The solder wire touched the joint.

A thin layer of sweat beaded on He Gui’s forehead.

And after this imperfect yet real data, he drew a period.

The old expert stood outside the window, silently watching as Chen Zhuo wrote the last line.

In this quiet exam hall, there were no shortcuts, no miraculous, tide-turning inventions.

The old expert did not push open the door and enter.

A long electric bell rang.
