Milf's Diary

Chapter 15: Jack

While I was still baffled by the diary’s change. The dragon landed right in front of me. Its body was massive, almost like a three-story building. Its silver-white scales were reflecting the sunlight like mirrors. I was even able to see my own reflection within those scales on its belly. Its big black eyes were locked on me, and it didn’t seem to plan on attacking me.

"What’s your name, brother?" It spoke! But then I instantly looked up at its head, where a young man holding a silver diary was sitting, but I couldn’t see any name on that diary. It appeared as plain silver, unlike mine, which had Milf’s Diary written on it.

"Henry, and you?" I replied, but my eyes were still examining the massive dragon in front. This thing was huge, and for some reason I felt like this was just a youngling dragon, as it lacked any kind of suppressing aura except for its huge body, which in itself was quite intimidating to look at.

"Jack, nice to meet you, Henry." He spoke, and the dragon lowered its head to let him step down.

He stretched his hand towards for a handshake. I glanced up and down at him a few times before shaking hands with him.

There appeared to be nothing special about him. His belly was bloated as if carrying a child inside.

"Bro, which faction are you from?" Jack asked with a warm smile.

I wanted to tell him the truth that I still haven’t joined any faction, but then I remembered Duke Magnus’s words: Grimoire evolved to silver rank only after joining a faction with a god’s blessing. And I didn’t remember joining any organisation actively.

Seeing my silence, he quickly said, "Don’t mind if you don’t want to share."

Suddenly, he moved closer to me and came beside me. He said in a low voice, "You know, I am the only blessed of Mirror Dragon."

I don’t know why he was telling me this, but from the look on his face, he just wanted to show off.

"Mirror Dragon," I muttered.

"Indeed, it is the strongest dragon in the world," Jack said, patting the giant dragon’s legs.

"Ahhh...."

At this moment, a loud cry rang throughout the entire plane. We looked in the direction of the forest nearby in unison.

"Fuck, I almost forgot about it. Bro, me and my friend is here to hunt an evil grimoire Holder. Would you like to join in?" Jack said. From the look on his face, he seemed to have really forgotten about this mission.

If he was hunting someone with a friend, then this evil person they were hunting must at least own a silver grimoire.

I haven’t tested my own strength yet; it might be a little dangerous for me. But I might learn a few new things about my Milf’s Diary if I joined them in the hunt. Moreover, he has a living dragon with him; no matter which fantasy, the dragon has always been at the pinnacle of the food chain.

"I am coming." I looked at Jack’s impatient face, who was already back on the dragon’s head, ready to fly.

"Let’s go." Hearing my answer, he roared with excitement, and the dragon grabbed me by the collar with its sharp, pointy claws and placed me on top of its head before flying towards the source of that cry.

As soon as it flew into the sky, I noticed a tiny blue dot of light sitting on my shoulder. I almost freaked out for a moment, falling off the dragon’s head.

"Bro..." Jack quickly grabbed my hand, helping me sit back up.

"Thanks?" I quickly thanked him before looking for the light dot.

"No worries, you are not the first person who has fallen from here," Jack said casually.

I looked around a little before finding that light dot floating above my head. I pointed my finger at it and asked Jack, "You know what this thing is?"

"Huh, Bro, it’s your Grimoire’s spirit projection," Jack said, giving me a disdainful look, as he added, "Bro, I have already told you that I am the blessed of Mirror Dragon. Who are you trying to show off to? See, the dragon we’re riding is mine, Grimoire’s Spirit Projection."

His words revealed something new to me. Looks like Grimoire Spirit Projection is definitely a rare thing, but not too rare amongst the top figures of big factions.

"But I am curious what its true form looks like," Jack said, staring at me attentively.

He wanted me to show him the true form of my Grimoire’s spirit projection, but what he didn’t know was that I myself didn’t know how to do that.

I wondered if I should ask him directly or not. But before I could think about it, the dragon landed in the middle of the forest.

Once we landed on the ground, I saw the mirror dragon shrinking its body to the size of a football as it flew around Jack just like my blue light dot.

"Bro, keep your step low, and follow behind me," Jack said, heading forward, and I simply followed behind. Being clueless feels really frustrating. I should better join a Grimoire school to learn about all its uses.

I suppressed my extra thought and walked through thick and thin bushes, removing branches as I carefully walked through the forest. From the look of it, Jack appeared quite skilled in these things, as he moved seamlessly like walking on a normal bustling road in the cities.

When he stopped, I did too. Both of us peeked through the bushes at the scenery in front of us. The Village Jack had mentioned was right in front of us, and the sight was anything but normal.

The village seemed to consist of hundreds of women and only 10 men. Each one of these men was extremely skinny, except one sitting on a throne.
