Just then, Hua Xiyin emerged from the passage, having just acquired her Treasure. If she had come out earlier, Wang Menglong would have rushed over to curry favor with her and wouldn’t have bothered Xu Fei. "Xu Fei, let’s go," Yi Tianyun said, motioning for Xu Fei to come with them.

Xu Fei finally snapped out of his daze and walked out alongside Yi Tianyun, leaving behind a crowd of dumbfounded Cultivators who still hadn’t processed what they’d seen. It seemed Emperor Ren wasn’t dead after all—he was alive and well!

Hua Xiyin hurried after them as well. No one paid any mind to Wang Menglong’s fate. Wang Menglong himself was pale, terrified by Ren Long’s earlier words. If something were to happen to the Wang Family now, a large part of the blame would fall on him.
