Magi Craft Meister

32-10 September 11th Trip Day 3 Night

That night, when we enjoyed the full 'South Island', all the members were going to stay.

Since this is just the right opportunity, Jen decided after dinner to explain the current state of The Long Cycle Planet.

Martha or Lisia didn't know it yet, so I'll start with a brief explanation.

"A certain star is approaching from the other side, and if it stays like this, we'll pass by this Ars on October 20th."

"Huh? Huh?

"... what do you mean, Jin?

To Lisia and Martha, who could not swallow the situation, Jen explained cordially using the Magic Projection Window.

"... well, anyway, I kind of figured it out"

Martha said it was' something like that 'and it seemed to swallow the whole contents.

"... wow... that's kind of a big deal..."

Lisia gave me a sense of crisis as Lisia did.

"So, …"

Jen re-divides.

"According to Jack from the Moon (Unique), he's about to pass by Planet 5. That means we could lose track of each other's gravity."

"Hmm, after the deviation, that's the problem."

Toa says with a little smile on his face.

"I hope you deviate away from Ars, but a closer deviation is likely to create danger as well."

Saki also tuned in to it.

"Hmm, can't we get close to each other on Gin's spaceship and do something about it?

Saki said that.

"Even so..."

The distance between Ars and planet 5 is about 900 million kilometers.

Jen's spaceship cruises at an approximate speed of 200 km/h.

Calculations that will take 52 days, and I can't seem to do anything about it now.

"Oh, is it that far? The universe is huge."

It is a saki with a slightly distant eye.

"Is that it? And is the speed of 'Long Period Planet' faster than Gin's spacecraft!

Compared to cruise speed, but...

I could give you more speed, but that's next to danger, Jen explains.

"At that rate, bumping into little stones can be a big deal."

"Long-cycle planets" are probably very rough surfaces, I can guess.

"The sun, as we approach Selan, I think it will be faster. Does it end up at about 400 kilometers per second?

This speed is phenomenal because the speed of Halley Comet seems to be said to be about 55 kilometers per second near the forthcoming point.

Will it be close to the 'long-cycle planet', as the comet Ison, which has come to the solar system in recent years, is said to be up to 375 kilometers per second?

gossip.

"So far, I can't do anything about it... but I keep observing, and I'm developing my spaceship"

"I see. Gin, how big is' Long Period Planet '?

"Oh, more or less, it seems to be as good as this Ars"

Jen answered a question from Reinhardt.

"You're so big."

"It is. It's a little hard to do something like that."

Saki's "Can't you do something about it? 'It is in the form of an answer to the question.

"I guess. Until you destroy as many stars as you can..."

Because of this, there is a very popular SF film series that depicts weapons that destroy planets, and estimates how much energy they will need if they do the same.

According to that, for a planet on a global scale, it's a 2.25x10 32-fold joule.

This has to be obtained by turning all the 2.5 x 10 15 kilograms of mass into energy.

For your information, an analogy to the energy released from the sun falls roughly seven days.

"No Magic Reactor can cover that energy..."

"Right..."

In Jen's words, the word of consent leaked out of no-one.

"You mean the universe is big or the digits are different? Humans are so tiny."

Toa shrugged with a smudged voice.

Jen raised her voice as she purged the damp air.

"Well, that's about it for this story. I'd rather hear about Saki and Goose. What have we got?

These two were divided up to the interior of Elektra Island in search of anything unusual.

"Yeah, the black sap tree was already reported, so as to fly it, I found some herbs that were going to be spices."

"Kufu, I don't think it's toxic because Rand here with me gave me a simple 'analysis'"

"That's interesting."

When she heard about the spices on the southern island, Jen embarked on herself.

"I want you to take it home and study it slowly."

Saki's eye with anticipation would be whether this would make it possible to develop any new ingredients.

Even as Jen, it was a pleasure to have more kinds of spices, so I will know in two replies.

Jen is not so familiar with spices as he is not a culinary expert, but nevertheless has discovered or practiced some spices so far as to be somewhat fond of cooking.

Cinnamon (cinnamon), pepper (pepper), red pepper (chili), turmeric (depressed), etc., have been found very close, or themselves, but I just want some more.

Saki and Goose have found it. That was about eight different and enough to make Jen expect it.

"Thanks, I'll study it carefully and I'll let you know when I can."

"Fuck, I'm looking forward to it."

"Oh, and I found an interesting tree. A very light tree. It'll grow fast, too. It would be less intense for that matter."

Jen was convinced when he saw the sample that Goose had given him while saying so.

"It's Balsa."

"Bulsa?

"Oh. As far as I know, it's the lightest wood in the world. I used it a lot in previous worlds for model work."

We all know Jen came from different worlds, so there's nothing surprising about that explanation either.

"I see, Bartha, huh? Sounds useful."

"Oh. Because it's growing fast and light..."

"Can you use it on a ship, Gin?

Marcia raised her voice full of expectations.

I just had to shut up and listen to the stories so far, but when it comes to stories like this, Russia moves forward.

"Don't be. For example, if you use it to fill a gap in a ship, flooding makes it harder to sink"

"Yeah, it might be great for small boats."

"It seems soft, so it would be nice to use a different material only on the outside."

Rodrigo, too, is just starting to figure out how to use this new material with Marcia.

Thus, the first day of the visit to the southern islands became meaningful.

Later at night, after everyone pulled up to their bedrooms.

Jen and Elsa were also lenient in the bedroom of "My Wife".

"Just now, but..."

Elsa, looking out the side window, looks back and speaks to Jen.

"'Long Period Planet', what happens, I wonder?

"Um, there's still too little data to make a decision. I want at least another half month."

Elsa is also feeling vague anxiety in the proximity of the Long Period Planet. No, don't feel it, it's more impossible.

"... but..."

"Hmm?"

"I'm sure Brother Jin will do something about it."

"Ha, thanks, Elsa"

Jen held Elsa's shoulder and dropped the light in the room.

"I have to live up to that expectation."

Through the window, the moonlight was lightly plugged in.
