Magi Craft Meister

12-38 Theoretical Days

Three days passed after they officially accepted three people, Reinhardt, Berche and Saki, as Penglai families.

In the meantime, it goes without saying that we each enjoy ourselves.

Reinhardt had completed the outer ship he had once wanted to build more, and Saki had increased his knowledge of the different materials.

Speaking of vacuum cleaners, refrigerators, lighters, popcorn makers, distillers, demon conductor lamps… and Jen had gained experience producing demon conductors he had ever seen or made.

What happened to Berche, who was neither a magician (Magicraftsman) nor an alchemist, was that he taught a five-color golem-made perido-reader to learn different dishes and increase his repertoire.

Edgar, Aal, Neon, and Noir didn't just sit still either.

Edgar to the old son, Aal to Butler 1, Neon to Soleil and Luna. And Noir taught Rand 1 a lot.

"Hmm Jin, the development environment here is awesome!

Reinhardt, who came back after testing the outer ship in Tatsumi Bay, said happily. In the meantime, I'm asking Marines 50 and 51 to drive the outer ship.

"I'm not likely to be satisfied with a normal workshop anymore..."

Rheinhardt whining with a bitter laugh. We are immersed in the workshop during the day, but from evening onwards it seems that Berche dragged us to get some proper rest.

"Laeko, for a little consultation, get in?

Elsa seems to be starting again with Reiko somehow. Reiko has been on Elsa's consultation from time to time lately, and she relied on Elsa as well.

"What is it?

"Yeah, now I'm going to try to make accessories, not magic guides..."

"Okay, that's a design"

Reiko remembers information from around the world that Row 5 (Quinta) has been looking into via Lao Jun.

Among them was also the design of fashions among aristocratic women.

"Jin, I need to talk to you, okay?

Saki sees things from a different perspective than Jens the Magician (Magicraftsman), so Jen also thinks it's funny.

What Saki wears like that is white. A gift made by Jen of a cloth woven from the yarn of an underground spider (Grand Spider). Dirt resistant and durable.

Looks like a mad woman researcher. My glasses look too good on me.

"What?

"Yeah, about engineering magic. What the hell is engineering magic?

"Hmm?... Right, the magic you use for magic work (Magicraft), right?

It is the ultimate answer, but then Saki was not satisfied.

"No, no, that's not what I want to hear, um, then change the way you ask questions"

Saki opened her mouth looking at the surface through a crystal window.

"Jin, Elsa, Reinhardt and the magicians (Magicraftsmen) could use the magic of 'deformation'?

"Oh, right. It's engineering magic."

"With deformation, even adamantite can be processed, right?

"Yeah."

"Adamantite is the hardest metal to be known. It doesn't interfere with magic. Is it a tremendously powerful magic to be able to change its shape?

"Is that what you mean..."

Jen understood what Saki was trying to say.

For example, bending an adamantite requires uninterrupted force. However, the magic of deformation (forming) enables it with a small amount of magic. Is that why?

"Hmm, I didn't really think that far..."

Jen has also made hypotheses about magic. I put that together again in my head and decided to explain it.

"Deformation is working on atoms and molecules of matter, weakening their bonding power, and then reshaping them."

"I don't know, but once I soften it up, I'm reshaping it, okay?

Saki didn't seem to have a good idea of what atoms, molecules, and connectivity meant, but the concept seemed to grasp me.

"Isn't deformation, in a way, one of the most powerful magics? The sword, the armor, the walls, they're useless if they change their shape, right?

"Um, but it doesn't work that well. First of all, the surgeon needs to be touching it with his hands. And the size that can be processed is proportional to the magic power of the operator"

"Hmm, I mean, contact, and the bigger the subject, the more magic you need."

"Oh. And it's gonna take a little while to activate. Touch it, let the magic flow, change its shape. This is a hassle. It can't be like releasing fire magic."

As an exception, Jen cannot normally bend the sword that has been slashed with deformation (forming). Also, machining the walls to create passageways is equally impossible due to the amount of magic.

"I see, I get it. Thanks."

This conversation is getting a little messy.

That was day one. And on the second day.

"Jin, is it true that engineering magic doesn't work on organisms?

This is also a question from Saki.

"Oh, right. For example, moulding (shaping) does not work on standing trees. You can cut it down with a wind blade or something."

"Then from what stage does moulding (shaping) work? Can you do it if you cut it down?

"Yeah, I can. Branches and trunks can be shaped if separated."

Saki, who heard Jen's answer, leaned down and thought silently. I looked up after thinking for plenty of a minute.

"I'll leave the line drawings on the standing wood and the lumber for now.... What makes it impossible to mold (shape) a standing tree?

Now it was Jen's turn to think about it. but Jen comes up with one hypothesis after less than thirty seconds.

"I wonder if molding (shaping) or the deformation (forming) that we talked about earlier is acting on free magic (ether) rather than magic (mana)?

The creatures of this world, without exception, possess magic hormones (mana). Take in free magic (ether) and turn it into magic (mana) in your body.

Magnetin (mana) seems to circulate through the organism. While there was this circulating magic hormone (mana), Jen explained herself that engineering magic might not work.

"Ho! Awesome, Jin! That's a whole new theory! Then, Magic Engineer… You can say that to become a Magic Artist (Magicraftsman), there is a condition of whether you can manipulate Free Magic Magic Magnets (ethers)!

It is at this rate.

Speaking of Saki on the third day.

"Jin, I came up with one experiment that looked interesting. Can you help me?

Saki has made such a suggestion.

"What?

Saki always gives me interesting ideas. Looks interesting this time too, Jen said inside, waiting to explain Saki in anticipation.

"I was wondering if I could melt the yarn of the Underground Spider."

"What!?

Underground spider (Grand Spider) threads are incredibly strong. However, being filamentous, on the other hand, is easy to use, and usage is limited.

"I see..."

There is a resin called nylon. Polyamide resin to be exact. Sixty-six nylons (nylon 66), a type of polyamide resin said to be 'stronger than steel and thinner than spider yarn', is famous.

And polyamide resins are not only used as fibers, but also as plastics, which is the natural way of using the resin.

"Are you saying it can't be used as a natural resin? You didn't notice."

Jen is also very enthusiastic.

"Wouldn't the yarn of an underground spider (Grand Spider) work normal magic?

Saki's questions are targeted. The yarn of the Underground Spider (Grand Spider) does not burn or melt even with the finest flame magic.

"Did you say that the underground spider is feeding on free magic? That means that an underground spider (Grand Spider) can be called a mass of free magic energy (ether).

That's what Jen thought too. The body must also be made of free magic (ether), even though it grows only from free magic (ether).

"Your father, Luna once told me that she had examined a dead underground spider."

Unexpected times Reiko brought me unexpected information.

"They say the life span of the underground spider (Grand Spider) is very long, but the hole they are nesting in collapsed and there were crushed individuals. So, he took it back and checked it out."

"Oh, so! Get ahead of me!

It was Saki who gathered momentum and stuffed it. Reiko doesn't even depend on Saki like that to continue her pale explanation.

"Depending on that, 80% of the body contained free magic (ether)."

The Persica of Penglai also contains a large amount of free magic hormone (ether). The same thing can be said for underground spiders (Grand Spiders).

"The analogy that free magic elements (ethers) are shifted and threaded may be close."

When Jen speaks that way, Saki agrees with it.

"That's a good chance! Because it's inviolable under normal magic, doesn't that support it?

And here are two people who notice that the conversation is a little off. It was originally about melting the threads of the underground spider (Grand Spider).

"Kufu, I enjoy arguing with Jin. I got a fever."

"Er, melting the filament of the underground spider (Grand Spider)? You can stick yarns and threads together in Fusion, so it should be possible. Reiko, bring me some yarn from the underground spider. Cloth end cloth is fine."

"Yes, Father."

What Reiko brought was an end cloth (ripped off) that came out when he made Saki's white coat.

"Wait a minute.... um, here we are, and... Okay, 'Melting'. 'Deforming'"

Looking at Jen, who had modified the fusion (fusion) to become the original melt (dissolute), Saki was surprised by all the jumping up, but managed to contain it and now made it the most problematic, the act of melting the thread of the underground spider (Grand Spider).

The yarn of the molten underground spider (Grand Spider) was translucent, and Jen extended it into a flat sheet with deformation (forming).

"You made it, Jin!

"Oh, you're doing great"

Saki said her thoughts had come true. And Jen found new possibilities for underground spider (Grand Spider) yarn. They were each Shaggu Saki and Jen.

With snake feet at the end.

"Dear Jin, I would love to wash your hands here and introduce them to my home too!

"Jin, Jin! That toilet is good stuff! I want you to install it as soon as you get back over there!

In addition to the hot water washing toilet seat, about two more people were obsessed with a toilet that was deodorized, sterilized and disassembled.
