The footsteps became louder. Rian remained behind Nobody, his small hand still gripping the edge of Nobody’s jacket.
One figure stepped into the emergency light. Then another and another. Within seconds, several men had emerged from the darkness.
They were dressed differently, but they all had one thing in common. They all had weapons. Some carried metal bats. Others held knives. Several had firearms pointed directly toward Nobody.
Nobody stared at them. "...That’s quite a welcome party."
One of the men raised his weapon. "Drop the crowbars."
Nobody looked down at his frost-covered crowbars. Then looked back at the men. "No."
The man’s expression hardened. "Do you understand how many people are standing around you?"
Nobody looked around. "Fourteen."
The man frowned. "...You counted?"
"Yeah."
Nobody tilted his head. "I got bored."
The gangsters exchanged confused looks.
Rian quietly whispered from behind him. "Are they bad people?"
Nobody glanced backward. "Very likely."
Rian nodded. "Okay."
Nobody turned toward the gangsters again. "Now, can we talk this out?"
One gangster laughed. "You broke into our facility, rescued the boy and now you want to talk?"
Nobody shrugged. "Communication is important."
Another gangster stepped forward. "You’re surrounded."
Nobody looked at the walls. Then the ceiling. Then the floor. "Yeah." He sighed. "This place is getting crowded."
The System suddenly appeared.

Nobody immediately opened his summon list. Several icons appeared. He scrolled past them. Then stopped. One icon showed a tiny white bunny surrounded by pink petals.
Nobody smiled. "There you are."
He pressed it.

A soft pink glow appeared beside him. Several flower petals began drifting through the air.

Then dozens.
The gangsters stared. "...What the hell?"
The pink light suddenly expanded. A tiny white bunny appeared in the middle of the petals. It was small, round and extremely fluffy. Its pure white fur looked almost bright against the dark factory. Its large pink eyes blinked twice. Its ears wobbled. Then it tilted its head.
"Attata?"
Nobody looked at it. "...Hey, Blossom."
Blossom Bunny immediately hopped toward him. "Atta ta!" It jumped onto Nobody’s shoulder.
Nobody nearly lost his balance. "Whoa!"
Blossom sat comfortably beside his helmet. Its ears bounced slightly.
Nobody smiled. "Long time no see."
Blossom responded happily. "Atta ta ta!"
One of the gangsters stared at the tiny bunny. "...Where the hell did that thing come from?"
Another lowered his weapon slightly. "Did he just summon a rabbit?"
The first gangster nodded. "I think so."
The second looked confused. "Why?"
Nobody pointed toward them. "Don’t worry about it." He adjusted Blossom on his shoulder. "He’s here to help."
A gangster laughed. "That tiny thing?"
Nobody smiled. "Yeah."
The gangster raised his weapon. "You’re joking."
Nobody looked at Blossom. Blossom looked back at him. Its pink eyes sparkled.
Nobody nodded. "Ready?"
"Atta!"
The gangster fired. The projectile moved toward Nobody. But before it could reach him...Blossom’s ears twitched.
A wave of floating petals suddenly swept through the air. The projectile shifted slightly. It missed Nobody’s shoulder by several centimeters and struck the wall.
Nobody stared. "...Okay." He looked at Blossom. "That is actually reminding me of tutorial days."

Nobody looked toward the gangsters. Then smiled. "Try fighting me now."
Several gangsters immediately attacked. One rushed from the left. Another moved from the right. Two more raised their weapons from behind.
Nobody stepped forward. The first attacker swung his metal bat toward Nobody’s head. Nobody ducked. The bat passed above him.
At the same moment, the second attacker attempted to strike his side. Nobody shifted backward. The weapon barely missed.
Nobody looked surprised. "...That was close."
Blossom hopped from his shoulder to the ground. "Attata!" Pink petals surrounded the bunny.
The next attack came immediately. A gangster swung his weapon. His foot suddenly slipped on a loose patch of dust. He stumbled. The weapon missed Nobody entirely.
Nobody blinked. "...Still witnessing your luck skill feels so cool. It’s so op. Only if it had no time limiter?"
Blossom smiled innocently. "Atta."
Nobody laughed. "Okay."
Another gangster rushed toward him. Nobody raised his crowbar. The man’s attack came from above. Nobody blocked it. The impact pushed him backward. His boots dragged across the concrete.
Nobody looked at the gangster. "...You’re stronger than you look."
The gangster grinned. "Finally realizing it?"
Nobody tightened his grip.
Then Blossom suddenly hopped toward him. "Attata!"
A small wave of pink petals moved around Nobody. His body felt lighter. His balance improved.
The next attack came. Nobody stepped sideways at exactly the right moment. The weapon missed. Nobody swung his crowbar into the man’s weapon arm.
BAM!
The gangster stumbled backward.
Nobody immediately turned toward another attacker. The man raised his weapon. Nobody expected the strike. But before the attacker could move...A loose cable hanging from the ceiling dropped between them.
The man stumbled over it.
Nobody stared. "...What a slippery luck..Ahemm."
Blossom blinked. "Attata."
Nobody pointed toward the bunny. "You’re definitely doing that."
Blossom smiled.
Another gangster rushed toward Rian. Nobody’s expression changed instantly. He moved. The distance between them disappeared. Nobody stepped directly between the attacker and the boy. The crowbar intercepted the man’s weapon before it could reach Rian.
Nobody pushed him backward. "Don’t."
The gangster tried again.
Nobody blocked him. "Touch."
Another strike.
"That."
Another.
"Kid."
The gangster fell back.
Nobody remained standing between him and Rian.
Rian stared at him. "You’re strong."
Nobody glanced over his shoulder. "Normally." He pointed toward the System window. "But apparently I’m being nerfed."
Rian tilted his head. "What is nerfed?"
Nobody paused. "...I’ll explain later."
Blossom hopped beside Rian. Rian looked down.
The tiny bunny smiled. "Atta ta."
Rian slowly crouched. "You’re cute."
Blossom’s ears bounced. "Attata!"
Rian smiled.
For a brief moment, the dangerous factory seemed almost peaceful. Well...kinda. Then another group of gangsters appeared.
Nobody looked at them. "...You guys really don’t know when to stop."
The new group raised their weapons.
Nobody sighed. "Blossom."
The bunny turned. "Atta?"
Nobody pointed toward the attackers. "Let’s make sure nobody gets near Rian."
Blossom nodded energetically. "Atta ta ta!"
Pink petals began swirling around the room. The gangsters charged. Nobody tightened his grip around his frost crowbars. The fight continued.
But this time...Nobody wasn’t fighting alone.
And with Blossom Bunny’s goodluck luck surrounding him, the battlefield had become much harder for the enemy to control.
Every attack seemed to miss by the smallest possible margin. Every opening appeared at exactly the right moment. And every time someone tried to reach Rian... Something unexpected seemed to go wrong.
Nobody looked at Blossom. "...You’re ridiculously useful."
Blossom proudly puffed out its tiny chest. "Atta!"
Nobody smiled. "Yeah. Let’s finish this."
The gangsters began closing in from every direction.
Nobody slowly rotated both frost crowbars in his hands.
Blossom Bunny remained beside Rian, its tiny ears twitching whenever someone moved. "Attata..."
Nobody glanced at it. "Yeah. I know."
A man suddenly charged. Nobody stepped forward and caught the incoming weapon with his crowbar. The impact forced his arm downward but he held his ground. The gangster tried to push harder.
Nobody smiled. "You’re gonna need more than that." He shifted his weight and redirected the attack.
The man stumbled past him.
Nobody tapped the back of his jacket with the second crowbar.
The gangster fell forward onto the floor.
Another attacker immediately moved in. Mr.Nobody turned. Before the attacker could strike, Blossom’s petals drifted around the man’s feet. His step suddenly went sideways. He lost balance and crashed into another gangster.
Nobody stared. "...Blossom."
"Atta!"
"You are absolutely enjoying a broken skill."
Blossom happily bounced in place. Rian covered his mouth as he laughed.
Nobody looked back at him. "Hey. Don’t laugh."
Rian smiled. "Sorry."
Nobody advised Rian that,"You’re supposed to look serious during dangerous situations."
Rian tried to make a serious face. It lasted two seconds. Then he laughed again.
Nobody sighed. "Yeah. Never mind."
A loud metallic sound came from the far end of the warehouse. Everyone stopped. The remaining gangsters looked toward the entrance.
Nobody’s expression became serious. "...What was that?"

Nobody raised both crowbars.
Another step followed. The remaining gangsters began backing away.
One of them whispered. "Boss..."
Nobody heard it. His eyes narrowed. "So..." He slowly positioned himself in front of Rian and Blossom. "...the real enemy finally decided to show up."
A shadow appeared beneath the doorway.
Nobody smiled beneath his helmet. "Alright."
