of us thought about it, we decided to put the ice in a metal container. The dissolved water is allowed to freeze again for use.

"I wonder if I should use copper"

"Why? Iron's cheaper now, isn't it?

"Iron is difficult to durable because it rusts. Besides, copper is easier to convey cold air."

"Really? And you know a lot about gin."

"Sort of. Well, let's see what we can do."

After the details, the two of us get to work on improving quickly.

There was absolutely no problem with the internal cooling, so as long as there is no water leakage, the 'refrigerator' is complete once and for all.

"Well done."

"Yeah. Shall we make about three then?"

I decided to make a portion of the prototype for sale because Beana sees glitches while using it and plans to try a lot of other things.

"It's for sale, let's make it look good on the outside"

That said, Jen painted the wooden enclosure white. It is called 'white'.

"Oh, that sounds good."

I have a sample so I could finish three by noon. I haven't put in the magic stone yet, so it's not working.

"Done."

"Oh, you're annoying."

"It's lunch already. I can't do much, but do you want to eat with me?

"If that's good for you"

So Beana went to the kitchen. It's simmering. After a while, the vegetable soup was ready.

"I'm going to feed Nana and Lardo, eat first"

That's what they said.

"No, that's not going to happen. Yeah, I'll strip the citran and take it with me."

With that said, Jen had two fruits of citran (orange), and went with Beana to her siblings' room.

"Oh, Jinn, honey."

Lardo raised his voice as he found Jen behind Beana.

"Hey, I'm gonna peel your citran today."

That's what Jen says. He strips the citran. I can peel it off with my hands like Minkan, so it's easy.

"Sweet and sour and delicious!

Nana is thrilled too. Beana was smiling and watching as the two of them ate.

The two of us back in the kitchen make it our own meal. Soup that is simmering various vegetables, not badly seasoned. But...

"Hmm?"

stiff teeth. Beana said to Jen,

"I'm sorry. Corn's hard, isn't it? It's the cheapest one, so no matter how much it boils, it won't soften."

Jen stares at the corn and slowly bites it.

"This feeling, maybe... Beana, do you still have this corn?

"Yeah, yeah. I'm buying a bag, so I guess we still have about eight kilos left."

When Jen hears that, he rushes to flatten the soup and asks her to show him that corn. Jen, who was watching with a twist on his hand,

"Maybe we can do this."

When I said that, I stuck with the finished beana and headed to the workshop.

"What's the matter with you?

To the suspicious Beana,

"I came up with something that was going to be quick and money."

That's what I said and gave Beana instructions and started making one magic guide.

"That's right. One medium shallow pan... plus one large deep pan. The shallow pan hangs from the air and is filled with magic stone (Magistone) underneath."

With that said, Jen writes the Magi Formula into the Magi Guidance Board (plate). Beana, who saw it,

"Huh? If my eyes haven't gone crazy, that's a lightning ceremony, isn't it? If you're going to use a pot, isn't it a fire system?

Then Jen laughed.

"That's what makes this tool so special. Look closely, keep the lightning generated small and switch at extremely short intervals."

"That's... you're doing it"

Jen assembled the tools with the bina, and added to the bina,

"Can I have some corn, some oil and salt just now?"

vegetable oil and salt in a hanging pan, and corn in it,

"If it works, I'll be there."

That's how I shrugged and activated the tool.

When I wondered if it smelled a little fragrant, suddenly the corn could play along with the sound of 'pan'. Beana was frightened,

"Hey, what is it?

"All right! Success."

Once you bounce it out, you can bounce the corn one after another. The corn I can play accumulates in a large pot I put down there. Eventually, when the upper pan ran out of corn, Jen stopped the tool.

"Come on, let's try it"

Bounced corn in a large pot. Jen, who pinched it and carried it to his mouth.

"Yeah, it's good"

Beana, who was watching it, tries the corn she could also play. And

"Ah. Yum."

And I'm obsessed with eating it. The corn that could have been bounced in the pan is gone.

"Ugh, it was delicious. I'll pull back."

"Right? It's called popcorn. I think it would be profitable to sell this in an outdoor shop."

"Oh, yeah! I'll try it tomorrow!

"The refrigerator needs to find a buyer. If popcorn has a reputation, you might find it."

"Right. I'm glad I can earn a living for now. Thanks, Jin!

"What.... Oh, be careful, you can't play well unless you have hard skinned corn."

"Really? Good. I thought it would taste better if I used high corn."

So Jen and Beana decided to go buy corn, edible oil, salt, etc.

They were all cheap, so I managed to buy them to Beana, and Jen also got a bag of corn and went home.
