Magi Craft Meister

12-49 Festival of the Alchemists

Jens was now coming to a painting called 'Materialology'.

"Yeah, you're doing a lot of things."

"Wouldn't that be funny?

"Interesting"

About thirty alchemists were exhibiting and demonstrating various things in their respective booths again.

"Yeah? This stinks......"

When I wondered if Saki had let her nose snap, she changed her complexion and pulled Jen's sleeve.

"Dj, Jin! This place is dangerous!

The memories of a once sulphur-burning experiment that inhaled sulphite gas and lost consciousness were remembered.

"Huh?"

Yes, in the booth in front of me, one alchemist was heating sulfur in a frying pan-shaped container.

The sulfur in the container was beginning to melt, and the smell that Saki feared was rising from it.

"Oh, you're worried about sulfite gas"

Jen, when he took the handkerchief out of his pocket, "condensed (condensed)" to collect moisture in the air and wet it, showing the handkerchief against his nose.

"Look, this way, a small amount will be fine"

Gases of sulphite, or sulphur dioxide, are soluble in water, so they can be temporarily protected by wet towels when they are felt to occur in volcanoes or the like. Of course, it's not complete, so we have to evacuate as soon as possible.

I'll wet Saki's handkerchief, too, Jen. Elsa used condensation (condense) herself and put a wet handkerchief against her nose.

"... yeah, I see..."

The wet handkerchief stopped the smell of sulfite gas. No, originally, it barely occurred. Because I wasn't burning it, I was just heating it.

The alchemist in front of him continued to heat sulphur flat and the sulphur in the container was completely melted and American-colored.

"Now, if you put this in the water..."

The alchemist grabbed the handle of the container and poured the molten sulfur into the water strewn in the bucket.

The viscous liquid flowed in to pull the yarn, cooled in the water and solidified. The alchemist who took it out,

"Look at that. That brittle sulfur is going to grow so much."

I pulled it to show it as I stated my mouth. It has a rubber-like elasticity and stretches and shrinks.

"... hey Jin, that's hilarious! I had a funny sulphur-burning smoke whitening my petals, and I smoked that smoke and fell, but that doesn't seem dangerous."

"Sister Saki, sulfite gas is dangerous..."

I heard Saki speak. Elsa shouted. Elsa also seems to know the dangers of sulphite gas.

"But if you can make rubber out of sulfur, you can do a lot of different applications!

But Jen denied it.

"Unfortunately, Saki, that's called 'rubbery sulfur', and when I melt the sulfur and then suddenly let it cool down, yeah, because over time, it goes back to its original sulfur"

"... Really? That's unfortunate..."

I was whispering, but the alchemist seemed to hear me, staring at Jens with tremendous attention.

I guess it's annoying to be told a story that can also be described as a demonstration seed you're doing and showing.

Jens hurried away from the place.

The next peek was at the booth where various minerals were arranged. I have something that goes with Saki's booth.

"Brother Jin, beautiful"

"Oh, really."

Red, yellow, green, blue, purple… literally, colorful minerals on display.

"Well, lady, here's a golden stone"

The alchemist there showed and showed him enough gold stones to pick at his fingertips, then took out the white, flat stones and rubbed them to show them.

If I thought there would be a golden mark, there would be a black line after rubbing.

"Well, isn't it gold?"

Inspiring Saki.

"Exactly. This is a way to distinguish between gold, which looks like gold, and another stone."

An alchemist who boasts of his skill.

Jen and Elsa whisper in a small voice that they will not hear this time.

"(... stripe color, is that it?

"(Oh, yeah. Maybe that's a yellow iron mine)"

It is a common experiment in science time. Jen and Elsa know, but Saki was interested in talking to that alchemist for a long time.

"... I wish you'd let me know if you knew"

"Sorry, I couldn't tell you because Saki was talking in so much fun"

When Saki came back, who had been talking to the alchemist for a while, Elsa whispered softly about the 'striped colour'.

"Sister Saki, I'm sorry, do it"

Elsa, pissed off by Saki, is getting laid.

"But if you try this, alchemy, that's exactly what's going to grow!

Jen is desperate to get off topic.

"It's not about magic, it's about studying things that you might be able to apply to different fields, it's great."

"... do you really think so?

I'm still a little fluffy, but I think I'm feeling a little better.

"Oh, I think so. I'm just afraid it hasn't been systematized yet."

Looks like Saki felt something in Jen's words.

"Systematization, or... Sure. Of the same alchemy, magic theory, magic, yes, but material science has just begun."

"Materialology" to examine and apply to life various materials, i.e. the properties of matter, without the use of magic. That area, which is equivalent to so-called chemistry, has just come to an end. It is not impossible that it has not been systematized.

"I'm going to have to ask Jin and the others to tell me."

"Of course not."

"Kufu, I'm looking forward to it"

And when the three of them turned around and went back, on stage, a young male alchemist was just showing them the colored water.

The coloured water is in a clear bottle that looks like it is made of crystal and is purple.

"This is the juice I took from Purple Gun Run"

A purple gun run is a vegetable that is very similar to a cabbage and is purple. The point is, it's purple cabbage.

"Drop vinegar in this juice..."

The cheer boils. The purple juice turned bright red.

"To this, we will add a supernatant of ash juice…"

Then the red juice turned purple, blue, green, and finally yellow.

"We don't use any magic. It is still in the testing phase, but I am thinking that it could be used as a dye. That's it."

Unsparingly applauded by the venue.

So the demonstration seemed to be over.

"That concludes today's demonstration"

The announcement of the Executive Committee members sounded, and each audience that was gathering before the stage pulled up.

"Oh, that was funny"

"Jin, then I'm going to my booth."

"Yeah, I'll do the same"

Saki and I break up, and Jen also goes back to his booth. and there was a huge crowd.

"Ah! Lord Jin!

"Huh? Lord Jin?

"Lord Jin! Let us know more about Mini Craftsman (Smith)!

Since the demonstration was over, people who were impressed by Jen's mini craftsmen (Smith) were pushing them in large numbers.

Their counterpart was Jen, who was most tired that day.

That is how the first day of the Technology Fair ended.

"Well, you're tired."

Jen was leaning against the couch in the hotel's own room. I'm still tired of doing things I'm not used to.

"Father, it's Persica juice."

Reiko to such Jen offered a special Persica juice from Penglai. If you drink it, you will recover your health and fatigue.

"... Ah, good smell"

Just then, Elsa came out of the shower room and smelled the sweet smell of Persica.

"You want some Elsa too?

"Yeah."

To the body after a shower, the cold juice is exceptional. Put your hands on your hips...... nothing like that, Elsa drank up the juice with her elegant tricks.

"... Welcome. It was delicious."

"Well, I guess I'll have a shower too"

When Jen said so and stood up, Meine offered him a bath towel.

"Master Jin, go ahead"

"Oh, thank you"

That's how Jen takes a shower. Reiko prepared the change.

When the refreshed Jen returned to the living room, Saki was visiting. Aal is with him.

"Good evening, Jin"

"Hey, Saki. Hey, what's up?

"Yeah, I'm in one room, so I'm bored. or what is it that gets in the way of Reinhardt and Berche, so I came over here to see you"

"Ha, right"

Jen also laughs and agrees, telling Reiko to behave persica juice for Saki as well.

"Oh, Leiko, thank you"

Saki thanks Reiko for the juice. The trick is slightly more astringent than Elsa's.

"Lady Saki, don't be a little more sober"

That's what Meine sees, but pretends she can't hear Saki.

"I asked Reinhardt a little about Elsa and Meine's return home, and he said it's going to work, right?

"Oh, during the day, His Majesty the Emperor recognized me. And then Elsa's father and... the Marquis' persuasion."

"Sure. Those two are nasty, I'm sure..."

Saki, who said so and laughed, turns to Elsa and Meine and says, being serious.

"Elsa, Meine, good for you"

"Thank you, Sister Saki"

"Thank you, Saki"

And Saki will be back to her usual condition soon.

"Yes, Jin, I was submitting papers and explaining them to the Alchemist Association today and I couldn't see Jin's demonstration, but I'm sure I'll go see them tomorrow."

Said Jen laughed niggardly,

"Oh, look forward to it."

I answered confidently.
