Miniature Garden Chemister

4. Merchant Guild - 2

I have now… taken to the Merchant Guild across the street from the Adventurer's Guild, facing Mariage, the Merchant's Guild.

Unlike the adventurer guild, this merchant guild is a calm space based on white. Whether it is for business or for another purpose, there is a desk and chair on the ground floor that anyone can freely use.

I'm in the reception room upstairs to talk to Mariage, the Alliance Master.

Then I sign up for the Merchant Guild and explain that I want to open my shop in this city.

"Hey..."

Honey, write up the orange hair and compare the paperwork with me for a full explanation. Mr. Mariage's gaze is sharp, beautiful, and I'm thrilled to be seen even by a woman. Look at me one more time while I do my thinking tricks.

"I'm a little anxious about my age to be a merchant… well, there's Alfred's back shield and it's good. Our guild welcomes you."

"Mr. Mariage...! Thank you!!

I can't believe you gave me this easy permission.

This and all, thanks to Mr. Alfred's introduction.

"Restorative medicine (potion) store." Hinami's Box Garden. "The only basic treatment is restorative medicine (potion)... well, it's a business, and it's not a problem to have more product types in the future. Remember to make an offer to the Alliance if there is any change in management or policy."

"Yes!"

The smiling look on Mariage's face wasn't as sharp as it had been earlier, and yes… it had turned her family into a sight to behold her companions.

Spread the bundle of paperwork in your hand to your desk and say, "You're going into the contract like this." Get ready to go. Drop your gaze on the three pieces of paper spread before me and it was a piece of paper that said Merchant Guild Registration Certificate, Merchant Guild Terms and Store Opening Registration in turn from the left.

"First of all, I'm going to register first. Hinami has signed up for the Adventurer Alliance, so please present the Adventurer's Alliance card. And let me add the Merchant Alliance registration."

"Oh, I get it. You can do that."

"Yep. Because if you have more than one card, it will be bulky…"

I take my guild card and hand it to Mr. Mariage. My guild card, which is not very much used at all, is shiny. While watching that, one woman enters the room if Ms. Mariage rings the bell that was placed beside her desk. When I gave him my guild card and registration card, the woman received it and gave a gentle interview and left the room behind.

"While you're registering, I'll give you a description of your guild and a description of how to open a store."

"Yes. Please...!

Listening to Mr Mariage's explanation as he looks at the paper of the Statute which is placed before me.

"Merchant guild rules are not that difficult. Three in large part. First of all, not to do anything detrimental to the guild. This also applies when there is a violation of the guild's terms and orders, or when there is an intervention from the guild, regardless of the organization or individual. Two, commercial registration. This will oblige you to report to the Alliance what kind of business you are in… However, I would sell these kinds of things on such a scale, not on such a fine scale. It would be fine if you would report the plans and direction of such a business. Don't forget that you also have a reporting obligation when you start a new business. And finally, in terms of taxes. With regard to taxes on commerce, there is no levy of taxes in respect of sales on the market. However, if you have a" store ”like this one, it will be taxed. Taxes are paid by store location. I'll explain the location later."

"I see…"

I also feel like I'm going to get a little flat from being explained at once, but I'm going to sort out the situation while I rebel in my head. That said, it doesn't seem like it's that difficult.

One. Don't do anything to the detriment of your guild.

Seems fine if you don't violate the terms and orders and cause every problem.

2. Obligation to register the commerce to be carried out.

Business registration… report the industry, industry, and product details to the Alliance.

3. With regard to taxes.

1 month calculation, 7 gold coins on Boulevard. 5 gold coins on Middle Street. Two gold coins for the street and one gold coin for the alley.

Yeah, it's refreshing to sum up.

I thought you had some awesome terms, but I was a little relieved you weren't. Again, this kind of fantasy world is different from Japan and loose... or the development of civilization is slow, so it hasn't become a very difficult system. Yeah, I think I can do something about this... too?

"Do you have any questions?

"Hmm... nothing in particular...?

"Yes. Oh, and I have to explain this."

"Is this…?

Mr. Mariage opens the drawer and brings one small box. It was a beautiful white... gem that came out of it. If you lift it in front of the knob face with your fingers, Mr. Mariage's face will look clear. How transparent is it to see beyond through the jewels?

"Oh, you don't know Hinami"

"I can't believe you don't know anyone. If it wasn't for Alfred's introduction, you'd have to pay up front."

Mr. Mariage gave me an explanation with a tickling laugh.

"This is a" white magic trick. ”The Merchant Guild is the only one I currently deal with. It's impossible to get it because we process and produce it in guilds..."

"Huh!? Amazing."

"Yes, and this proves that my shop did not do anything wrong." I want you to put it on the front of the store, but the stones of the shops that are cheating are black. "

"That's right. It is a product of Patimon, or disguises the value of an item… reacts to various events"

What? That's amazing.

I wonder if it's low tech or, in a way, super high tech.

Alfred added a brief analogy to Mariage's explanation. If I wondered on what principle it was a magic prop that moves, "Don't tell me because the production methods and specifications are confidential," she smiled at me with a demonic smile.

Wow, I think you're the one using a woman as a weapon, starting in the middle of 20... no, I guess in the second half. I would have been about the same age if I hadn't been young... but I didn't think I could do anything so feminine and smooth so far.

"At the end of the day, you registered to open a store."

If you look at the one piece of paper left, there are a few confirmations written.

The name of the store.

Industry.

Location.

Business days, hours.

Number of employees.

"Yes… we need to find the location of the store."

"Yep. I'll introduce you later. I have a few rules to follow in deciding where to go."

"Terms?

"Yep. location of the store and in terms of sales. And it depends on the amount of taxes you just described."

Mr Mariage gave me one explanation at a time. Apparently, in this world, business hours became looser as we went from the boulevard to the alley. By the way, taxes are as they were earlier.

Boulevard shops… no holidays, morning to evening (or time in order) opening obligations.

Shops on Middle Street… Closed 1 day a week, morning to evening (or time in order) opening obligations.

Shops in small streets… Closed 1-2 days a week, open from noon to evening (or hours in order).

Alley shops… no obligation to close or open hours.

"I see… boulevard shops have to be open every day."

"Yep. This is also important in developing the country. So don't think it's that easy to do business on the main street."

"Yes."

So... is my shop inside or small? But it's me and Ickle, and I've done a lot. I have to go see the goddess too... what's wrong?

By the way, Main Street, two streets next to it are Middle Street. And its three further back streets are the small streets. The last alley is further down the street, with several streets. As a matter of fact, there may be a store in the hole, and there may be a little popularity in the tunnel.

"What do you think of Ickle?

"Hmm... right. Wouldn't that be a good street?

"I see… indeed, it's big for us if it's on the middle street."

I talked to Ickle, who was standing behind me, and asked him what he thought, and he got a similar answer to what I had in mind.

Yeah, I knew I wanted my own time, and it's a little hard to work full, even though I have a day off. If it is a small street, it will be convenient on the second day of the week because you can set your own business hours without working full time.

"Mr. Mariage, I'd like to ask for a small street!

"Yeah, okay. I think it would be just the right street if I were to leave the store for the first time. Because it's not like there's a lot of people..."

And the problem remains.

What store to make it! Well, it's a recovery drug (potion) shop. I had decided that, but I had not decided on the opening hours, etc.

"Uh, the employees, for once... it's me and Ickle. I haven't set any particular business hours…"

"Oh, really...? If so, yeah. It's basically morning for adventurers to go out, so I guess it's better after morning."

"Oh... I see! Then please!

"Okay."

If you respond to Mariage's advice instantly, you will see the squeaky face from behind… I don't see it, but I feel it. You must look absolutely frightened.

Hey, didn't this fill all the items once and for all?

"Well, that's not a problem."

"Thank you very much!

"With regard to the property, but I'll make some arrangements here, so I was wondering if you could come and see me after tomorrow."

"I understand."

It seems like it will carry a lot of applause and open the store safely. No, that said, the property isn't there yet. I can't help but look forward to receiving guidance from tomorrow onwards. I turned back to the icle behind me, and I gently signed the piece, and he smiled a little like he said, "Good for you." Hey, isn't the smile rare...!?

Just finished. Knock sounded like I anticipated now, and an earlier woman came in with my guild card. When I received it, it said Merchant Guild next to the card that says Adventurer Guild. "Thank you," the woman excused herself.

"Now you're part of the Merchant Alliance. If you need anything, count on me."

"Thank you very much…!

I want to call you Sister. It's a good outfit...!

That dialogue while flushing long honey orange hair back. This is what I want to see when my favorite boy tells me. That said, I haven't had a boyfriend either because I've always been a part-timer...

"" Thank you. ""

Ickle and the two of us thank each other again and leave the Merchant Alliance behind.

I also thank Alfred and Shea and even promise to come and see me when the store is ready. Ugh, definitely my face... you're yawning!

"Lady ~!!"

"... Quilt!

Just out of the Merchant Guild, I saw you quilt out of the Adventurer Guild. Um, I'm done with my workouts… I think it's too late… but I notice the sky turning a little orange. Looks like you've been in the Merchant Guild longer than you thought.

"That's enough time... Hinami, Ikuru. Because of that, and how about dinner at my place of destination?

"Wow, that's nice...!

If I had ridden Mr Alfred's suggestion, Ickle would have similarly nodded and expressed his affirmation.

Actually, I was nervous and didn't realize it, but I'm hungry for it...!
