Lesson 24: The Labyrinth of the Water Moon: Corpse Eater VS

Apparently, my expectations are always betrayed.

That's what I thought, because after the light runoff by the transfer formation subsided, I saw the sight spreading in front of me.

It was a large stone hall with high ceilings.

Probably a labyrinth, I can guess, a common view.

A special space that will be absorbed immediately even if you fly magic on the wall.

Unbroken area in the labyrinth of the water moon, does that mean its continuation?

I don't know, but there's something more important than thinking about it.

What's in front of you, it's like a giant demon and a man who's been hit by it.

A man can see for sure with the gear and hairstyle that I can confirm even if he's falling in.

It's just a long way off, but it still looks like he's breathing.

Slowly, my hands and feet are moving.

If you don't help......

But there's something here that keeps me from doing that.

Demons.

Huge, but familiar to me, that look.

What wanders eternal time without life, composed exclusively of bones.

The Bone Man "Skeleton" - its superior individual, the Bone Giant (Giant Skeleton), was there.

If you laugh, the bumping sound of geese and bones rings in the great hall, and the footsteps you walk rock the ground so loud that you don't think it's just the bones.

Something like that, a demon that you run into in the labyrinth and you run away instantly.

Bone Titans (Giant Skeletons) are not just demons that Bone Man Skeletons have become enormous.

Its demons, which take in not only the bone man but also the factor of the giant, have a strength and velocity that is both two and three steps above that of the normal bone man Skeleton.

Naturally, my arm strength was also terribly strong, and I was certain that if I hit it, it would blow up in one blow.

Fight something like that?

Though somewhat stronger, it's ridiculous.

But there's a man at the foot of that demon.

There is no other option than not to be abandoned.

Besides, I can't find a passage in this big hall.

In a space like this, I remember.

- Boss, it's the room.

Once in, a special room where you will not be able to leave unless you defeat the Lord of the room or be defeated.

Pretty famous story.

It just doesn't usually happen that way.

Anyway, the common boss room is because the entrance to the aisle is always open so that you can turn back as soon as you think you can't defeat it.

Otherwise, the mortality rate for the adventurers would be terribly high, and even those who try to be will be considerably reduced in the first place.

It is so important to be able to retreat, and that is why the adventurer can progress as he gradually drills his own strengths.

But the big test of such an adventurer is this inescapable boss room.

It is often said that the boss room in the labyrinth, which no one has yet broken, is so.

It is also said that even if this is not the case, there will be more boss rooms that said so when we cross the forty floors.

I mean, basically, only the so-called top adventurers have to attack a boss room like this, and the beginners, the intermediates, and even the advanced ones, who make money in an area that doesn't cross forty levels, hardly ever get in.

Yet it is.

Apparently this is exactly such a boss room.

This is all we have to do now to be ready.

I guess that's what this is about.

I pull out my sword and face a bone giant (Giant Skeleton).

Fortunately, at the same time that I showed up, the attention of the Bone Giant (Giant Skeleton) seemed right for me.

As for the man at your feet, he's not interested, either because he's no longer breathing constantly.

We need to settle this quickly and help.

I think so, I kick the ground.

His body was pushed out at a rate incomparable to his lifetime and immediately poked at the foot of a bone giant (Giant Skeleton).

And I wave up my sword, and I want to hit that foot out of my mind.

But.

- No!

With the sound of saying, the sword is played.

And right after that, a giant bone hand wave attacked me.

Bad, I rush to get a distance.

Of course, don't forget to grab the falling man and pull him away from the bone giant (Giant Skeleton).

Because if we leave it like this, sooner or later, we risk being crushed to death.

Fortunately, the Bone Giant (Giant Skeleton), regardless of its destructive power, seems to be slightly above me in terms of speed.

To fight for the first time, I didn't know as much about it as I could, but this might work out.

I think so, put the man in my arms at the end of the hall and head back to the bone giant (Giant Skeleton).

The question is, how do you get too hard bones to take the damage?

Earlier blows were mindful and equal to my biggest blow.

But still, it didn't look like it would hurt, and it seemed difficult to achieve victory as it was.

Normally, this is stuffing.

No matter how fast you're winning, that's where it ends if you don't have the means to take the damage.

This one will run out of health and be attacked.

It is said that what is called a labyrinth demon is a strange thing, and that the boss is not the first to say that he is out of health about the demon in his room.

The reason for this is that we get power directly from the labyrinth, or because we originally have inexhaustible health, and so on, but it is clear from the adventurers' years of experience that it is generally true.

I mean, boss, it doesn't make sense to want the demons in the room to run out of strength.

That's why if you don't have the offense to defeat it, it's over.

Given all of that, the situation in which I am now placed may have seemed hopeless.

But unlike the usual adventurers, there was something I could do.

I'm not a clergyman, but I have a very special power, a sense of holiness.

The other side is terribly immortal (undead), so if you use the purifying power of the Sacred Qi, you should probably be wounded.

If there is such a trump card, you can use it from the beginning, but there is a reason why you didn't use it.

That means, in the first place, that I haven't used my sacred temper as much, and besides, it's a matter of weapons.

This sword lent to Crope is of good making, but it is not made for the purpose of paying attention to holiness.

Therefore, there was the question of how much we would have, even if we fought with holiness.

But......

If we don't use this here, we're gonna have to die here, me and that guy.

I have to do more than I can still do.

That's the adventurer.

It's the adventurer who fights without giving up until the end.

When I was so determined, I poured holy attention into my sword.

Until now, a sword lightly wrapped around an aura of colour close to gold begins to emit a blue, white and clean aura of holy chi.

Seeing it, did the Bone Giant (Giant Skeleton) feel something, or lag a little behind?

The power of purification is the natural enemy of the Undead.

I know what it's like to be afraid.

It's a mystery why I'm a corpse eater (ghoul) and I'm fine, but it's a mystery because I became a skeleton in the first place.

I can't help but be concerned now, and then I can only thank you for what you can use.

I then kick the ground as hard as I can wield my sword against a bone giant (Giant Skeleton).

The power of my foot, which is well infused, quickly reduces the distance from the bone giant (Giant Skeleton), who was far away, and I get to its feet.

By the time the Bone Giant (Giant Skeleton) realized it, it was too late.

My sword is swung up and swung down like a giant bone giant (Giant Skeleton) sucking into a giant foot like a tree trunk.

And the moment I thought I was hit, the bone giant (Giant Skeleton) 's leg was severed to melt.

When you shake the sword to the end, the bone giant (Giant Skeleton) loses one leg and falls out of balance and can't support the giant.

I ran into the head of a bone giant (Giant Skeleton) and shook my sword to pieces.
