- Medallion.

A nucleus (core) that constitutes the flesh of being called a warcraft or divine beast, unlike the normal demons that inhabit the dungeon.

No one in this world must have ever thought that it was the identity of a mysterious artifact that was shown as a condition for His Majesty's succession to the throne.

Our understanding of the existence of the Medallion was inspired by our visit to Athlopolis, the neutral city of the demons living in the second tier.

The conditions offered by the administrator Fraxinus in order to allow Athlopolis to be used as a hub for dungeon exploration - it is to bring the morning to the second tier where the light-emitting function of the ceiling (sora) has been lost.

In short, it should have been just a job to [repair] the light-emitting function of the ceiling (sora), but what caused the malfunction was that Scoll, a giant wolf warcraft, was sucking up magic and looking to regenerate it.

After an unintentional battle with Ice Norzuri, one of the four demon generals of the Demon King's Army, a medal-shaped artifact obtained by destroying Scoll, that was the first medallion.

Before that excitement cools down, the next threat strikes us.

Agate Lamb attempted the assassination of Administrator Fraxinus, launching simultaneous multiple attacks on Athlopolis, while putting in a second Warcraft, the Flaming Giant (Muspel).

Fortunately, the damage was minimized, and we stopped the admin assassination before destroying Muspel and gaining a new medallion.

And Scoll's medallion continued to be on hand, and Muspel's medallion was sent to Wang Capital for research, so the medallion given by His Majesty was third in the order of obtaining it, but second as a tool available.

(Scoll's was the first medallion to be discovered in complete condition, but His Majesty was getting an incomplete medallion that broke into two as of more than twenty years ago... Truth is, your level as an adventurer is out of step with mine)

What comes to mind is never the feeling of despising yourself.

Instead, he felt like an unspeakable joy for being entrusted with two valuables by such a person.

If the reward for Garnett is Adamant's sword from defeating Demon King Gandalf, the reward for me is that medallion from defeating the Ice Giant Wolf.

I must lay low that it is an item entangled in the succession to the throne, but I must also put on a proper record that His Majesty entrusted me with a medallion… I recall wanting to make sure that, with that in mind.

"That's right. Medallion given to me by His Majesty...... I'm going to put this guy into action too, who do you think I should use it on?

Originally, a medallion is an artifact that absorbs a sufficient amount of magic to form the flesh of a warcraft and become its nucleus (core).

I used this nature of Medallion to create a means for Garnett to [fuse] the power of the Warcraft.

It doesn't mean that the medallion of Warcraft Scoll was special, so you should be able to do the same with the medallion of the Ice Wolf, and His Majesty entrusted this with the premise of it.

"Uh... as I may have said before, I sound like a pass"

It was Chandler who responded first.

"We're a family of warriors for generations, aren't we? I also do a lot of planting to improve my combat abilities. As far as I can tell, the [fusion] of medallions doesn't seem to go well with them."

Sure, I remember hearing you say that when it was.

Then you should avoid targeting Chandler as much as possible.

"It might not taste very good tactically for me…"

Chandler's next answer was Lionel.

"Sometimes my previous affiliation is the golden fang of military personnel, and I am also primarily entrusted here with the command of external collaborators, etc., because I have fewer opportunities to fight on the front line than others because of the impact"

"Well...... right. I just don't have the experience of commanding troops and fighting, so I'm always counting on it."

Of course, Lionel sometimes fights us on the front lines, but he's never the most frequent.

It may be user-friendly for me to [fuse] with the medallion that will be the material, and for Lionel, who often has separate teams in command, because it is a means that cannot be used unless all the target audiences are in the same place.

But thinking about it, it turns out that the most user-friendly and compatible person is still Garnett, who is always acting together as an escort.

"Nothing. Don't you have to think about it here and now?

While Garnett holds Adamant's sword in his sheath, he says so naturally.

"You don't even mean once you use it on someone, it's just for him. Then you can use it for someone convenient on the spot. You're also an ant to use on adventurers. Sakura, Nagi... Is Travis or Dustin just too much?

"Sure... if you ask me. Do you want me to pick the right person each time?"

"You know what, if I used it for wizards like Noir and Melissa, it might turn out differently to me."

If Scoll's medallion was [fused] into the garnet, the main apparent changes were to the extent that Warcraft's ears and tails grew, later small changes that did not appear in the appearance, such as sharper nails and fangs, or dramatic improvements in physical abilities.

But whoever you try won't necessarily get the same results.

There was also no denying the possibility of becoming a more warcrafty, literal beastly figure.

The change in the appearance of Garnett fitted to that extent in the first place - not why I could have told the others - maybe because I unconsciously tried to avoid a change that would damage my appearance.

"Then for one thing, is that how the medallion is handled? Now you're responsible."

"If you're the Knight Commander, of course you are. You don't have a problem."

Garnett pushing her heartbeat with a smile.

It's a strange thing, but it makes me feel more comfortable with the words Garnett mouths in a casual way than anyone else tells me it's 'okay'.

I also decided for a moment how to treat the medallion when putting it into action, so I tried to write it down on the paperwork, including that, and the door to the conference room was knocked and the last member of the team turned up.

"Captain, it's a customer."

Ulysses of the Knights of Blue Thistle.

He's older than me, and he's a skinny guy with a somewhat tired vibe.

"You're a liaison from the Adventurer Alliance. Apparently, there's been some progress on the Ark of Elements."
