I left Mashagian and arrived in Palsimo in ten days.

I'm arriving in an amazing short time if you think about coming by carriage, but by Lecan standards, it's a pretty leisurely itinerary.

When it comes to why this is happening, it is because we travelled while choosing the inn.

The southern half of the kingdom of Zaka is much richer than the northern half as a whole. They say each town has its own distinctive colors and there are many good food shops to eat. Especially on the road from Mashagian to Parsimo, there is a line of towns with good accommodation.

Manfrey Wazlov ordered his men to make a list of good food inns and specialty dishes on the road.

So eight of the ten days were to stay in the inn and travel.

Some of the inns arrived late at night. Some stores were not allowed to stay without prior booking. But the references that Manfrey prepared worked immensely, and Lecan and Julius moved while enjoying the good stuff everywhere. I would add that the fact that every inn had a bathing facility also made Lecan in a good mood.

But when I arrived in Palsimo and visited the reception center of the labyrinth, the good mood of Lecan blew away in an instant.

"What? You two can't let the labyrinth in here?

"Yes. Did you even come here without knowing that? The Palsimo Labyrinth is a multi-hole labyrinth that cannot be explored without at least five people"

"A multi-hole labyrinth? What is it?"

"Each hierarchy has five entrances, and once in, you can't go back. Defeat all Warcraft to open the exit of that hole. And if we don't defeat all the Warcraft in the five holes, we can't move to the next hierarchy. There doesn't seem to be a cap on the number of people entering each hole, but it's not easy to move in too many, so it's normal to keep it down to about a few people"

There are fifteen of them all, even if three of them went into each hole. That is quite a number of people as a party for labyrinth exploration. There was such a place in the labyrinth of the world that Lecan took.

"Oh, I see. Is that the kind of thing? Is that how all hierarchies work in this labyrinth?

"Until the eighty tiers, yes. From the eighty-one hierarchy, after defeating the enemies of each hole, everyone at the party starts fighting strong enemies."

"Ho."

"The good offices are in the building next door. Apply for the desired exploration hierarchy and number and ability structure and they will mediate a party once a day. If you refuse, you won't get any more good offices that day. I don't think there are any more explorers waiting for my good offices today, and"

"And?"

"To be honest, explorers in this town don't like to party with adventurers from outside. So adventurers coming from outside often have more than five parties in advance."

"Isn't the Explorer of this town an adventurer?"

"Most people who explore the labyrinth in this town are on some job and sometimes they explore the labyrinth"

What a labyrinth here. Most of the labyrinth seekers are residents of the town. Many hold positions involving magic, diving into the labyrinth to gain material, improve their abilities, and obtain funding. We often fight only once in a single quest. Because it's more efficient to fight with full magic, and you'd rather do something else than wait for magic to recover.

So there are few inns around the labyrinth here.

There are also a certain number of adventurers coming from outside, but that number is small because we have to organize a party made up of just magic.

When I thought about taking the inn for now and going back out tomorrow morning, I remembered I'd forgotten.

"That's right. When I got to Palsimo, they told me to give this to the head of the labyrinth."

Lekan gave the receptionist a sealed letter from Manfrey. Fine wood paper, tied together with an elegant ribbon.

"Are you the head of the labyrinth?

The attendant, who received the seal while saying so with suspicious eyes, shifted the ribbon and brought his eyes closer to the sealed wax beneath it, twisting his neck. After that, I noticed a blur in the paper.

Blur is the design of a lion with thunder.

"Oh, no way."

The attendant looked terribly surprised to see Lecan's face and seal.

"Got it, I'll be right behind the guy in charge. Please wait!

The attendant ran into the back of the building, got out of there and ran somewhere.

After waiting awhile, an earlier attendant brought the carriage home. Lekan and Julius boarded the carriage and were taken to the Lords' Hall.

"Are you Lord Lekan?"

"Oh."

"I am the nephew of Lord Elmo Siere of Palsimo, who is left to manage the labyrinth, said Tor Siere. We are delighted to welcome the Marquis of Wazlov."

"It's good to see you. Regards."

"Nice to meet you. Now, you prefer a straightforward approach. Quick, but you've come here to explore the labyrinth."

"Yes."

"The labyrinth here is the first time. According to the attendant, he also did not know that he could not be explored without more than five people. How many days and how many hierarchies will you be aiming for?"

"That's something you should try to get in for now. If it's difficult, or if it's not interesting to explore, we might pull it up early."

"Hmm. That means if it's not difficult and interesting, it could be a long exploration."

"That's what I'm talking about"

"Are you going to take the boy with you?"

"Oh."

"Hmm. You both have magic, don't you?

"Oh."

"Okay. You may apply for good offices, but you will have a hard time finding someone to use them. I have a suggestion for you."

"Let me hear it"

"Let's get a shortage of people on my side. Three days for now. If you are willing to explore for three days, you can use your good offices to find a companion. My men will see you through the battle. If you can demonstrate your ability to explore this labyrinth, my men can make recommendations. That should make it easier to use your good offices."

"Wow. I appreciate that. Let me take that offer. Oh, and this Julius dives into the same hole as me."

"Oh, I see. You'll be coaching. Now, in addition to the Midori role, we will have four members. I want you to stay in this hall tonight. I have meals, booze and bath ready."

"I'll take care of you"

The food and booze were good and the bath was spacious and pleasant. On the table in the room was a explanatory note with an overview of the Palsimo Labyrinth. Julius slept and ate in the same room. There was no servant to show his face except to carry a meal and a bath guide. Lekan had previously felt slightly about staying in these stylishly built mansions themselves, but he was able to enjoy a comfortable sleep, whether he was used to it or whether this mansion handled it well.
