Neta Chara

Episode 176 vs. Warcraft Gun Fairlater

When I finished my morning duties, I was walking to Aida's demon gun workshop adjacent to the hall. We're getting reports that Aida has successfully manufactured a new demon gun, and we're going to let her try to get the [Musketeer] job back.

The Demon Gun Workshop, built as a separate building a short distance from the museum, combines the mass production facilities of Elizina and Draganov, the main equipment of the Musketeer Corps of the Border Berg Army on the southern side, with a firearm development room, inside which several women with [gunsmith] jobs seemed busy working.

They were the [gunsmiths] found by Aida who had ordered blacksmiths from various cities to carry out quality checks on parts of guns and the women entrusted with assembling the continuous firing mechanism.

The series of demon guns made by Aida were designated as the largest confidential in the Southern Border Berg State, and were prohibited in principle from being taken out of the country, as well as stipulations that, in the worst case of loss of a loaned demon gun, he would have to serve a term of imprisonment as a criminal.

Currently, Black Bullets (Black Barrett), Arne's Gun Cavalry, part of the former Estfort Army, Godard and Fer 'ad's Defense Corps are being supplied with this workshop's demon guns, all of which were managed with serial numbers.

The number of pieces manufactured is strictly controlled up to whom Elizina lends them to for a thousand cloves and Draganov for about five hundred clones, and no loss has been confirmed except for the items that have been discarded due to a breakdown so far.

By then, I had drawn a strict control system because I feared that the overwhelming offensive power of this demon gun would spread to other countries, and I apologize to the women who worked in the workshop, but they had me become my career. Well, I had been mellowed by Aida before I made my career, just in case I made my career in vain.

The [gunsmiths] Aida found were just caught in Aida's aesthetic eye, good looking, and only seriously working daughters. Instead of putting all kinds of restraints on them, they were paid huge salaries as senior technicians, but they were so busy that they didn't have time to use them.

When I stepped into the workshop in that situation, one [gunsmith], who had found me for a purpose, stopped at work and ran over.

"Master Kent! You could have come. Hurry up and get me Chief Aida!

Running over was Josephine of the Demon Nation, the head of the workshop's demon gun manufacturing. She worked in a workshop specializing in demon guns in Avisvena, but it was a delicacy that Aida pulled out with her eyes on the talent and, as an example, with her physical relationship. The assembly of the elusive series of mechanisms had been entrusted to it by Aida, which had also provided guidance to the backward movement.

By the way, since I have a job as a [musketeer] myself, I am also a person who also provides temporary lecturers in disassembly and assembly courses in the Department of Firearms, a selected class at Estfort School, and I also undertake the role of scouting people who are female students at the school and who are likely to obtain [gunsmith] jobs.

Josephine went to get Aida to pack in the firearms development room upstairs as she passed by my side.

After a while, Aida, with the neighborhood floating beneath her eyes, came to me in a flimsy foothold held by Josephine.

"Kent, you. We've got a new demon gun. If it's this Demon Gun, it should be able to pierce even the skin of the Warcraft bouncing back Elizina's rifle bullets. I struggled with the fabrication of a mechanism to kill the recoil of the firing, but the [mechanic] kid I knew gave me a good idea, and it's done."

"Oh, yeah? The new demon gun is more powerful than Manon's sniper rifle. You can't even penetrate a heavily loaded armored cartridge."

I'm glad I'm interested in a new rifle. Aida makes my face shine.

"Yet! This time the Demon Gun pierced the body tissue of that stiff silver tiger from four hundred meters away! Hair, muscle tissue."

I was surprised at what Aida said. The Warcraft Silver Tiger (Silver Tiger) who attacked Abysvena had some of it in my hands as a loot when the magic runs out, but had ceded some body tissue for shooting experiments at Aida's wish. Silver tiger (silver tiger) fur and muscle tissue were found to be harder than steel and could not be effectively fired with existing firearms.

Even Elizina and Draganov can handle it if it's a demon class, but Aida made the development of a high-powered demon gun a priority, fearing that many opponents won't get through the power of firearms when they become a heterosexual creature or warcraft class with hard skin.

When it comes to a demon gun that pierces the body tissue of a silver tiger (Silver Tiger) from four hundred meters away, it seems like a very powerful demon gun that has never existed before.

"Four hundred meters away!? It penetrates from such a distance! What kind of demon gun is that?"

"It's in the shooting range, Kent. Try shooting it. It's amazing!

Aida invited me to the adjacent outdoor shooting range with a confident face.

"[Musketeer] 's job is missing. Don't laugh if I can't shoot you well. I'm here today for rehab."

"I also shot Dear Aida's new gun, but please be careful not to get busted. Because if Kent gets hurt, Miriam will treat him."

He was looking at me with a worried face about Josephine heading to the shooting range with him. Looking at Josephine's worried face has sprouted my mind that Aida's new gun may be a pretty dangerous substitute. When I arrived at the shooting range with the two of them, the gun I had left there was a heavy looking demon gun with a full length of about 150 cm and a fairly large caliber barrel.

"Big, you're big. And heavy."

I held up to lift the demon gun that had been placed on the ear sac, but the gun itself was large and weighed quite a bit. The weight of the speculation but probably felt about fifteen kilos.

"This is what happened when I tried to build a high-powered demon gun. Bullets are also specially made. This gun is roughly three times Elizina's caliber."

Aida showed me the ammo on the new gun that she had on her desk. Thicker warheads and longer pods were usually used three times than bullets, and given the amount of magic stored in the pods, the high power was also convincing.

"Ammo is also specially made... sounds like quite a bit of magic eater in one shot... how many rounds a day can you make in Aida?

Aida's smile hardens on my question. Apparently, I poked at the pain.

"... maybe ten shots... this drugbox eats a lot of magic... I've been making prototype bullets since yesterday because I've been sleepless."

When you can only manufacture 10 Aida rounds of Elizina's ammunition that you should be able to replenish about 500 rounds a day, the manufacture of this ammunition is dangerous unless you are a pretty high LV [Musketeer] or [Mage].

Fifty shots of Elizina in one shot... my blast gun spear Explode Gun Lance consumes 200 shots of magic, which seems to be a practical consumption considering it's too powerful.

I lay down in the firing range to shoot a great demon gun and peek into the scope with my ear sac as my barrel support. The gun mouth was fitted with what appeared to be a hole-shaped muzzle brake on the side of the box, and even then it could be deduced that the recoil of this demon gun was a tremendous object.

About five hundred meters away... you can't hit it with my arm...

Take your eyes off the scope once and plug the magazine into the demon gun. The demon bullet you showed me earlier contained five rounds. This demon gun, like Elizina, seems to be capable of supplying ammunition by auto. I pulled the bolt and finished feeding the bullets and peeked at the scope again.

"Dear Kent... be safe..."

There were signs that Josephine and Aida had left me. Peek into the scope and bring the site to the center of the target. When I had the [Musketeer] job, I didn't care about hand shakes or the like using skills or the like, but I'm losing my job, so the site is uneven and hard to match in small pieces.

Still, I managed to pull the trigger when I aimed at the center of the target.

Zugang!

The shooting shock echoed in my stomach and at the same time came a recoil enough for the gunbed to devour into my shoulder. There was also a huge black fog coming out of the muzzle brake I put on the muzzle, but it didn't seem to kill off the recoil.

No... what is this recoil... it's a shooting flame...

When I checked the scope to see if it hit the target, the left edge of the target was decided and rolled up.

"You hit it. I'm beating out over ten centimeters of steel five hundred meters away... how about you, Kent?

"And you're not a substitute for an amateur shooting. My shoulder's paralyzed."

"Oh, are you hurt!?

Josephine was about to get up. He was approaching me and checking for injuries.

"Josephine, it's okay! But with all this recoil, I guess it's about manon that we can use it properly... and it's pretty heavy."

The power is impeccable, but the neck was the weight of the gun. Three times the size of Elizina is a heavy demon gun, and even Manon, who uses Elizina SC, doesn't seem to be able to shoot properly without holding it in a two-legged gun rack with this gun.

"Heavy after all... the recoil was strong even when Atashi tested it... and when I developed it with the main idea of a gun piercing the Warcraft, I developed a heavy, highly recoil gun."

"But it's hard to throw away the power. It is a weapon that can reliably damage Warcraft from a distance. If Manon likes it, why don't we lend it as a prototype weapon? I don't want to use it."

Manon is surprisingly muscular by appearance, and Elizina SC is used lightly around, so even this heavy demon gun made by Aida can supposedly be handled.

"You're Manon. That girl sure looks like she could use it. Even a kilometer away, you can guess."

"Josephine, I'm sorry, but will you call Manon? I was in my room just now, taking care of my demon gun."

"Accepted."

Move to the shooting range for medium to close range to retrieve Elizina and load the magazine, in order to restore the sensation of shooting while you are sending Josephine to call Manon.

"Kent, do you practice shooting? Speaking of which, Job was gone, wasn't he? Training for retrieval?

"Oh, because [Musketeer] wants to get it back as soon as possible. If it's true, it would be quicker to hunt demons, but Millie..."

My health has also recovered yesterday, and as far as I'm concerned, I'd like to retake the job early and improve my abilities, but my training program was close to blank because Millie is still giving me overprotective interference.

For once, I want to gain some strength because I am also a king and protector of the South... Millie...

"Master Migliaria... yes, then there aren't many people who can give their opinions. Well, Kent, you know, I'm not gonna get mad if you skip because there's a bunch of you guys out there so you don't have to fight."

That's what Aida says, but even though the people make fun of me for calling me King Seed Horse or King Harlem, I'm terrified of what they would say if I skipped until the demonic exorcism, the most important job in the South.

"Skipping the demon exorcism is a bad idea. I have a little pride as a king, too. I don't feel comfortable eating for free without a minimum of work."

With that said, I pull the trigger to align Elizina's lighting star with the center of the target.

Tatan, Tatan, Tatan.

With the nostalgic recoil, the bullet was shot out toward the target. After all, the hit radius was considerably wider, although hitting was targeted by the effects of job disappearance.

"This is bad. If it's a real fight, it's a dead hit rate. I figured I'd get back out of the Horn Rabbit hunt..."

I was able to concentrate bullets easily before, but now I can't help but distract from recoil, and I can't help with my tactical skills, so it seemed that way. When I enter the southern region with this ability, I feel that it is not enough to have a few lives. Exploitation is also under way in the southern region, but there are still many dots of demonic nests and thick woods with demonic concentrations, and demonic occurrences boast a high standard.

"... you don't have to be a corner rabbit (horn rabbit)... Kent, your previous gear is going to be more negative for your abilities, but Mr. Goleg's armor will make it so you can defeat about a Class D demon intact. Besides, Elizina's a demon gun that sprinkles bullets, so I don't give a shit about the hit rate. But okay?

"Yes, it is."

I plug the next magazine into Elizina listening to Aida's comfort. Shoulder again and pull the trigger to align the illuminator to the center of the target.

Tata Tatan, Tata Tatan

When I fired full auto, there were a few bullets that came off brilliantly.

"This is a shock..."

"Master Kent... in a terrible state..."

I heard a voice from behind, so I looked back, and Josephine called me. Manon clouded my face and looked at me.

"As you can see, I'm useless in action right now. Helpless enough to laugh at myself."

"It's a terrible state indeed. Why don't you invite Ines and Feria, Framil and Carly and Beatrice, who are also working on this demon gun, to go on a demon crusade? With Miriam, unless you're a warcraft, you'll be able to exterminate the most likely demons."

Unlike Myriah and Aida, Manon seems to be recommending that I be strong. Perhaps he thinks the seeds to keep his own offspring should be strong.

"Will Manon persuade Myriah?

"I'll persuade you. Miriam is a little overprotective. If you keep Kent spoiled forever, you'll be a sprout boy. If you're going to call yourself King of the South, you have to go for the strongest man in the South."

Even if it is true that the South One is not possible, if it is not strong to some extent, the South will sometimes be licked because there are many strong men of AK.

"The status quo cannot deny the sprouts..."

I'm losing my job. As it stands, I only have the ability to have [black] jobs or less.

"Kent, you and Manon are serious. Well, if you're all going to follow me, you're not going to die, and you're going to get a lot of new demon gun operational data, and I'm going to mouth Miriam Aria."

Aida seems to agree with my demon crusade, too. They convince Millie with the story that I'm going to accompany the country's top-secret experiment on the operation of the new demon gun. Later, if Millie were to tell me about the dangers of a low powered state from around Lina, Millie the boulder would also allow me to crusade my demons.

"Is that true!? That's Aida. Thank you. Manon, please."

"I'll take care of it. I'd like to shoot Aida's new demon gun faster than that. I couldn't help but notice you didn't let me shoot you just to show you."

When Manon finished talking about the demon crusade, he had a new demon gun in his hand that had been placed on the shooting range. As I thought, Manon was powerfully lifting that heavy demon gun lightly, shouldering it and peeking into the scope.

"Isn't that heavy?

"It's heavy, but it's not heavy enough to hold. But if you want to go a long way, you'd better put the kitchen and the gun rack down and hit it for sure."

With that said, Manon lay low on the shooting range and started targeting five hundred meters away when he put the gun rack to the ground. And when the target was set, it pulled the trigger softly.

Zugang!

The bullet that was shot out shattered the target five hundred meters away and sputtered smoke from the dirt wall ahead. It was significantly more powerful than when I shot it, and the bullet that shot through the center of the target quickly ripped the steel ten centimeters thick.

"Wow! What that power!

"It's like this all the time. And this demon gun is too powerful. If you were a normal demon, you'd be mincing in one shot."

"That's just Manon. He's more powerful than when we shot him, and he was able to kill the recoil better. I guess it's a super advanced demon gun. In the meantime, I'd like to consider whether to mass produce depending on the results of the operational tests."

Aida thought the demon gun she made this time was a demon gun with a pretty strong habit and seemed wondering if it would be mass-produced.

"By the way, does this demon gun have a name?

"To? Name? It's a prototype gun, so I didn't put it on."

"Then I'll put on a fairer. This will be a powerful weapon against the Warcraft. It's hard to handle, but a skilled musketeer should be able to handle it."

Manon, who saw the new demon gun as the trump card for the Southern most powerful creature, was naming his face sparkling.

"If you want Manon, you can make it an official name. There's a chance it won't be mass produced with prototype guns. It could be the worst one-off manon custom ever."

Aida still seemed reluctant to mass-produce, concerned about the difficulty of handling it.

"Depends on the next operational exam."

"Right. The workshop also has a production frame, and the anti-Warcraft gun fairer is more than three times as accurate as Elizina's manufacturing process, and the component accuracy is demanding."

Aida was sending a chillary flush to Josephine, head of manufacturing.

"... as it stands, that would be a pretty expensive demon gun. The manufacturing process is complicated, and if you're going to mass produce it, you'll need to simplify the process and spec it down."

Manufacturer Josephine replied that it was tough to mass produce the original anti-Warcraft gun fairer as it was. If you do make a dozen laborious or expensive demon guns, I also think it would be better to manufacture dozens of Elizina's.

After all, it depends on the results of the operational tests… I have never been prepared because there will be no more Warcraft attacks.

"Try it in action and you'll see the best results. I want ammunition at least 100 rounds for the next operational test."

"Hih, a hundred shots... I'll do my best. Manon, come back from the black bullet."

All right, all right.

Thus, an operational test aimed at mass-producing the warcraft gun fairer will be conducted, and for the sake of keeping state secrets, the Black Daggers, including myself, will participate. Regardless, Myriah convinced Aida, Manon and Lina to accept my participation in the Demon Crusade on condition of her participation.
