My 【Repair】Skill Became an Almighty Cheat Skill, So I Thought I’d Open Up a Weapon Shop

Episode 300: The Feast of Spring Young Leaf Pavilion, Part II

"It's okay. I assure you. You can only use one skill, and as an adventurer, you may have stopped at E rank... but as a single person, you are a great person."

"Thanks for that one. I'd be happy to flatter you."

Tilt the liquor bottle and pour it into a glass of Florence.

Florence chuckled as troubled and put her mouth on the light liquor.

"He said it wasn't a compliment. I really am."

"... I guess so"

"Yep. You only have to have one skill... No, you've looked around you a lot because you only have one..."

The cup placed on the table makes a really light noise.

"I also realized once again that if I'm going to lead an organization or a group, I think these qualities are more important than skills"

"Any adventurer leading a big party would be the same. Travis is a big deal."

"That's a good way to honestly praise others."

Laughing dullly, Florence pulled a plate of nuts that was nearby and threw it into her mouth a few grains.

This is how talking across liquor and cooking reminds me of the old days when I haven't been an adventurer.

It wasn't peculiar that at that age, I had one skill, and it was a time when I could have had an expectation that "I'm still running out" and "I should have more skills in the future" too.

Memories of surrounding the table of the tavern with the young adventurers of the year, side by side with the liquor and dishes prepared with cheap money, talking about dreams and goals.

There was also Florence when I was younger. Some Richard later became her husband.

Travis should have been around when he was already enough to have his own party, but he still used to have a face for a banquet he used to be familiar with.

... nostalgic memories.

But if he asks me if I want to go back then, I will shake my neck beside him without getting lost.

It was definitely a time of happiness among the runaway poor, but now this moment is harder and more important than that.

At the time, I was attracted to Florence as a heterosexual and tried to be intimate by competing with the other adventurers, but that's also just a laugh I already miss.

My current feelings are so monopolized by one girl.

I tried to look at Garnett with that in mind, and the shadow approaching me blocked my gaze.

"Long time no see, Mr. Luke!

"Oh, my God, isn't that Roy? You told me you were arriving in Green Hollow."

The man who left the Warcraft claw marks on his face, Roy of the Plains of the Hundred Beasts, laughed sorry, doing the hands of those who did not have a large wooden jock to the back of his head.

"I'm sorry I'm late to say hello. Hey, I've had a lot of trouble handling one of Wang Du's ex post cases, and I've been able to finally come over here lately, haven't I? And now I'm struggling to find a place to live."

As an officer seconded by the Adventurer Alliance, Roy was cooperating in the investigation of the night mutilator (nightripper) incident in Wang Du.

As soon as the case was solved and the post-processing was over, he said he would move to Green Hollow and join the exploration, but it was a pretty big case, so he ate a lot of time.

"Who's your beauty, by the way? He said he had a lover in Wang Du... and the Florence Branch Manager! Excuse me!

After eating the bubbles and watching Roy correct his posture, Florence broke his face delightfully.

"You're Roy from the Hundred Beasts Plains. Thank you for your help. There's nothing powerful about A-rank joining us in exploring."

Because Roy is too tense and nervous, he blows me out, too.

"Because of that, why don't you say hello to Travis over there, too? Now they're gonna eat you up thinking you're a boat."

"Ugh, even Travis from Black Sword Mountain... isn't he a hell of a big guy? I'm so nervous..."

"I'm fine. He's a nice guy, and I think you and your horse will fit in."

For me, Travis and Florence are old friends who are familiar from the rushing era and can easily deal with them for what they want, but not for Roy.

Try Roy a few years after he became an adventurer, and the two of them are branch heads in a high rank with veterans.

After I pushed Roy's back and sent him off to the table with Travis and the others, I got up out of the chair largely.

"Oh, are you going somewhere?

"... sort of. If you let it go, it's time to get stubborn."

Florence blinked several times before pulling the liquor bottle that was by my chair with a small smile.

"Come on in. Can I have all this?

"Go ahead. Tell him what you think, because he's the one Travis has prepared."

Leaving the table where he sat for a long time, he gently slaps Garnett on the shoulder talking to the brave Ethel or his brother Eddie.

"Wow!... what a white wolf. Surprised."

"Sorry, brave man. Hey, can I borrow this guy?

Speaking so across the garnet, Ezel smiled with a grin and waved a flickering acknowledgement in an attitude that she had just said she had guessed everything.

Eddie tried to pinch his mouth that it was where he was talking about something important, but Ezel pulled him off to the center of the banquet, sort of.

"See you later. If there's any progress, report it!

"Shut the fuck up! Damn......"

Bring a disgruntled garnet to the easel of the translated face and move to a relatively less popular (single) spot in the building of the Spring Young Leaf Pavilion.

Here again, the fuss of the banquet reaches your ears, but well, you won't mind.

"Um, what's wrong? It's too early to be drunk."

"Today's banquet was celebrated in the name of the Knight's Medal and the year I moved here."

"... so what's wrong with that"

Garnett is holding his arms against the wall, responding with an unspoken mouthfeel, but moving his gaze in such a way that he can't hide his expectations.

I don't even know exactly what you're thinking, but I'm not going to let it just be an unexpected shoulder watermark.

Maybe I should have really waited until after the banquet.

Maybe I should have gone home and put in place a situation where no one would interrupt me and no one would listen to me before I told them.

But Florence and I broke our stomach and didn't hesitate to have a conversation. When I realized that Garnett was turning his back on me like he'd cracked it right now, I couldn't put it off.

Besides, I'm not going to be able to stand it till nightfall either.

I couldn't help but want to hear the answer as soon as possible.

"I've been coming to Greenhollow for a year, which means it's been almost a year since I met you."

"... what's wrong with that?

"I knew you'd want to keep one of your gifts in honor. So I wanted to ask you what you want."

Garnett made a muffled look, but his reddish cheeks couldn't be hidden, and he kicked my foot lightly away from the wall.

"I don't care... if you choose."

That's all I tell you. Garnett returns to the dining room early.

I tried to catch up next door with great strides so I wouldn't lose sight of that back.
