Magi Craft Meister

Game 2 of the 30-24 semifinals

Come on, the second semifinals game begins!

"This is a featured game, too. Two apparent velocity-shaped No. 2 'Zabellers' and No. 41 'Phantoms', which have so far shown their high overall strength. I have no idea what kind of game this is going to be.

Number two is the short sword, number 41 is the great sword.

I thought I'd use two swords, but you didn't.

I guess that means it's different in action than in action.

A one-handed sword for humans is a short sword, and a giant two-handed sword is a great sword.

Its size is approximately 70 cm for short swords and 150 cm for great swords, including patterns.

More than double, there's a difference in size, but I can't be sure which is stronger or more advantageous just that.

Because weapons change their effectiveness depending on who uses them and the circumstances in which they are used.

With speed as a weapon, "Zarbeller" would be able to use the properties of the short sword to the full, and it was thought that the power of "Phantom" would be able to treat the great sword alongside the short sword.

"Begin!"

'Zabeler' popped up, along with a call to start the game.

And horizontal giraffes. It is a slaughter with a wider range of attack than 'Tang Bamboo' swinging down from the upper section.

but 'Phantom' jumped back to the right at his leisure and sent it away.

"Zarbeller" pursued it while adding a "" "reverse", or diagonal cut down double hit.

The opposing Phantom replaced the first strike, and the second strike, the reverse, was not the Great Sword in his hand.

"Hmm, that's a bad attack"

Jen, who is in Penglai, shrugged unexpectedly.

"Brother Jin, what do you mean? Brother Jin is not that familiar with combat technology, should be"

Soon Elsa, who had come next door, asks.

"Yeah, I'm an amateur when it comes to martial arts, but this poor attack pattern is a purely technical story."

and forward, Jen explains why.

"That 'Phantom' is good at parsing the behavior you see. That means…"

"Sooner or later, you'll be dealt with, you mean?

"Exactly. So in that case, 'Zabeler' should have let him attack over there and sent him to attack the gap he made... and I would have instructed him to."

"Dear Master (My Lord), I think that's correct. Now, the movement of Phantom is gradually improving.

Listening to your words, Jen and Elsa once again turned their attention back to the Magic Screen.

There was a figure of "Phantom" literally bouncing around the playing field endlessly with more than "Zarbeller" himself.

It's a rolling match, Mr. Tolph.

(Yeah, at first, I thought number two would fold up at once with that speed, but number 41 withstood the onslaught with just the stickiness. And with its responsiveness, it's already showing unbeatable speed at number two.

As the commentary put it, number 41, "Phantom," wore an incomparable outfit shortly after the start of the game.

But I also imagine there's still some kind of hidden ball in the name of Zabeler number two, the sorcerer.

I see. Mr. Tolph's imagination is that he's going to have to put it out in this semi-final, the 'Hidden Ball' that he's supposed to keep in the final, right?

As the saying goes, Yaruidare of the Kingdom of Egerea, the producer of No. 2 'Zabeler', skipped the instructions out loud from the side of the match field.

"'Zabeler'! Go!"

That short word was enough.

'Zabeler' wrapped 'the wind' around him.

I can't see the wind itself, but I can barely see it because of the winding sand and dust.

Whoa!? What's this?

Wind magic, isn't it? I'm surprised the golem works.

As a means of attacking, there are certainly golems that can 'fire' fireballs and 'fire bullets' of fire attribute magic.

But very few golems can handle magic with their own 'will' and have advanced control.

(Some of these 'only a few' include, besides Jen's golem, the all-purpose golem of the former Unified Party (Unifiler))

"Some have been set up to allow the use of earthly attribute magic 'digging (dig)' for golems and other things that operate in mining sites, but that can only be activated as set. In this way, the magician (Xaveller) is sure to be able to activate according to his movements.

I see. The terms of the tournament don't say that the Golem should not use magic.

That's what I'm saying.

"I see, that wind diverts your opponent's sword"

Jen was alone watching the screen.

Even when it comes to the Great Sword, the material is wood, so it is very light in size. Rather, for the large area under wind, it may be unfavourable.

"The only technician who made that Zyngel would do something unusual."

Yaruidale, who made "The Singing Golem," now seems to have created a golem that manipulates wind magic.

"Anyway, it doesn't say 'don't use magic' in the tournament terms, so it's a good hand."

Given the scarcity of golems capable of exercising magic in the first place, and the fact that being able to use magic is also a characteristic of that golem, it would not be a violation.

However, a magical victory won't score because it won't leave a mark on your armor.

... and Jen, once the chairman of the jury, expressed his opinion.

And in the meantime, the circumstances of the game had changed.

This is amazing! Brilliant! Number two, "Zabeler," we're winding away from their sword!

And you're launching an attack tailored to the wind.

This reverses the situation. 'Zabeler' is now advantageous.

The wind deflects the attack, and your attack uses the wind to increase speed.

They also use 'chase winds' for travel, the speed of which is even faster than earlier.

And naturally, the other 'Phantom' will have the opposite wind, thus also creating the effect of slowing down the stepping speed.

Everyone thought the battle was over.

That arrow tip.

Whoa!

MC Emsie screamed unexpectedly,

"Wow!

"Awesome!"

The audience also raised their voices of surprise.

There was a blow of Phantom in the head of Zabeler.

Finally, we have a settlement! The winner was number 41, 'Phantom'!!

The applause and cheer just broke.

"Is the wind the wind?"

Jen shrugged watching the game in Penglai.

"I like the idea, but the operation was one thing now."

There was a "Phantom" shot in the head of "Zabeler" in a forceful industry, not even a breeze to blow.

"Brother Jin, what's the operation?

Elsa, listening to Jen whine, once again asked the question.

"Oh, 'wind' is a stream of air, so 'mass' is small. So it would be less effective on something heavy, or something with a larger mass?

"Mmm."

I'm talking about what we're gonna do.

Jen cut the words there and saw Elsa's face. As for Jen, he thinks that Elsa's knowledge today will help him get to the right answer.

……

Elsa thinks a little and then says what she comes up with.

"Maybe, wind speed?

"Hit it."

Jen nodded satisfactorily.

"Indeed, air resistance should have been proportional to the squares of speed. So if you double the wind speed, it's supposed to quadruple the effect."

I guessed from the screen that the wind wrapped around 'Zabeler' was about 100 km/h. At wind speed, it's about 28 meters.

Given the wind speed of the typhoon, it turns out that it's not enough yet.

Given the weight, Jen explained that the wind speed, which means more than the automobile will roll over, would blow or fall even though it is' Phantom 'if the wind speed was allowed to blow 80 meters, or about 290 kilometers per hour.

Finally, it will be the final soon.
