50-07 Policy Acting

"Soon the Bending Flight Competition Part 1," The Definitive Acting, "will begin. See your brochure or monitor '

Announcement goes in.

"Policy Competition" competes for how beautifully and accurately to portray a determined bending pattern, as it was called 'Comparsory' in figure skating.

Grading is golem brains.

Malika was to order the "Testa" of the "Onogoro Island" management magic brainchild to do the grading.

The content of the performance was determined by Jen, with vague memories, with reference to the competition events of model planes in modern Japan.

1. Take-off: After the run, smoothly move to horizontal flight. (10 points)

2. Horizontal flight: altitude 3 meters, 100 meters in a straight line. (10 points)

3. Horizontal 8 word flight: a shape that maintains an altitude of 3 meters and stuck two true circles with a radius of 10 meters. (20 points)

4. Three consecutive retrospectives: starting at an altitude of three meters, three consecutive true circles with a radius of twenty meters in the same place. (40 points)

5. IMMERMAN TURN: Half turn from an altitude of 3 meters to a radius of 20 meters, then perform a half-rotated roll (stirring rotation) from the rear state at the top vertex and move to horizontal flight. (in short, a longitudinal U-turn) (30 points)

6. After performing the split S: 5, roll the fuselage half way from the horizontal flight, return to the rear flight state, and then halve the retreat downward and move to the horizontal flight. (in short, a longitudinal U-turn) (30 points)

7. Landing: Return to the starting vicinity, can you land smoothly. Deduct if bounced. (10 points)

150 points in total.

Of course, it's pre-notified, so all participants should be practicing on this flight pattern.

Incidentally, after take-off, until before landing, the junction is erected near an altitude of one metre, taking care not to break the fuselage even if it crashes.

'Come on, it looks like you're ready! Bending Flight # 1, "Definitive Acting" Begins!

MC Rackhart Randall declared, applause boiled in the venue.

"Zeke one, Natalia! Tri-leaf plane 'Halcyon', we're taking off!

The runway is smoothly paved so smooth take-off is possible. "Halcyon" took off smoothly after a run of about twenty meters.

And horizontal flight.

'You're stable. If it's a three-leaf machine, then, is it?'

"Plus, being in a windless junction, plus the magic guide to posture control aids from Master Jin, was it? I think it works too. '

'That's funny, this competition! I'd love to... I'll ask Malika later.'

Theon seems to like it and doesn't seem to get the MC and commentary words in his ear either.

"8 Letter Flight...... oh, this is brilliant too!

'But... ah, you've dropped a little altitude in the second turn'

Continuous rewind.

'Oh, it's rolling!

"The second time I turned around, I was slightly short of speed or the circle was shaken a little"

The combination of the heating up MC and the sober commentary is quite interesting, Jen thought he was listening.

Again, three consecutive iterations are difficult, and the second or third time, the speed seems to slow down, making it harder to follow the same trajectory.

"INMERMAN TURN!... summed it up without difficulty!!

Inmelman Turn is attributed to Max Inmelman, a German ace pilot in the early years of World War I.

His braided manoeuvres (manubas) made a vertical 'U-turn' by turning (loops) and twisting (rolls) 180 degrees in sequence or simultaneously.

If not fast enough, it would stall in the middle of a turnaround, so it was higher technology to do it with the engine… rather than with the fuselage… at the time.

For the record, Jen knew where Inmelman Turn came from, but he didn't know where Split S came from.

"It's not an interesting move...... I'd be drunk if I was actually on it"

It was Zion's honest sentiment.

"Then Split S!

This is the inverse of the Inmelman turn, which can be assumed to U-turn while converting the positional energy called altitude to speed.

"Oh, that's brilliant."

Duplexers, triplets, etc. are World War I airframes, so it is only natural to carry out these manoeuvres.

'Landing...... oh, landed beautifully!

"That was quite a flight,"

In seconds, the grading results are shown on a large monitor… the Magic Projection Window (Magic Screen).

9 take-off points, 8 horizontal flights, 13 horizontal 8 word flights, 21 consecutive repetitions, 24 inmelman turns, 25 split s, 8 landings. 108 points in total.

'I got quite a grade! Next up is Zeke 2, Shu Nido! It's a retracted wing aircraft, Electric Light!

'Electric light', a retracted wing aircraft, carries out manoeuvres on speed overall. Speed is not an issue because it is not eligible for grading, but speed means greater centrifugal force, and repetition, etc., tends to be greater.

"I think it's a little bit of a turnaround."

It was an act in contrast to Natalia's "Halcyon," which was a low-speed aircraft.

Shu's grades are eight take-off points, eight horizontal flights, fourteen horizontal eight-letter flights, three consecutive repetitions of twenty points, twenty-four Inmelman turns, twenty-three Split Ss, and eight landings. 105 points in total.

It is quite a rigorous assessment.

Zeke 3, Eugene Fowl's tapered wing aircraft also finished the act again without difficulty.

9 take-off points, 9 horizontal flights, 17 horizontal 8 word flights, 22 consecutive repetitions, 21 inmelman turns, 21 split s, 8 landings. 107 points in total.

Zeke 4, Greena Kuzma's elliptical wing 'Tempest' showed us an elegant flight, but seemed somewhat lacking in accuracy,

9 take-off points, 9 horizontal flight points, 14 horizontal 8 word flight points, 3 consecutive repetitions 20 points, 22 Inmelman turns, 21 split Ss, 9 landings. It totalled 104 points.

Zeke 5, Sheereen Eschenbach's duplexer seemed to be suitable for this flight pattern,

8 take-off points, 8 horizontal flight points, 14 horizontal 8 word flight points, 3 consecutive repetitions 21 points, 23 Inmelman turns, 22 split Ss, 8 landings. Scored 104 points in total.

Zeke 6, the rectangular wing aircraft with Sydney Marek's foldable main wing, spreads the main wing and performs the act,

9 take-off points, 8 horizontal flights, 15 horizontal 8 word flights, 23 consecutive repetitions, 23 inmelman turns, 23 split s, 8 landings. He has scored 109 points in total.

Zeke 7, a tapered wing aircraft with Werner Randall's stretching and shrinking main wing.

'Oh! We shorten our main wings in scenes where we need speed!

"You're making use of your traits."

"It's hard to do."

So 9 take-off points, 9 horizontal flight points, 16 horizontal 8 word flight points, 3 consecutive repetitions 24 points, 22 Inmelman turns, 21 split Ss, 9 landings. 110 points in total.

Zeke 8, Florence Foulheit's retreating wing 'Blue Sky', got a little rough acting.

As a result, 7 take-off points, 8 horizontal flights, 15 horizontal 8 word flights, 3 consecutive repetitions of 25 points, 20 inmelman turns, 19 split s, and 7 landings. 101 points in total.

Zeke 9, Elvis Alcott's double-leaf machine, Double Wings, does quite a good job.

8 take-off points, 9 horizontal flights, 16 horizontal 8 word flights, 22 consecutive repetitions, 23 inmelman turns, 23 split S23 points, 8 landings. 109 points in total.

"There's a slight difference, but it doesn't make much difference."

Scion groaned pompously.

"Right, because you're still a bunch of technicians."

Staehardt Randall replied to the whine.

"Come on, then Zeke 10, Rubina Garrett! It's the Delta Wings' Nile '!

"Delta wings are one 'Nile', right? I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of manoeuvres you have. '

After a smooth take-off, "Nile" performs a horizontal flight, followed by an eight-letter flight, a continuous retreat and an act.

I was somewhat bad with the horizontal 8 lettering, but the continuous rewind was the most stunning thing I've ever seen.

'Inmelman turns are great, too.... followed by Split S! This is brilliant, too.'

"Delta wings seem to be good at retreating and twisting."

"Rubina-like, energetic act."

And landed. I was feeling too well and slightly overrun.

The scores were 8 take-off points, 9 horizontal flights, 13 horizontal 8 word flights, 27 consecutive repetitions, 25 impermanent turns, 24 split Ss and 6 landings. 112 points in total.

'That's the best point I've ever had!

"But next is Master Jin."

"I hope so."

And Zeke 11, Jen's "Zero" started.

'It's a brilliant take-off, taking advantage of the advantages of variable wing aircraft!

Horizontal flight is stable.

"Eight letters... you haven't dropped altitude."

From take-off to horizontal flight, and horizontal eight-word flights, "Zero" enters the retreat.

Reduce the main wing area and focus on speed. Fast three times in a row.

"Beautiful circle."

Theon impressed me.

Inmelman turns also made agile manoeuvres because they went with the main wings shrunk, a bad move.

The same was true of the following split s.

"Again, that's Master Jin"

The landing widened its main wing, making it a low-wing surface weighted and fluttering landing.

Scores included 9 take-off points, 9 horizontal flights, 18 horizontal 8 word flights, 27 consecutive repetitions, 26 Inmelman turns, 25 split Ss, and 9 landings. 123 points in total.

'I did it! That's Magic Engineer Magicraft Jazz! Highest score!

And it will be Lord Toss's turn.

"Zeke 12, Lord Rhodotos' tapered wing aircraft 'Swallow', now, start!

Smooth take-off, complete steady horizontal flight, horizontal eight letter flight.

"You're doing well without lowering altitude."

'Deepening the bank makes it easier to lower altitude, so you can either hit the helm with a lifting rudder or raise the engine output to deal with it, but if it's not balanced, it can distort the turning track and vice versa'

"... hey Staehardt, you know a lot about this?

A penetration from Scion went in.

"Yeah? Yeah, 'cause that's what the commentary does."

'I feel like I know more than that, though?

Scion puts in a penetration with his jito eyes. Staehardt Randall, who could no longer resist that eyesight, confessed.

'As a matter of fact, in the name of descriptions, Master Jin has made a practice machine, so we can have a little practice flight...'

'It's sloppy.... let's say we ask Jin later'

Now is the time to concentrate on the competition.

Rhodotos' 'swallow' had finished Split S and was in a landing position.

Results include 8 take-off points, 9 horizontal flights, 18 horizontal 8 word flights, 26 consecutive repetitions, 24 impermanent turns, 24 split Ss, and 9 landings. 118 points in total. It is second to none so far.

"At the end of the day, Malika. I wonder how she's doing."

To Theon, no matter how old he is, Malika seems to be 'the kid'.

Is that Malika unexpected? also showed steady flight to

9 take-off points, 9 horizontal flight points, 17 horizontal 8 word flight points, 3 consecutive repetitions of 25 points, 24 in Melman turns, 25 in Split S, 9 landing points. He was second alongside Roadtoss with a total of 118 points.

Unspared applause had been given by the audience.
