Necromancers Guide to Magic

Chapter 54: Alone

Ginny also saw the chair, her face was so weak and pale.

"I heard Bosi said that Filch patrols here every day. As long as someone sneaks by here, he will go up and check it again." Ginny explained in a low voice.

"Oh, is it? It seems that Filch really likes his cat, otherwise he wouldn't risk his life to stay here."

Benjamin murmured quietly.

Ginny didn't understand, but she still walked behind Benjamin very obediently, and when the two of them looked from a distance, the atmosphere turned out to be so harmonious.

Only they themselves know how embarrassing the air is now.

"That," Ginny seemed to be about to say something, but was interrupted by Benjamin who was a little excited.

"Oh, look what I found!" Benjamin bent down and began to look closely at the clues on the ground, "Oh, it looks like a burnt mark!"

At this moment Ginny covered her mouth, and then raised her voice.

"Look at it! Benjamin, come and have a look!" In excitement, Ginny looked ruddy instead.

After Benjamin heard it, he stood up directly and walked to the window where Ginny was standing.

Immediately afterwards, Benjamin saw a series of spiders, preparing to crawl outside.

After seeing these spiders, Ginny was not particularly scared, but rather said in a joking tone, "Fortunately, Ron is not here, otherwise he will definitely be scared to death!"

Benjamin glanced at the spiders. These spiders were panicking and squeezed out of the gaps in the windows. Then they slowly spit out a thread from their mouths and crawled outside along their threads.

It's as if they are avoiding something terrible.

After Benjamin heard Ginny's words, he was a little surprised and said, "You mean, Ron is afraid of spiders?"

There was already some schadenfreude in his tone, and if Draco knew about it, it would undoubtedly be an interesting disaster.

"Yes, the thing he feared most since childhood was spiders. I remember one time when he and I were the only people in the house when I was young. I saw a spider in the kitchen and asked Ron to help me fight the spider. After calling for a long time, there was no response at all. Looking back, Ron was already pale with fright."

After Benjamin heard this, he immediately laughed sincerely, "I really don't understand why he came to Gryffindor."

Ginny smiled kindly, sweat dripping from her forehead, instead it made this too weak face alive."Since then, I have understood a truth that my brother is unreliable. Of course, there was one time Ron's birthday, and Fred turned his toy box into a spider."

Benjamin suddenly thought of the scene where he was sleeping with a spider with dozens of feet and fluffy feet, and he shuddered involuntarily. He probably understood why Ron was afraid of spiders.

"The brother in your family is indeed a bit unreliable."

Benjamin concluded very seriously.

The atmosphere at this time is actually quite normal, and it might be better if it continues.

But Benjamin heard footsteps coming from nearby, and a familiar voice.

"You mean you called us because you were rejected by Benjamin?" Ron said angrily. His voice sounded close to them, maybe it was just a corner.

Ginny immediately covered her mouth in surprise, and then looked at Benjamin in a panic.

What a trouble!Benjamin thought with some disapproval, but he could only leaned down first and said to Ginny very seriously, "Don't be nervous, we have nothing to do. It doesn't matter if you are seen.

Hermione's voice rang again, "Ron, can you catch the point of the matter! We are here to find clues! What does it have to do with Benjamin!"

Ron said nonchalantly, "If it weren't because he rejected you, now it's the two of you, looking for a broken clue in a place like this!"

"What does this place mean! Ron, you!"

Ginny had already covered her ears with her hands, and then said to Benjamin embarrassedly, "It seems that the relationship between the two of them is not as good as I thought."

Benjamin nodded and turned his gaze behind them.He and Ginny couldn't just sit and wait for death like this, of course, he had just made Hermione angry, and it was a very unwise choice to appear in front of Hermione with Ginny now.

So Benjamin decided to find a place to hide.

"You two, can you stop arguing!" Harry's voice rang, which is not surprising. The Audio-Technica will never separate.

"Look, here on the ground!"

Harry, apparently like Benjamin, found traces of scorching on the ground. He was already lying on the ground, watching carefully.

Benjamin believed that it would not take long for them to discover the spider's anomaly and then see him and Ginny.

"Ginny, do you know where to go around here?" Benjamin asked quietly.

Ginny first touched the necklace on her neck, and then said to Benjamin, "I remember, there seems to be an abandoned girl's washbasin here. They shouldn't find it here."

"Girls washbasin?" Benjamin asked in surprise, but he himself had already taken the lead.

"Yes, that's the crying myrtle that everyone often mentions." Ginny said simply, "I've only been there once."

Benjamin suddenly knew where it was. Every time he went to the girls' washbasin from another direction, he didn't know that it was so close to the scene of the incident.

"No problem, let's go in and have a look."

Benjamin and Ginny came to the girls' washbasin together.

Although this was not the first time Benjamin had come, he was familiar with and flexibly avoided the dirty water on the ground.

But he must say that this is the darkest and most dreary place he has ever been.Beneath a large cracked mirror with mottled stains is a row of stone pools with peeled surfaces. The floor was wet, and a few candle heads were burning low on the bracket, emitting dim light, and illuminating the floor gloomily. The paint on the wooden doors of the individual rooms was peeling off and covered with scratches; the hinge of one door was disengaged and hung there staggeringly.
