As we headed up the mountain, the pace was slower than it was in the beginning, partly because we had been feeling breathless. I wondered if the winged ones were adapting to be able to live even on the mountains, considering they weren't like us.

Although Frene, the Spirit, didn't seem to be affected like that at all, the Griffons seemed to do the same a little bit.

It wasn't enough mountains to get to the top in a day, so it was a trip while laying camp along the way.

The Billers say that demons who look like monkeys and deer often attack when they are camping this way. But there was no such thing as a demon raid while we were camping. For this reason, the Billers had spoken of it as "strange," "lucky," etc.

I think this is also a power as a godson. Originally, neither the woods where we make our villages, nor the mountains where Mr. Biller lives, are strange places for demons to strike whenever they strike. That's why the country hasn't got it. Because it's dangerous, it's a place where pioneering hasn't progressed - a place I'm going to forget because I can normally live, but that's what it's supposed to be.

"Climbing the mountain is pretty tough."

"Yeah."

Reply to the words of Gaius sitting next to me. Because Gaius is also my first mountain climb, or I see tiredness.

By the way, there was Frene beside him, but he remained alert about the Billers or invisible.

"I wonder who Mr. Biller and his gods are."

"The gods of Gaius are Griffon, the gods of Sileva are Spirits... I think it's something that's flying through the sky after all"

"Oh. I think that's right. I can't fly. It's like I don't really think about us."

"Yeah. That god, I wonder why you said you wanted to see me"

"I think it's because I'm a godson because I just want to see Lernda... That's what Lernda is in the first place, and that God knows..."

"Hmm, what do you think? Mr. Biller says you can't leave me alone, so maybe it's about that."

Though I wonder why that god says he wants to see me, because I am a godson. Maybe it's just because the Billers are concerned about me on the subject.

The Divine Son thing is told as a legend, or just remains in the literature, and I don't see the difference from the actual thing called the Divine Son. Mr. Lan said it wasn't just that the description about the Divine Son in the literature that Mr. Lan read wasn't exaggerated, and that he wouldn't write anything inconvenient in the first place.

They love me. I wish they knew who God is. There are not only twelve gods in this world that are the names of the moon, there are countless other gods.

I have learned about God from my aunt since I came to the village of the Beastman, but I do not even know all gods.

"Right. I wish I knew something about that god."

"Yeah."

"... I don't even respect the Griffons that much. The Billers. Thinking about it, I'm worried about what Mr. Biller's gods are."

"I'm anxious too... but I don't have a bad feeling about it, and I guess I'm looking forward to it. Because I would be glad to know about Mr. Biller and get along with him by meeting his God."

I think I'm anxious because I don't know what it is. Because meeting strangers makes me anxious. But I think if we get close enough to know, that anxiety will go away, too.

Even about the Billers, we're anxious and alert because we don't know them that well. I'm hoping to meet God and get to know Mr. Biller and the others.

"Well, you should get along. Even if it's hostile to the Billers, they're going to be attacked from the sky... That doesn't seem to happen because Lernda's here."

"Yeah. We'd definitely rather get along than get along. I think you're all happier."

All that day, I was talking about Gaius and Mr. Biller and about Mr. Biller's God.

In the meantime, Frene didn't say anything in particular, but felt the magic of this mountain and said, "I knew it was beautiful" and so on. The magic flow was beautiful and I seemed to be staring at it. Not only Frene, but the spirits who are under contract with the elves seem to like the magic that fills this mountain, and it looked like they were in a good mood.

Although a little anxiety would linger, I thought that if something were to fill this place with the kind of magic that the spirits would like, it would be so bad if Mr. Billers was such a god.

And then it took me a few days to reach Mr. Biller's settlement.
