Me, Hydra

I, Hydra. Chapter 5.

At the words, Zeus and the others nodded after looking at each other.

"Yes, but I can't trust you guys."

Hearing Zeus's words, Hydra immediately spoke.

"Swear to Kaos, the God of Chaos, that if I, Hydra, break my contract with the Heavenly Pearl Hell, my soul will be burned in Hell forever!"

Hearing Hydra's words, Zeus and the others bit their teeth.

The so-called Kaos was an existence before the gods, and it was recorded that at the beginning of the universe, there was only Kaos, whose shape was indescribable; a space with no boundaries and nothing to lose.

He then relied on asexual reproduction to give birth from within himself to Gaia, the goddess of the Earth Mother, Tartarus, the god of the underworld, Orebos, the god of darkness, Nyx, the goddess of night, and Eros, the goddess of love, and thus the world began.

Thus, the binding force of the oath initiated in the name of Kaos could not be broken even by the gods.

"Well, you win, Hydra..."

As he did so, Zeus left the Aegean Sea on a dark cloud.

Witnessing Zeus leave, Hydra couldn't wait to return to the bottom of the sea.

Even though the Earth God Grid on Cronos's body was cracked due to the fierce battle, the divine power on it was still incredibly thick.

The amount of energy was unbelievable, and the crust on his body was getting tighter and tighter, and he had to find a safe place to molt. And then completely step into adulthood.

As for Cronos' life... Hydra wasn't ready to kill it completely, for, standing behind Cronos was the Earth Mother Goddess Gaia as well as the Titan Goddesses!

And if Cronos was alive...it was definitely not good news for Zeus and the others.

Because, Gaia would never sit back and watch his handpicked God King be overthrown.

Volume 1: Text-7 - Long live the vessel!

One hundred years, in order to digest the remaining divine power in Kronos, Hydra digested it for a whole year.

One hundred years and a sea of vicissitudes. A huge labyrinth appeared on the Aegean Sea, which held a demon with a bull's head and a human body, Minotaur. Zeus built the Great Pantheon on Mount Olympus, with Zeus ruling the sky, Poseidon ruling the sea, and Hades ruling Hell. On Mount Olympus, the twelve main gods returned to their thrones. The world was in a state of flux.

Open your eyes, Hydra has receded from the body. No longer a mere serpent's head, Hydra is covered in sharp bumps of scales and possesses an extremely high immunity to magic due to its devouring of Kronos, but more importantly, because of the divine power of the earth and the Titans, whether sky or sea, human or serpentine. Hydra's power is not diminished in the slightest, and the dorsal fins that used to be glossy grow like sailfish on the back, and the snake's head has lost its one horn and been replaced by those sharp cuticles at the back of the head.

Shake the body, completed molting Hydra is strong, the first Hydra even when facing Zeus again is confident of victory in battle, but the group of gods on Mount Olympus do not talk about benevolence and morality, this can be seen in Atalanta.

After Atalanta had hunted the boar, his father began to value Atalanta enough to want her to marry, and Atalanta, who had sworn to the goddess to remain pure, had no such intention and agreed to marry the suitor who ran and beat her in a race, the loser of which was to be killed. King Scinius agreed, and many young men died because they would not be able to resist temptation, until Melanion appeared.

When Muranion asks Aphrodite, the goddess of love, for help, she gives him three golden apples for Muranion to throw, which slows down when Atalanta picks them up. Those apples are irresistible, so whenever Atalanta overtakes Morannion, he rolls one in front of her so she can run after him, and Morannion wins the race....

Estimating the time, Hydra raised the snake's head at the bottom of the sea. Now Hydra but the body's verse would have reached five hundred meters huge, is the true meaning of flipping the sea tsunami mountain collapse. But somehow, even with this violent movement, the sea remained calm. This was Kozo's water elemental affinity.

"Do you hear that... someone is calling us..."

As she spoke, Hydra slowly swam upwards.

And what was going on above? Dressed in rags above the ancient rags, an old man with a white beard kneeled respectfully in the sea.

"One hundred years...exactly one hundred years...the time has come for your return, Lord Hydra!"

Hearing the call, Hydra poked her head out of the sea.

The scent emanating from the old man in front of him was very familiar to himself, and the piety in his eyes didn't seem fake, but a hundred years was enough time to bury many things.

"You... the scent on your body is very familiar to me..."

Hearing Hydra's words, the old man's cloudy eyes were instantly eroded by tears.

Burying his head deep in the seawater for a full half a dozen times, the old man with white beard hair raised his head piously.

"Lord Hydra, it was here, a hundred years ago today. I lost my name and walked among the city-states as your surrogate. One hundred years...you have been missing for exactly one hundred years, and I am fortunate that I will see you again in my lifetime. I am your faithful vicegerent, I am your shadow walking the earth. May Your light shine through heaven-"

Hearing the old man's words, Hydra nodded slightly, so this fellow in front of him should be the handsome young man who had asked himself for a method of rescue at the Aegean Sea shore. What hadn't been expected was that so much time had passed and he was still alive, that handsome youth had passed away, and this old man's face and eyes in front of him had turned cloudy.

"This is pathetic,"

Hydra thought so, though the guy in front of him believed in himself, Hydra herself was not impressed.

Transformed into a human, five meters tall with a blue-purple to scaly body and nine heads on his shoulders all looking straight at the dying old man in front of him.

"What does the southern territory look like now?"

Hearing Hydra's words, the old man got up with his wooden staff and said.

"Although there is no Lord Hydra in command, the spirit of Lord Hydra has been conveyed and the people are self-reliant, and our people live in peace without the suppression of the theocracy. But the people of the Athens region have always been soldiering against us. Believing in the wretched theocracy, they have always been unwilling to give up the heavenly riches that may fall at any moment...that is, the miracles..."

And hearing the old man's complaint, Hydra narrowed her eyes.

Never one to perform any so-called miracles himself, after all, he had been asleep for over a hundred years, and took a look at the old man before him, the handsomeness of his youth still hidden in some of his outlines. The God of Time had rubbed and wrinkled his skin. The handsome man from back then might only exist in his own memories....

A drop of venom appeared in the palm of his hand and Hyde applied it to the old man's forehead.

"This is the poison of returning to old age, do not refuse. This is the payment for your faith in vessel cooking, just an exchange of equals,"

Looking at the old man in front of him who was constantly regaining his young face, Hydra slowly said, "Alright, take me to the Council of Sages..."

"Our people, what we need is a vessel, a republic,"

The territory of Hydra is the Peloponnese and the two islands of Crete and the sea in between.

Volume I: Text - 8 - Sparta with the belief in Hydra

It came in the form of a half-man to what is now Hydra's main city.

Hydra chose the Peloponnese to trip for two reasons, one, because the Peloponnese was separated from the main Greek city, Athens, by a short distance and only one entrance for blockades and invasions, and the other, because the Peloponnese was home to a country called "Sparta"!

The Sparta in front of us was just as one would expect, full of bungalows, no towering buildings, but every child walking the streets was fit and healthy, not a fat one, each one looked as if they had been carved with a carving knife.

The Spartan boys were raised by both parents until they were seven years old. From an early age, their parents took care to cultivate the habit of not crying, not picking at food, not making noise, not being afraid of the dark, not being afraid of being alone. After the age of 7, the boys were put into teams and led a collective military life away from their parents. Demanding absolute obedience to their leader and increased courage, physical strength and brutality, they practice running, discus throwing, boxing, fencing and brawling. In order to train their children in obedience and patience, they were whipped once a year at the festival to honor the gods. They kneel before the temple and the fiery lash falls like rain, but they are not allowed to beg for mercy, shout, or even make a sound.

There were no walls, not even a decent street. It is understandable whether or not children who have been beaten can be seen on the roads. Children in Sparta had very little food, but were encouraged to go outside and steal it. If they were caught, they were to be beaten severely when they returned because they were not very good at stealing.

Also, Spartans value procreation, and homosexuality is strictly forbidden. When a Spartan baby was born, he was carried to the elders to be examined, and if the elders deemed him unhealthy, he was thrown into a deserted field in the wilderness; the mother bathed her baby in strong drink, and if he had a fit or lost consciousness, it was proof that he was not strong and left to die, for he could not grow up to be a good warrior.

It is also because of the cruel folk of Sparta that the orthodox Spartans in their heyday numbered only 9,000, and this 9,000 race included women and children. The whole Sparta was like a strict barracks, the Spartans respected force, so the orthodox Spartans were not allowed to engage in commerce and agriculture, because such things were left to the slaves.

The Shilohs were the slaves of the Spartans, and the Spartans regarded them as animals. During the Hippo War, the Spartans conscripted 35,000 Hilo men at a time to go with the army. They were forced to go to the head of the line, spending their lives to find out the enemy's weaknesses and cut down their fighting strength.

Not surprisingly, the Shilohs often rebelled, so a method called kleptocracy was used to persecute and destroy the Shilohs.
