Ashen Land, Land of Unceasing.

The night falls like a heavy ink-colored velvet, slowly covering the earth.

The splendor and din of the day settle under the cool moonlight, transforming into a silent tranquility.

Xia Sheng set up a simple tent under a wind-sheltered Giant Rock, with warm light from the scattered Crystal Stone seeping through the tent flaps.

He sat inside the tent, holding a steaming Spirit Meal, its rich fragrance dispelling some of the night’s chill.

He savored it in small bites, while a floating split-screen light curtain appeared before him.

Inside the screen, his brothers were all enjoying the food; as the conversation reached its peak, they raised their glasses and toasted from afar.

"You brat, how did you end up eating delicious spirit fish, do you even appreciate it? Hurry up and give me some." Encountering the reproductive system eating spirit fish meat, Xia Sheng raised his chopsticks, looking toward one of the split screens.

"Hey, the taste of this fish meat is really good, everyone should try it." The reproductive system from the screen heard this and laughed, opening the squad trade mode, allocating the pot of fish meat in front of him and trading it to Xia Sheng and the others.

"Hey, whose Spirit Meal are you eating? I haven’t seen it before, quick, let me have a taste." The voice of the urinary system came from another split screen.

Upon hearing this, Xia Sheng shook his head with a smile and deftly took several wooden bowls from his Space Bag.

He used chopsticks to distribute the flavorful Spirit Meal into the bowls, saying with a smile:

"Try it, this is the Tidal Five Treasures Stew I learned from a Spirit Chef Party guru on the forum, made with spiritual materials from five different sea areas, took me a great effort to replicate."

With that, he transmitted the allocated gourmet food one by one through the squad trade mode.

"Wow, this is amazing!" The digestive system was the first to exclaim, followed by the sound of gulping:

"Forget exploring, just be a chef for us brothers."

"Get out of here, how much scenery would I miss?" Xia Sheng replied with a teasing curse.

"Wow, the texture, incredible." The circulatory system smacked his lips, as he seen on the screen riding his Little Flying Dragon’s back, cautiously holding a wooden bowl while soaring:

"This is probably the best Spirit Meal I’ve had recently, you really have the Talent for being part of the Spirit Chef Party, consider the digestive’s suggestion." The sports system teased, then shared a piece of roasted Jumping Beast leg with each of the other seven brothers via the squad trade mode:

"Come on, try this, it’s from a Jumping Beast I just hunted, sprinkled with special spices bought at high price."

For a moment, the squad trade channel was bustling, with various gourmet foods exchanged among each other.

Even the poorest respiratory system took out a Spirit Fruit picked during exploration:

"Brothers... I only have this, just as a token."

Without hesitation, the sports system shared a large piece of sauce meat over:

"Take it, look at your shortcoming."

In the tent, Xia Sheng watched the split screen, seeing his brothers wolfing down and fooling around, his lips involuntarily curled up.

He raised his bowl, took a comforting sip of thick soup, feeling as if his brothers were sitting around him right now.

The rich aroma of food mixed with cheerful laughter filled the small tent, completely isolating the solitude of the Land of Unceasing’s night.

At this moment, about a hundred meters away from the tent above the shrubs.

The air subtly twisted, revealing the true form of the shadow that had been trailing along under the clear moonlight.

It was a vaguely humanoid blue soul fire, its most prominent feature being the two blazing flame eyes, occupying nearly half of its face, staring unwaveringly at the flickering light within the tent.

It had been observing this fellow for two days now.

Witnessing this being displaying a variety of abilities that it found bewildering.

Without any space fluctuations, producing various resources out of thin air.

Even capable of suddenly running at a speed surpassing physical limits, and raising a golden battleaxe with a hand... every ability, judged by its long-standing knowledge, was a manifestation of Rule Power.

It could not comprehend how such a small and fragile being could simultaneously master so many Rule-level Powers.

This outright defied common sense.

The Monster World does not lack Rules, those who stand firm in their territory usually grasp Rules.

But Rules are both power and a hot potato.

The quantity of Rules a clan can command is directly proportional to its strength.

This weak being is like an ant waving several mountains, it’s baffling.

After the initial shock, a strong idea ignited in its heart: Possession.

If it could occupy this body, could it inherit these incredible Rule Powers?

This thought flickered in the depths of its soul core, growing increasingly intense.

Perhaps, this time it truly encountered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, a special Civilization Power newly arrived at the Monster World, carrying multiple Rules, yet due to some accident has not yet lit upon its "Life Growth Path."

This assessment caused its timid thought of coveting individual power to instantly expand to a new scale.

It slowly raised its hand composed of soul fire.

In the palm emerged an egg-sized soul ball, with countless light spots flowing inside.

This was the "Soul Fire Clan’s" civilization seed.

A war a hundred years ago turned its clan land to ashes, its clansmen completely Withering.

In the end, it managed to retain only this core portion of clansmen’s incomplete soul fire, hidden within this soul ball, and itself had degenerated into this current form of a lone soul and wild fire, barely surviving.
