Chapter 999 - 572: Alice: I’m Super Awesome!

Qishala and Freymia immediately received Alice’s distress signal.

Vivian furrowed her brows.

Alice should still be in the Shipgirl World, right? What could possibly make Alice send a distress signal in such a world?

You have to know, Alice’s current power, even on the Dawn Continent, is enough to dominate one side, let alone in a world without true extraordinary power.

"You guys should go immediately." Vivian said to Qishala and Freymia at once.

Regardless, Alice is a child who knows the bigger picture. She wouldn’t trouble Qishala and Freymia to come to her aid without cause. There’s definitely a reason.

After Qishala and Freymia left, Vivian still felt uneasy.

She temporarily set aside her research work, closed her eyes, and started calling the girl Vivian within Alice.

Seeing Vivian’s actions, Martina knew what she intended to do and stood beside her consciously, ready to protect her.

Accompanied by the peculiar dizziness of space-time transition, when Vivian opened her eyes again, she was already by Alice’s side.

High in the sky, Qishala had transformed into a dragon form, while Freymia pulled out her rarely used Natural Staff.

A giant eye hung in the air.

The immense power had already twisted the space around it, forming a pitch-black yet terrifying black hole that sucked in and shattered everything around it.

The terrifying energy storm tore everything in this sea region to pieces, including the world’s original rules.

The chaotic storm of rules left everyone’s powers in a highly unstable state, making the giant eye above seem even stronger as if its power was born for this kind of chaos.

Broken Boundary Creatures.

This phenomenon can only occur in the Broken Realm devoid of rules.

Looking up at the giant eye in the sky.

Vivian felt a sense of familiarity.

This eye seemed to originate from the same creature as the one that appeared during Shen Sui’s match.

Yet she was uncertain, for if it were true, it would be too coincidental.

On our end, just as we were planning to search for Haral, and Shen Sui was ready to challenge that kind of giant eye through the Thunder God Thor Cup, Alice was directly attacked by the entity.

Does Alice have something incredibly tempting on her? Why do all supervillains enjoy emerging around Alice?

But after Vivian’s careful identification, she had to admit that the giant eye Alice provoked was likely a part of Haral, as its demonstrated space and order manipulation abilities were identical to the powers studied on those stagnant Broken Boundary Creatures.

Every time Qishala and Freymia’s attacks tried to hit the mark, the giant eye could transform itself through spatial shift to the same state as those Boundary Breakers, perfectly evading their attacks.

This left Qishala and Freymia unable to truly harm the enemy, yet the enemy’s attacks could land on them unimpeded.

In this environment, both Qishala and Freymia’s powers were somewhat affected.

Freymia’s power was the most affected.

Her power was born to fit the world rules of Dawn Continent, and even though the rules of this sea region were now torn apart, it resulted in her power lacking the rule’s blessings, weakening it comparatively to when she was on the Dawn Continent.

This affected Qishala less, as the Star Abyss White Dragon was born in the starry sky, although better suited to the Dawn Continent’s rules, the rule impact on her was evidently smaller.

However, even if their powers were entirely unaffected, at best they could only fight the eye to a standstill.

An eye that can contend with Qishala and Freymia; if it is indeed part of Haral’s body, then we need to reassess Haral’s strength.

Vivian became alert in her heart.

This display of power was already stronger than Antipus, even if Shen Sui...

Hmm, Shen Sui seemed slightly stronger, but only by a limited margin, needing perhaps a centuries-long battle to win.

Though such time span means little to long-lived species, to Vivian, it’s entirely unacceptable.

I spent a thousand years finding my husband, and now you’re telling me to wait a few hundred years? Completely unacceptable.

Within seconds, countless thoughts flashed through Vivian’s mind, and in an instant, these complex thoughts converged into one intention: first test the opponent’s power and maturity through this encounter, weakening their power permanently if possible would be even better.

The battle between Qishala, Freymia, and the giant eye had already formed a terrifying energy storm. Alice was blown to the edge of the battlefield by the storm, clinging tightly to her magic staff, barely keeping from being swept away by the storm.

But that was already her limit.
