Netooku Otoko no Tanoshii Isekai Boueki (WN)

Episode 46: Different World Markets Are Anniversary Scents

When I asked him if he wanted to go to Marina, he didn't give in, saying, "Marina is a slave, so only to follow the Lord," etc., and he ended up touring where I wanted to go - just a tool shop for weapons stores.

It was never date sweet, but Marina was in a good mood all the time for some reason, too.

I knew it, girls are important to smile. That's all the rice tastes good if it makes Elf (technically Dark Elf) smile. You can have about five extra drinks!

At noon I ate something like BBQ fixing in the dining room that is open in the corner of the market (it was pretty salty, but soft and delicious even though the calamari like meat was thick. There was also a seasoning called Marina's Smile which was nice and delicious), I asked Marina when she was having a cup of tea after the meal.

"In the morning, Deanna said, 'This is a special day,' but Marina, do you know what this is about?

"What!? Yes. ……… I know."

I'm a little surprised you didn't think I'd be asked, then Marina answers with seriousness.

Uh, was it some kind of level special day we shouldn't forget? If it's a different world holiday or something, it's out because I don't know it originally, and first of all, you've already said I'm not from this world, and you know you don't have to know...

If so, I guess there's something else. What is it...?

"Hmm. When you know Marina too...? Ah......, birthday or something? Speaking of which, you didn't hear either Marina's or Deanna's. I don't know, this isn't happening. Come on, let's get a present."

"Oh, no, it's not my birthday."

"Oh, really... If so..., what is it"

Hmm? When it's not my birthday, I... I can't think of anything.

Well, if you don't already know about this world... I'm sure it's a special day for Marina... but I wonder if it has anything to do with how you've been in the mood all day.

"No, I'm sorry. I don't know. Surrender."

"Oh, no, I hope you don't apologize. It is thanks to the Lord which makes today an important anniversary for Marina. Lord, because I met you..., Lord, because you chose Marina. Me..., Guru"

Kind of a sudden tear marina.... I honestly don't know, but it seems to have something to do with meeting me. I get a little confused, too.

"Because I did something about the special day...? No, you're saying it's an anniversary because I chose Marina?... If it was hard to say, I didn't have to say anything."

"... No, Lord. I want you to ask me where................ Marina, my mother always told me when I was little. The Great Spirit is always watching over you and will surely guide you one day. So believe me, I have to live positive. Because... But I haven't, but I believed it, and I can't believe it... because I'm a Turk, the Great Spirit is ignoring me... but..."

Hang on, hang on. Talk half-baked, Marina. What is the Great Spirit... Le Baraka? You forgot you even existed recently...

Speaking of which, we were talking about the Turks not being loved very much by the Spirit.

"So, how does that relate to the Great Spirit and the anniversary?

"Gu, I... For the first time, my guide..., I've got two at once ~!"

Wah-wah-wah-wah-wah-wah. Marina. But apparently he's happy and crying.... You've never seen anyone cry so big...

Even when Mr. Sherrow led you to accomplish this before, he was delighted to take a small leap, and to lead you to the people of this world seems like something really important...... Seems like the first guide out there for Marina, and the joy is in a place called Hitoshio.

But I don't know how many times Marina was blessed, but it's really a lot rarer to know that your guidance has never existed before now. Well, I knew it was rare considering the unusual price of spiritual stones (cheap and 20 gold coins, that is, around 3 million yen on an estimated basis)...... I've been leading you around, but I guess that's unusual over here.

"No, that's what happened, congratulations. Good for you, Marina. But you didn't come because of me."

"No, Lord, thanks to how you picked it up. This is the same Lord who is leading us to Marina."

Marina stares straight in her sincerely innocent eyes.

"Ugh! Dark Elf, I'm hacking! I just have to protect www what's wrong with this" I can't say very much about choosing Marina as a slaver in a mood like...

Even so......! I'm not such a proper husband... You're a good old, netty scumbag. Just...

"............... so what was the content of the guide?

When she asked me that in a mood I couldn't resist, Marina said with a stuck face for a moment.

"... it was called 'Let's take down the monster'. Now we have weapons, and if we're weak, we're going to be able to take them down. And... I have one more thing, if I can lead you through the other - I want you to let me keep it a secret.... This is Marina's selfishness, so I'll answer if asked, Ked..."

"Um, I don't mind that if you want to keep it a secret. I don't know how to guide you for the first time." Defeat the Monster "gives me the same guidance. Does that mean we can take them down together? Let's do our best to accomplish both, Marina."

"Ha, hi! Marina, it's Gumball!!

- Marina is my slave, but no matter what you say with your mouth, I really don't know how far you swear allegiance to me...

I think you're cute about Marina, and I even want to protect you for the rest of your life, but that's all I'm saying... it's just my emotions.

At the end of the day, I bought Marina as a slave for myself, but I bought it for gold... and the burden is (I don't usually show that kind of attitude).

With all that, I may have been looking lightly at Marina's loyalty, Marina's feelings.

It wasn't until a while ago that I regretted it.

◇ ◆ ◆ ◆ ◇

I decided to brag the market as it was after lunch.

Eliche is one of only three cities in the Hannock Empire that has been allowed to trade with other countries, and therefore the market is so busy that it cannot be compared to cities other than the Empire or other free cities.

- Yes. It's definitely wide.

If you want to see all the stores - mostly stalls - for a day then it may be tough to see them all. The market for Eliche was so wide. I might have about 2 pieces if I converted them in the Tokyo dome.

In a corner where there are many grocery stores, butchers alone range from butchers to meat processors to wild fowl main stores and, once again, stores specializing in warcraft meat (and expensive). Some sell whole beasts, while chickens are naturally sold alive. Naturally, there is no refrigerator, so it is arranged at room temperature with Dawn. Conversely, there aren't as many shops dealing with fish as butchers, and there doesn't seem to be much variety. I guess I can't take much fish after all. It's just that sometimes a big tuna-sized fish lay on the table and I was surprised, though.

Many shops handle vegetables. There's a wide variety of vegetables in Japan, from the ones I've seen a lot (technically a completely different kind of vegetable, I guess) to the ones that I'm not sure are like a corn and tomato pairing child. Some specialize in nuts, some specialize in imo, some specialize in cheese, and some specialize in fruit.

Others include rice stores, bakeries, dry goods stores, vanilla shops (if you ask me later, they're brackets called herbalists, not herbalists), delicacies shops (objects like tenderloins are sold in bumps), tea shops (tea leaf shops, not coffee shops) ….

What I liked was the fruit shop. It smells sweet from the store, and strange fruits I've never seen are lined up with narrow tokoro, which really tickles my curiosity.

Furthermore,... well, maybe it's natural because it's a market, but no matter what you say, the price is so low.

At first, when Mr. Sherrow and Mr. Rebecca took me out to eat in the street, I ate a fruit called Liliarum, and that was 10 el for three then. But the truth is, it's 4 el at a time, but you let 10 el lose because you buy 3.

That's 3 el a piece from the beginning here, 10 el for 5. You know, cheaper from the start than the amount you bought after losing at the stall......

It's a fruit from another world. Exactly, I can't take it back to Japan and sell it (too many mysterious fruits for anything), but I thought it would be ok enough to feed my parents, and I bought Lilliaram and some other fruits and figs similar to peaches. It's a souvenir for Deanna.

The market is broadly divided into "zones dealing with groceries", "zones dealing with household goods and groceries", "zones dealing with used clothing and ancient tools" and "cafeteria districts".

What I had bought so far for Netook was a flea market held regularly, not in this market, and I had never bought it at an ancient tool store in this market.

The reason is that they were a distance away compared to the flea market that opens in Central Square (about 1 km from the inn where they've been staying), and they thought the flea market where the average person leaves the store seems to have more "excavations".

Besides..., the old tool zone of the market has a unique atmosphere and... I mean, it's kind of advanced, or was I scared to be clear...

So I hadn't been in yet, but I have Marina from the escort (though I don't rely on her as a) today, and I decided to have the courage to come in.

"Ohhhh!? What is this? Ha-ha-ha."

What I have now is a "zone dealing with old clothes and ancient tools," 100 of which would not go down. A number of outdoor shoppers are hissing and overflowing with shoppers.

The outdoor shop centers on tables where products are arranged, simple ones that are simply fitted with colorful sunscreen cloths, some of which are wooden cabin-style or lay cloth on the floor instead of the table to arrange the products.

Chaos space is indescribable if you say so in one bite, because they are all colorful (perhaps trying to stand out more) in their thoughts. There is an indescribable fragrance around that breeds exoticism.

Miscellaneous Products, Miscellaneous Sellers, Miscellaneous Displays......

... Somehow, I liked it very much.

And more importantly, the products sold are the best.

In flea markets, the majority of people sold the products they brought from their homes...... so even if there was a "dig out" from time to time, that was basically only one point, and to a lesser extent, but the people who do business in the market are professionals, or the people who profess it sell the products they specialize in......

In other words, "there are a large number of second-hand goods of the same type to choose from". Its probably more expensive than buying it at the flea market, but even so, I'm happy with this.

To give you an example of what I've sold online so far, if you're a lamp shop, there's a lamp shop, from simple portable items to overdecorated luxury editions, and if you're a doll, there's still a specialty store in Doyle (although the price seems expensive), and a scary old guy combs the doll's hair on the top of the Buddha.

Besides those things, old clothes stores sold shirts, pieces, tunics and robes, even made-up clothes at the end, and ancient tools stores didn't mention cutlery, plates, cups, dishes, and rings for bracelets, accessories, animals (maybe warcraft), linen sheets and blankets (used, but blankets are so expensive), knives, daggers and maintenance oils and grindstones, candle stores, old bookstores, armor stores...

There are really so many things for sale that I can't introduce them at all, and I just don't get tired of watching them all the time. If you go through the ancient tool zone, there's a dining room zone, and it's fun to buy a lot of food at the stalls.

- It's like every day is a festival.

Marina, I've made up my mind.

"Yes!... What did you decide?

"I decide to open a shop here. At the flea market because of the way things are going...... I don't want to get stuck like that!
