Nozomanu Fushi no Boukensha

Episode 70: Copper Adventurer Rent and Name

"You're gonna have to be careful."

That's what Lorraine said before she left the house.

I recall being told, with that said, was that simmering out for breakfast today something that also included wishing me luck earlier in the region?

Maybe that's why he rarely woke up early and made it.

The Marsh of Talasks is such a dangerous place.

"... I don't need a lot of dust. If you want, I'll be quick..."

"Once eaten by a dragon, you can't trust that dialogue... I guess I was too unlucky about that in the first place. Oh, and that rat over there...... hey, I thought, don't you have to name him or something?

That's what Lorraine groans as she reaches out to the mouse (Petite Suri) that's my family member.

It's the first time I've been aware of it when you asked me, but I do think you need a name.

I hadn't thought about it, perhaps because it was a demon and therefore the feeling of treating it like a pet was rare.

I have always felt troublesome calling it a mouse (Petite Suri) or confusing it with other things, and now it's just fine.

"... it's all right, Kuro, isn't it?

To say the right name, Lorraine puts on her face.

"Why don't you twist it a little bit more? Whatever..."

"Even if they say so..."

I've been running adventurers for a long time, following only my dreams.

Naturally, there couldn't be any children, there couldn't have been any people named.

I didn't have any pets or anything especially when I was little......

"You have no choice. Then I'll put it on you...... right, how about an Edel?

Edel.

Well, I don't mind that at all...

"From where. Are you kidding me?

Concerned and I asked, Lorraine replied.

"Were the mice able to follow the other mice as if they were kings or nobles? So I thought Adele, which means" noble "in ancient language, would be nice..."

"This is what happens..."

It felt more like kinship than nobility, and more like a prestigious king of fiction than nobility...

Thinking about it, from a mouse on the shoulder (Petite Suri), it's out-of-heart! The will is conveyed.

Is it not?

I don't think there's anything wrong with that... well, okay.

Lorraine continues.

"I don't care if it's a moppel or a fresher that means a big meal because of its shape."

You've thought a lot about it in just a few seconds, but the origins are too close to appetite.

Earlier, when I simmered the blood I had made to the mouse (Petite Suri), it might have left Lorraine with the impression that she was eating it at a fast rate that was not even in her eyes.

As far as I'm concerned, I don't have any problems with any name, so I thought any of them would be fine, but the mouse (Petite Suri) conveys a strong will to be the first.

Aren't you too self-assertive about my family habits?

I didn't think for a moment that I was in a moppel anymore... but, well, I'm not even that mean of a person.

No, I'm not human.

I say.

"... Er, let's go. The others are just fine."

to my words. Lorraine seemed a little sorry,

"Really? Moppel and Fressa - I don't think that's a bad idea..."

say.

Maybe he liked it unexpectedly.

But I...

"Really... a real rat? But, uh, I think it's good. I don't know how he likes it."

"Ah... with that said, you and that rat didn't have to put in words to communicate easily. I see you liked Edel. If that's the case, I don't have a choice. From today on, you are Adele. I'm the named parent, right? Don't forget."

That's what Lorraine says, stroking Edel's head.

Then again, I went to Lorraine, hoping to come, and I left the house.

"... hey, I'm on it"

With your voice, I recognize that the carriage has stopped, and I get off the carriage.

With Edel on his shoulder.

As I descend and stare somewhat at at my destination, I hear from you.

"... just a short walk down there from here." Tarask Swamp "but... are you okay? That's not a solo challenge, is it?

That is a worrying dialogue, and the word is certainly correct.

I, too, would not have thought much about exploring this place on my own, if I had been a solid human being.

Even if there was an unstoppable circumstance to stop, I would have stopped solo and invited some adventurers I knew to make it at a temporary party as well.

But this time, I didn't do it.

There are a few reasons...... anyway,

"I don't mean to rush into a basket. Hey, I'm going to come back... so I don't need it."

That's what I said.

The man still didn't break his worrying look, but it's no use saying any more, I guess.

in a frivolous atmosphere,

"... are all adventurers like that? Whatever happens, it's a world of self-responsibility... just take care of your life, okay? Don't force me to come back when it sucks."

and gives me a gentle dialogue.

It's quite unusual for you to say so far.

You realize what I think, man,

"Recently a rookie has been missing in the labyrinth... I miss the guy I met yesterday today... so, yeah. Ma, I may have gotten a little sentimental. I've said a lot, but good luck. I'll be here again in the evening or so, so stay here by then. I can't get any closer to Tarask Marsh than a boulder. See you later."

That's what I say, I put a whip in my horse, and I run away.

Few adventurers come to Talask's Swamp.

The carriage passes only twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.

If I missed that, I'd be the winger of a wild boarding house around here, so I thought I'd give a shit about time.

Then, as your man said, I went down the ramp.

◇ ◆ ◇ ◆ ◇

The Marsh of Talasks.

That generally refers to the marshy zone, a few hours by carriage, just northeast of the city Malt.

There really seems to be another official name, but no one there calls it, and everyone calls it "The Marsh of Talask" because the existence that lives there is so powerful and famous.

Tarask, called, is a kind of subdragon tribe, a monstrous demon with turtle-like methyl and three to six legs and powerful poison.

Though methyl, scales, and poisonous glands that produce poison to it are very rare materials for weapons, crusades are considered to require upper class adventurers, even in the silver class, and are said to be harsh if not more than one.

I mean, for me, being only a bronze adventurer, it's a demon you should never encounter.

Even if I don't say that I will die instantly… I am certain that I will find myself in a considerable predicament, which is why I am basically going to do my best to explore this place carefully and avoid encountering Talask as much as I can.

Of course, we have to be aware of the existence that said so, because it is where many other demons live in Talask, and the offense here is extremely difficult.

So the reward is a piece of copper coin, so it's not worth it at all.

but sometimes this kind of work would be good.

It is also possible that if you do it well, you will get high selling materials, such as demons and plants that live here.

Demand for such things is relatively high because not many adventurers like to come either.

Besides, you can run back if you have to.

It's not a compliment, but it's a lot better than dying.

When I looked at my shoulder, I was intimidated by Edel.

It doesn't seem to mean it's going to be like that.

You, my family, put your life up for the Lord, I thought, but he can't expect that much loyalty.

... mah, okay.

With that in mind, I set foot in the Tarask Swamp.

Hopefully, I won't be in a tarask.
