One story: "Frenzy of the Fool"
The Army of the Republic of Mithra is one hundred and thirty thousand, and the Admiral is Gareth.
The Kingdom of Balshark is one hundred and twenty thousand, and the Admiral is General Remir.
One hundred thousand in the Kingdom of Vester, the Admiral is General Randall.
With a total of 350,000 troops, the coalition of three countries challenges Holdia to attack.
After crossing the border, they rendezvoused once on a less-green plain that belonged nowhere called Fasha.
"First, why don't you decide on the General of the Union"
When the generals of each army gathered for future consultations, this was the first word that was uttered.
Gareth replied to the discipline, tongue-in-cheek to Remir, who said it out.
"It doesn't make sense. What we're saying is, we're a syndicate. There's no way the chain of command can be unified."
"I agree."
Randall also agreed with Gareth.
"Holdia has a vast territory and a number of offensives. I think it's a good idea to advance from three places at the same time, how about that?
Denied by the two, Remir answers with a bright red face.
"But the big army... even Holdia has a big army."
Gareth thought, "Why did you give me this guy," and explained it to him with the intention of becoming a master as well.
"The other side is the defensive side, and we can unify the chain of command with the national army. On the other hand, this one is unlikely to be able to work together or use a number of powers, and it is extremely likely that each of them will be destroyed and defeated."
Randall overlaps the explanation on it.
"When we split this one, we split that one. Unless you fight on your own, you're not in danger of getting pulled off your feet."
In short, they say that priority will be given to creating a situation in which their own forces can exert their power.
Remir had his mouth full, but he didn't end up saying anything because he couldn't think of any objections.
"Lord Randall said we'd split this one up, but I don't think so necessarily."
Randall, who took the form of a refusal of his theory by Gareth, asked calmly at first, although it seemed somewhat unpleasant.
"So what do you think you're going to do?
"Mm-hmm. Like leaving a minimal soldier in a fort and smashing one of these guys with all his might."
Often silence wrapped the tent.
Remir takes a few seconds to understand what Gareth is trying to say and argues with a gasp.
"Oh, that's so stupid... too insane"
"But you were such an insane opponent, Holdia's Mad King"
Randall was sighing, but acknowledged the possibility that Gareth's proposal could become a reality.
At least Holdia will be able to do just that kind of atrocity if she moves all her troops.
"But instead of all the troops, we should be able to move 300,000..."
Remir didn't quite try to admit it.
Something unexpected was happening quickly and continuously, and his brain was reaching its limits.
"That's what the natives say. But there's no way we can keep our soldiers alive at the scene."
Gareth says, and Randall agrees.
In the end, he released a large number of intermediaries and agreed to carry out intelligence activities vigorously.
After it was dissolved, Randall said his disgust as he watched Remir leave early.
"Why make such a man a general? Is Balshark unmotivated?"
"Don't say that."
It was Gareth who smeared.
"That was King Jessica's kin and just a decoration. You think the deputy is General Chandler of Hundred Wars Smelting? He will be the true Admiral."
"Hmm. If Chandler is holding the reins, let's hope so."
Randall was leaving with a shrugged shoulder.
The coalition was on the verge of disrupting its footprint as soon as possible, just because of the unanimity of interests.
When Gareth returned to the army, his deputy approached him and said hello.
"Good luck. How was it?
"The generals of the Balshark army are decorations. Expect a deputy. The General of the Vester army is competent, but not good enough for credibility. It's my impression so far."
Sometimes if you focus too much on your first impressions, you shrug your feet.
I didn't know what would kill me on the battlefield.
"The future of the coalition isn't going to be glorious either. It could have been a government decision in that sense, only now that Holdia is rebuilding."
Gareth's face didn't even clear for the lieutenant's particularly brighter remarks.
"If it's really under reconstruction. The gap shown by the Mad King that common sense doesn't make sense, is it something I can trust to fulfill?
I just lowered my voice.
If Gareth, the general at this stage, were known to be pessimistic, the soldiers' morale would crash at once.
The general named Gareth had that much influence.
"Let's go through how much madness king and reason of man, common sense of nation. Maybe he expects someone like Gareth to show up who thinks too much."
"... don't you have a kiri to come up with"
Gareth gave the order without feeling comfortable.
Vester attacks Fort Lucinica, Balshark targets Fort Sharhee, and Mithra targets Fort Geyern.
Tens of thousands of regular troops and slave soldiers should be guarding each fort in pre-war predictions.
That's an operation to be commended even with the military law routine, but Gareth doesn't trust him very much.
The other person is Asteria, the Mad King whose insanity thinks in clothes.
I was stepping on it that it wasn't strange to hire all the maneuvers this one didn't imagine.
But the reaction to Gareth, who insisted so at the military conference, was terribly cold.
"That's right. General Gareth seems scared of Holdia, too."
"It's a shame. I didn't know such a coward was in the best position in the country."
They had nothing to say to their faces, but they still cursed Gareth so that he could hear them.
Gareth had a stronger pure impact than humiliation and anger.
(Even if we leave it to these guys, my country is sure to be devastated)
Gareth took on the General only because of the sense of crisis.
Asteria's words and actions are certainly unintelligible and difficult to understand.
But the others didn't seem to know the horror of what was difficult to understand on the battlefield.
I have never won, but in the unlikely event that one soldier will return to his country alive.
Gareth believed that was the Admiral's duty.
At least you won't be able to speak unless you drop about Fort Gearn.
I want my voice to protect my men's lives.
He was telling me it wasn't like the upper management trying to satisfy my personal desires.
The fortifications of Lucinica, Sharhey and Geyern, which rise to the border of Holdia, are all hard to say the point.
It is visible that they will be repelled even if they attack because of their different national powers, and they are at a distance from cities, fields, etc. which are subject to looting in the first place.
Given the damage to Mongolia, it is better to trade without attacking.
What was overshadowed was that Holdia's chances of attacking increased in three countries, reducing the danger to one country.
Major changes have taken place in Holdia, and from a foreign perspective, they have become "at the time of the attack".
The Heads of State decided that if they could control Holdia's vast territory and many human beings in the long term, they could expect full benefits.
"I was counting the meat of the unbearable prey, I hope."
Gareth is so sarcastic.
What he quoted is a word the hunters prefer to use when they laugh at fools.
It's Fort Geyern.
There was a report from the lookout, and Gareth squeezed his expression and moved the horse forward.
Gareth, who has the experience that information and objects are very different, avoided judging without checking them with his own eyes.
"Is that it...?
The walls are not even as high as they are and the overall impression is poor.
It's nothing strange if you think it wasn't invaded with more political force than military power, but Gareth got somewhat anxious and called the wrong guy.
Ask those who have rushed by with a harsh look.
"How's it going in there? Who's the enemy commander?
"Ha. The enemy's strength is about 40,000, and the Admiral is a dogan. Overall, morale seems high, but there seems to be a lot of gaps."
Gareth's anxiety increased to a name he had never heard of.
Has this place been abandoned and turned its main force to other fortifications?
"What is the identity of the dogan, and the composition of the enemy army?
"Ha. Looks like everyone below Dogan has been enslaved by King Asteria. He wore a red collar."
"Good luck back there."
I gathered the generals and staff, who were the Lord, when I bowed down in a courtesy.
"King Asteria sounds like a rumor of bad character."
Gareth spoke first, and the staff member gave his approval to it.
"Sure. Sounds like an operation to hit slaves and drain us first."
"Regular armies are coming where I'm exhausted... I'd like to avoid that"
"What, it's not a big deal, and the enemy is not a regular army. It's okay to be cautious, but if you get cowardly, you'll get away with it."
"Who's a coward?
Gareth gently intimidates and shuts up as the contention was about to begin.
"Did you bring the stone thrower?
"Yes, because we envisage a Castle Holdias attack. There's also a broken castle hammer."
"No, just a stone thrower"
We couldn't grasp Gareth's intentions, and we both looked at each other.
You said the enemy was only a slave soldier.
"Yes."
"Then you can't keep soldiers close. Did you forget Fort Valdera?
"Ah..."
We were totally lost together.
"Afraid."
A young general objected to the blood.
"I don't think it's the same this time..."
Gareth's reaction was chilling.
"Then I ask you, can you tell the difference? with those with or without a convoluted attack."
"Oh, I can't..."
The young general drops his shoulders.
The only way to reduce damage to allies is to attack from a position where no suicide bomb attack can be received.
The next person I saw was one of the staff officers.
"But Master Gareth, there must also be a range for the activation of the magic ceremony."
"Then explain Holdia's range. There's no one nearby to activate it, and there's no reason to be sure."
This will also be lightly crushed again.
The chief of staff asks a modest question.
"Activating it nearby involves him... but it's possible King Holdia hasn't told us the truth."
I gave myself an answer.
Normally I don't do it first, but that's how flat I could have done it if it was a woman called the Mad King.
"The safest thing to do is water or food..."
An intermediate who was holding back in the corner here speaks.
"For a full year, there was a stockpile of castles available."
"Naturally."
The Chief of Staff nods.
It would be more unnatural not to be prepared if you were to try to hold back enemy forces with a gear for a little longer.
I want to avoid prolonged battles as long as I can, saying that this is the situation where the Shadow of the Demon Man and the Demon King shine.
More importantly, the country may not even envisage a long-term battle here.
The others were slowly beginning to realize why Gareth was unwilling to ride this battle.
At least what the natives said about "ravaging confused Holdia jointly by the three countries" is going to be difficult to achieve.
"But it's not like there's no hope. You can drive the Mad King's calculations crazy here."
Gareth dared to declare forcefully.
It is not his intention to lower the morale of his allies.
"As long as you're human, it's something that makes all sorts of calculation differences, big and small. And it's our power to make it happen."
When Gareth preached that, the air that was getting dark changed and the brightness returned to the same look.
"You can't even read how seriously we're going to get ready. Even if we were looking into it, we wouldn't have had enough time to prepare."
It is the morale of soldiers that drives victory and defeat in war.
Anyway, if there are weapons like the powerful or the barista like Marius, otherwise the morale of the soldiers cannot be ignored.
"Let me tell you something. The power of the Mithra army."
"Ooh!"
That's a development where you're going to hear voices about what the hell was going on earlier.
It is characteristic of the Mithra army that soldiers also have higher morale if their generals are full of war.
This still doesn't change my unwillingness as Gareth.
However, we had to do our best, and that required exalting the war will of our colleagues.
Otherwise, this war will be a tough one.
The fact that all enemy forces are slaves means that surrender is not allowed either.
Because there is a high risk of trying to kill each and every one of your own troops after surrender.
That's what King Holdia Asteria proved in the battle for Fort Valdera earlier.
