"Hey, hey... you're lying!?

"Tia, Tia! Stop the carriage!

"Ah! Stop, Atrion!

Tia hastily pulls the reins and stops the carriage.

Atrion hissing and yet the man in the grey armor has no indication of any movement while falling into depression.

The two hurried out of the carriage and rushed under the man.

"So, are you okay!?

"Ahhh! Ugh... let's do this..."

He was a tier with his hands around his neck trying to shake a man, but he accidentally leaks those words into the cold coming from that body.

"I carry an awesome big sword, but I wonder if you're a bit of an adventurer... well, if you're wearing armor like this, that would be cold...!

The man had a sword hanging about his height on his back, and the gray full plate mails he was wearing were cold as ice.

There was a large hemp bag dropped nearby that seemed to be a man's possession, but I don't see a cloak or other cold gear.

"Until yesterday, the weather was beautiful, so maybe he was thinking sweetly like us..."

"Ugh..."

"Ah!"

At that time, with a small groan, the man's body shakes slightly.

"This man is still alive!

"Hurry up and get in the carriage! Grr... whoa...!

"Oh no... I'm not even scared...! Nice physique but too heavy armor and sword...... hey i cant handle thier magic!?

"Oh, right! I can use it now... OK, in this wind...!

―――――――――――――――――――――

Warm......

I knew a bonfire was kind of calming just to watch.

"Hey Tia, how much more firewood do you have?

"Oh, yeah. Wait a minute."

That's what Asuna told me when I was adjusting the incineration, and I went into the carriage to count the remaining firewood.

"Mmm, not much. I think I'll be fine for the night..."

I use it when cooking, so I tried to pick up dead trees when I saw them.

But I didn't think this would happen...

"It might suck if the snowstorm doesn't stop. It's smoky when you burn raw trees... I should have picked up some more."

"Hmm, there are a lot of mountains around here, and the weather seems changeable. Nevertheless, I didn't think it would blow so much snow. You looked sweet."

Indeed......

Asna was right, she could have licked the northern earth a bit.

"I have to pick up firewood when the snowstorm stops. We need to keep this uncle warm..."

With that said, Asna looks at her uncle who put her to sleep on the side of the bonfire.

Short blonde hair, shallow black skin, and an insensitive mustache on her chin grew surprisingly, and she felt like she was in her late thirties or so.

If I let him take off his armor to warm it up, his body was pretty well trained, so that even the clothes he wore underneath could tell.

With all that gear in here, and considering I was alone, I wonder if I'm still the same adventurer as us.

"We're fine, but my uncle won't take it."

Natural magic prevents the cold.

But my uncle, who was falling, could have really died if he didn't warm his cold body.

"Can I make some vegetable soup? When my uncle wakes up, I want to give him a drink."

"Right! I'm hungry, too! The pot..."

"Ah! Tia!

"What?"

Turning to Asna's voice, I saw the eyes of my uncle who was falling open.

Apparently, he regained consciousness.

"Mmm... oh...?

"Um, are you okay?

"Uh... oh, I... ngoooooooooooooooo...!

Responding to Asna's voice call, his uncle tries to wake up his body, but he doesn't seem to be able to move well because he's out of cold.

"Oh, you should still be asleep"

"Hey, what happened... that... armor... what is this... cloth?

Apparently it's confusing.

Well, isn't that impossible?

"The armor was out of the way, so I took it off. My body was cold, so with a cloth dipped in hot water..."

"Body...... cold?

"Uncle, I was buried in the snow and I was down. I'm glad we happened to find him, but if he hadn't, he'd be dead, wouldn't he?

"Ma, are you serious... Damn, I feel sorry for you..."

Looks like the situation finally swallowed up.

Hmm... Still, I think I saw this uncle somewhere.

My voice sounds familiar too... no. I can't remember.

I asked Asna earlier, but she said she didn't know, and I was wondering if it was my fault?

"I don't know... I think you've been helped. Thank you, ladies. Thanks to you I didn't have to die."

Yeah...... his face is scary but he seems like a good person.

Well, if you were a bad guy, I'd bury you again.

"No. Anyway, I'm glad you're okay. Oh, I'm Asna, and this is Tia."

"Nice to meet you! So, uncle, what's your name?

"Oh, I... uh... it's Berg. Say hello."

Mr. Berg... that's a name I don't know.

Look at me and you're not saying anything, and I guess it was your fault?

"By the way, do the ladies live around here?

"No, once we're adventurers. I have work to do up north."

"At a time like this... did you even take the request?

"Oh, no, it's personal. I was just looking for someone."

"Heh, that's an odd encounter. I'm similar. You weren't my brother-in-law."

"Oh, yeah. So, Mr. Berg's an adventurer, too?

"Huh? Uh... yeah. I'm an adventurer too. Just do me a favor."

Hmm... what is it?

Something's been going on since just now... haven't you got your head straight yet?

"I was wondering just now... where am I? It's oddly bright for a cave..."

"It's in my magical snow dome."

After manipulating the wind to get Mr. Berg in the carriage, we went from the road into the woods and looked for a place where we could burn.

But there were no caves nearby, and all I found was a little spacious space where the trees fell.

There was no time, and I had no choice but to manipulate the snow with natural magic and create a house of snow that was painted in a picture book I read as a child.

"Heh, snow magic then... oh, or material manipulation?

"Mm-hmm. Really."

Not really, though.

Before I left Ist, Mr. Gagan told me so many times... don't make it easy on me to talk about my magic.

Especially for the first person I meet.

"Oh, is there also a chimney? I see... I don't have a problem setting fire to this. Lay it on the ground. Is that a leaf and skin of a tree?"

"Yeah. Because the tree was down in the snow. I'm just glad."

"The size of the whole horse and carriage... big deal. Tia sounds like a pretty good user."

"Eh heh... not so much..."

"Pfft... Then I'll do the meal support. Tia, say hello to the bonfire and Mr. Berg."

"Yes."

He switches with Asuna heading to the carriage and sits on the side of the burning fire.

Looking at Mr. Fujiberg, he was kind of staring at the ceiling with a more serious look earlier.

"What's going on?

"Oh, no... just think about the request."

"Oh well. That's an important request."

"Oh...... well"

"Speaking of which, Mr. Berg said he was looking for people, too, right? What a person?

"Mm-hmm... I'm looking for a guy named Skirk. I know you're up north, but I don't know where you are. I was heading north for now, but this blizzard hit me."

"Skirk... like I heard somewhere..."

"If you're famous, you're famous. SS Rank Adventurer, also known as" Blank. "Same as" God Killer "Burn... one of the Golden Generation."
