However, these parts are not fully automatic, and the automotive parts available on hundreds of “incubators" are concentrated in parts supply workshops further afield through the drive track.

Parts supply workshops need to employ more than twenty monster workers who need to manipulate special fixture equipment and move hundreds of parts of the same type onto the track at once.

Now there is no one in the parts supply workshop, parts are not grabbed with clamps, grabbing hundreds at a time.

It has been transformed into a magazine structure, each part loaded like a bullet, one by one, into an import track.

Back to the warehouse of the parts, also by fully automatic machinery, complete the process of sorting the parts and importing the parts cartridges.

Finally, the part cartridge is precisely propelled into the interior of the importing device. Whenever the parts in a part cartridge are used up, the robot hands forward and takes out the part cartridge and puts it into the rail car for the next input and export cycle.

It's easy to say. Why is it so difficult to do this?

Originally, a minefield production centre was set up, and the monsters produced an energy "incubator”, but there was not a very good solution to the problem of fully automating the supply of spare parts.

This is not a problem that can be solved by tailoring a part sorting machine.

Unmanned means the entire part sorting supply step, which must be done in a five-axis processing center, with no difference in precision.

Vibration occurs when parts move. The same occurs when you put it down.

Mechanical arms or clamps can also cause errors during work. These errors become larger and larger as each rail is repetitively positioned

To fix errors, monster workers have to fix these devices with high frequencies. Once the equipment enters the correction mode, work stops and production is delayed.

This is an unsolvable technical difficulty.

The advent of Virtual Factory 5.0 replaces the monster workers fixing equipment.

The sensor automatically records the equipment's work data every time, and the virtual factory automatically analyzes whether there are errors based on these data. If it does, it will take over the driver of this device and let it automatically correct the error the next time it works.

This is true of a component disassembly supply facility, as well as a hundred lightning “incubators”.

This is true of all equipment at a lightning production centre, as is the entire Longxi Beach plant.
