"Dean, is it really okay for you to treat a woman like this?" A doctor behind looked at Vanessa Quinn, who was surrounded by reporters in the center, asking this question, but there was not a hint of sympathy in his eyes.

The past few days Vanessa Quinn kept causing trouble at the hospital, and even the hospital’s doctors couldn’t stand it anymore.

This woman isn’t bad-looking, her family background is decent too, but her character is questionable. She knows the dean already has a girlfriend, yet clings to him every day. She’s really annoying!

"Indeed, Dean, you’re really ruthless." Another one glanced at Vanessa Quinn’s flight of fancy, and Evander Lancaster lightly smirked, "Ruthless? You two haven’t encountered such a woman, so you can talk so nonchalantly. If you were also clung to by a headless fly every day, you might be even more ruthless than me!"

It wasn’t that he hadn’t given Vanessa Quinn a chance. The company was operating normally, and he hadn’t made things difficult for his brothers. Moreover, his older brother said that as compensation for breaking off the engagement, their family had already given the Quinn Family two projects. However, they greedily demanded more, and such insatiable people were simply not worthy of pity!

"That’s true; the blisters on your feet are from walking yourself." One of the doctors said.

On Vanessa Quinn’s side, seeing the reporter still persistently doing a live broadcast, she was so angry that she lost her rationality and grabbed the reporter’s arm in dissatisfaction.

"As a journalist, you report without evidence, spreading rumors. You will be held responsible for your actions. I reserve the right to pursue a lawsuit, and I will sue you!"

"Well then, Miss Quinn, do you have evidence to prove your innocence?" The female reporter was much more rational than Vanessa Quinn, accustomed to chaotic situations. Today’s scenario wasn’t enough to spiral out of control.

"Why don’t you ask that man if he has evidence that I went to a nightclub to find a gigolo?" In a breakdown, Vanessa Quinn’s voice became shredded. After speaking, she raised her hand and pointed across the reporter in front of her towards Evander Lancaster, speaking through gritted teeth.

"It’s all fabricated. It’s the Lancaster Family’s perfidy, dishonor, wanting to break off the engagement yet worried about affecting their family’s reputation, so they set me up!"

Upon hearing Vanessa Quinn’s accusation, the reporters rushed over to surround Evander Lancaster.

"Second Young Master, is what Miss Quinn said true?"

"Yes, Second Young Master, why does your family want to break off the engagement? There were rumors before that you disagreed with this marriage. Second Young Master, is that the truth?"

Facing the reporters’ barrage of questions, Evander Lancaster appeared quite bewildered, raising his hand to prop his forehead as if he had some unspoken trouble.

"Second Young Master, why aren’t you speaking? Is what Miss Quinn said true, so you have nothing to say?"

"Yes, Second Young Master, you said Miss Quinn went to the nightclub to find a gigolo. Do you have evidence?"

Watching Evander Lancaster being bombarded by the reporters, this time Vanessa Quinn became the triumphant one, smirking from a distance at Evander Lancaster.

"Sigh!" A sigh escaped, and Evander Lancaster seemed to reach a decision, looking at the reporters in front of him and speaking in a heavy tone, "Everyone, the developments have exceeded my expectations. We once knew each other; I didn’t want it to turn out so embarrassing, but..."

At this point, Evander Lancaster looked as though words were stuck in his throat.

The two doctors behind him silently criticized, thinking their dean could really act, and if he had studied acting in the past, with his superb skills, he could have won a best actor award!

"But what, Second Young Master, do you have some hidden difficulty? Could you possibly share a bit?"

"Yes, Second Young Master, stop keeping everyone in suspense."

The reporters started another round of bombardment, and Evander Lancaster closed his eyes and let out a heavy sigh, "As things stand, I have no choice but to do this!"

After speaking, he took out photos from the hidden pocket of his suit, presenting them to the reporters in front of him.

The angles of the photos were skillful, each one clearly capturing the faces of Vanessa Quinn and those four men.

"...How could this be? Second Young Master, is this true? Could it be doctored?"

"Exactly, Second Young Master, how did you obtain these photos?"

The reporters stirred up again; once they had taken their pictures, Evander Lancaster put them away, looking heartbroken, "I really didn’t want to do this."

"Second Young Master, even now you’re still protecting this woman, showing just how much you care about her,"

The leading reporter kept pulling at heartstrings, while the others rushed to surround Vanessa Quinn again.

Although she hadn’t seen the pictures clearly, from the reporters’ reactions, Vanessa Quinn could tell they must be unfavorable to her.

Seeing the reporters swarming towards her again, Vanessa Quinn took the initiative to speak.

"It’s him, it’s all him! He found another woman, wants to break off the engagement, so he framed me! I’m being set up; that woman is already pregnant by him!"

In a fury, Vanessa Quinn spoke incoherently, and the journalists who hadn’t yet reached her surrounded Evander Lancaster once more.

"Second Young Master, Miss Quinn said you have another woman. Is this true?"

"Yes, and I’ve heard she’s pregnant too," out of respect for Evander Lancaster’s status, the reporters spoke politely, not too harshly.

Evander Lancaster smiled lightly, a hint of devilish charm showing on his handsome, fair face. Casually raising his phoenix eyes, he said, "A man of my noble status and good looks—who among such men hasn’t kept a woman?"

"But Miss Quinn said you got that woman pregnant. Second Young Master, is that true?" The reporters pressed on, unwilling to let go after uncovering such explosive news.

"May I ask, are you serious about that woman?"

"Second Young Master, can you share any information about that woman?"

Evander Lancaster didn’t want Sophia Hamilton to be exposed to the public, so he lazily folded his arms and said, "It’s just a casual fling. I am, after all, a man with a fiancée!"

At Evander Lancaster’s words, a sharp voice suddenly pierced the air.

"Evander Lancaster! You bastard! You and I were just a fling, huh? You’re a ’man with a fiancée,’ huh?"

Sophia Hamilton suddenly burst through, pushing aside reporters and charging at Evander Lancaster. Hearing the commotion, the reporters quickly made way, cameras and recorders all aimed at her.

"Why are you here?" Surprised to see the pregnant woman grabbing his collar in front of him, Evander Lancaster frowned, the unexpected situation catching him off guard.

"Evander Lancaster, did I come at a bad time?" Sophia Hamilton replied with a question, her teeth clenched, gripping Evander Lancaster’s collar. To avoid upsetting her pregnancy, he had to bend slightly to accommodate her.

"Don’t make a scene, go back first." Evander Lancaster lowered his voice, taking a protective stance as he placed his hand gently on the back of Sophia Hamilton’s head.

Sophia Hamilton grew even angrier. Having received a baffling phone call to come watch the spectacle, she hadn’t seen the show but heard Evander Lancaster say he was "playing around" with her and that he was a "man with a fiancée!"
