Igor cleared his throat gently: "You’ve had enough time. My patience has reached its limit!"

"No, please, don’t, I know I haven’t done well enough, but please don’t abandon me!" Brava was obviously more agitated than before.

"I can’t decide that!" Igor continued to act arrogantly; right now, his identity was that of the Soul Devourer sent by an unknown enemy to replace this Brava.

"You can decide; you can decide, as long as you don’t retaliate, it’ll be fine!" Brava’s oil-painted face showed a look of anticipation, one nearly begging, almost willing to kneel and kowtow to Igor.

"You’re so selfish!" Igor said sharply, trying to establish his high and mighty position, to make Brava completely believe he was the one here to replace him.

"Selfish?" Brava suddenly laughed, "Who isn’t selfish? Aren’t you selfish?"

Igor knew why Brava would say this, because he understood the Soul Devourers to some extent; they are people who would stop at nothing to acquire a complete body and wouldn’t consider the whole.

"Stop acting as a moral model from above; we all come through like this: devouring or being devoured, there’s just that one result. Didn’t you come through the same way? Stop pretending in front of me!" Brava’s tone became anxious, seemingly discomforted by Igors’ words.

"Indeed, without selfishness, we cannot exist; but you’ve been here for so long without completing your designated mission, don’t you understand what I mean by selfishness!"

Igor wasn’t speaking randomly; he had assumed many identities during this time, and had long grown accustomed to knowing what to say and what not to say. It’s the effect of acting a lot, Igor even felt acting had turned him into an expert liar...

"Go!" Igor swung his hand, a Lightning shot out.

The goal of his phantom attack was to cover this Lightning.

The appearance of Thunder and Electricity could stimulate these Spirit Entities’ perception; as long as it hit Brava, the entities he devoured would resonate due to the Lightning.

Lightning, represents the Resistors!

In the Border Realm, Resistants constantly fought against the Soul Devourers; those devoured Spirit Entities held profound understanding of the Resistors.

This Lightning was the door opener; since confirming the opponent as the Soul Devourer army, it’s time for their old adversary to appear!

Igor’s purpose was clear, even here in the Spirit World, he wouldn’t neglect any opportunity to awaken the Resistants!
