But kept chanting; at first, the words were clear, but eventually, they seemed like silent muttering, the scripture sound echoed like a chant, penetrating the mind and deeper into the bones.
In an instant, those behind Elder Yushu seemed unable to control themselves.
Their bodies swayed, faces displaying pain.
One of them knelt with a thud, kowtowing repeatedly, blood dripping:

He laughed maniacally:

Finally, clutching the heart, he fell, dying an untimely death.
