Chapter 1205: 1184: The Problem Continues

If you want large-scale mechanized diamond mining, you need to come up with a mechanized mining plan to accompany it.

This is a long process of R&D that needs to be improved from nothing to nothing, little by little, in mining practice.

For example, in a brown coal mine in Hamburg, Germany, engineers specifically designed and manufactured one of the world's largest single engineered mechanical equipment, the Model 293 Spoonwheel Excavator, to increase production capacity to the limit.

This excavation machinery is up and running, allowing the removal of nearly 150,000 tons of coal mines per day.

Mechanized mining was maximized by engineers.

But it took engineers five years, from designing to making this giant steel beast.

Five years to build a giant iron and steel beast, again when engineers have plenty of similar excavation equipment that can be borrowed from them, and this equipment only requires a simple spinning winch mining.

How long will it take to design a diamond mining equipment that doesn't have any design ideas to build on?

The last upgrade of the Monster Factory gave the Longxi Beach Factory a Virtual Factory 5.0 system. This system gives a group of cold machines a soul to think about themselves, and in a virtual world, tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of different combinations are used to find the best process combinations for all machines in the factory.

The machine gradually generates lethal tolerances during operation and the system calibrates automatically.

During processing, each detail is handled by the system to minimize the impact of man-made operations.

For example, when a machine comes out of a factory, manufacturers tend to give it the ultimate precision of theoretical machining. In practice, however, this extreme precision cannot be processed at all. Because in machine work, too many factors can affect accuracy, even small changes in workshop temperature.

In virtual plant systems, however, these impacts are all eliminated.

No change escapes system sensing and measurement, and these changes are compensated for automatically by the system.

Fluorescent Mozilla hardness is four.

Long stone hardness is six.

Quartz, granite, and basalt have a hardness of seven.

Yellowstone hardness is eight.

Nature's various mineral rock hardnesses are typically between four and seven, and fragmentation towers can break up ore hardnesses of no more than eight, while diamonds have a maximum hardness of up to ten.

So the shredding tower cannot destroy the diamond, and any debris it processes that contains the diamond will remain intact in the debris.

The final step is to screen the diamonds out of the debris.

Ye Qing envisioned the idea of starting with hardness.

Since diamonds are the hardest objects in the world, can a device be designed to process all rock debris below nine and nine into particles up to two millimeters in diameter?

If you can, that diamond with a hardness of ten can be completely separated from the debris.

Simply design a screening apparatus with a screen diameter of not more than two millimeters, and once the particulate debris size is screened and separated, the remaining 100 per cent is diamonds.
