Chapter 59: Healing Sessions
The healthy colleagues under Commander Lynn had assisted Ayra in separating the sick based on their conditions.
The system had given her their different needs so Ayra would run a quick examination and then instruct the men on where to place them.
"Those with swollen skin and body discomfort.. keep them here.." she said. "Bring those with immense pain forward, I’ll take care of them."
Ayra had become the boss in the situation. Professionally handing out instructions while also working effectively to examine them and call the shots. No one questioned her. No one dared. Because when the tribe leaders and Commander Lynn were following her instructions, who were you to not follow?
And so the healthy ones stood aside and watched Ayra work. They were all impressed. Because wasn’t this the useless F-rank female everyone said was lazy and good for nothing?! She was the one literally calling the shots like a boss!
Ayra knelt down before some of the elders in pain and examined their ranks and conditions. She started with the elders as they were few in the tribe. Running her hands through their forehead and arms and slowly soothing them. She healed those with pain and discomfort and soon, these elders got themselves back.
They couldn’t feel any pain or discomfort anymore. Those who had developed some physical injury from the illness had recovered.
The elders sat around while staring at each other. "I’m fine...my injury is gone too..I’m healed," one cried.
"I can’t feel any pain..."
"I’m healed..."
The elders were all shocked as they watched themselves.
"The female really is a talent!" They praised.
Ash and Vale stared with a smile as she healed the elders while the others shook their heads in disbelief. They were impressed.
"Here, have some," Ash approached Ayra with an apple. "You should have some healthy meal while working. It helps you better."
Ash had offered to feed her while she worked. He had volunteered to be of help in that area.
But Vale also approached with a herb. "She should take this instead. It’s more healthy for her given her situation and it’ll help her work better."
"Says who? Fruits are more delicious."
"Delicious doesn’t matter. This does."
And so Vale and Ash fell into a debate session on which had the better value for her. The two had forgotten about feeding Ayra while she worked and were bickering now.
Zark stood there, arms folded as he shook his head. Ayra smiled as she healed some of the kids now which she had moved to.
She turned and stared at Commander Lynn who was standing close to her side and observing the scene. "Help feed me," she requested.
Commander Lynn hesitated. She could feel him freeze while his cheeks briefly flushed. But Commander Lynn cleared his throat as he approached her.
He picked up a fruit and handed it to Ayra as she smiled while she took a bite while healing.
Ash and Vale had stopped bickering and turned to Commander Lynn who was feeding Ayra. They gasped, speechless.
"Traitor," Ash scoffed.

Ayra had fully shifted to the young teens. She had physically healed those whom she could handle, running her hands through their head and hands while watching as their illness got better.
While she worked, Commander Lynn helped to move the people to the side while bringing forth those who needed treatment. They were all working hard to handle all the sick tribe members.
Ash and Vale watched as Ayra worked as Ash asked, "You’ve been healing for long now...are you sure you’re okay?"
Vale asked, "And the cub.. you’re pregnant so should you be working this much..?" It was clear that they were worried about her pregnant state while she was working. Everyone knew that healing and soothing for a female while being pregnant was a hard task!
Ayra smiled as she nodded. "Don’t worry, I’m fine.. and the cub will be fine too. Don’t worry. Don’t you know I’m a skilled female?" She assured as she continued healing all the teens in the different categories.
Ayra had already started feeling weak and tired instead. She had expected it with the system’s warning and with the fact that she had been healing for hours now.
But she had taken up this job herself and she had promised to help these beastmen, so she couldn’t stop now. She would heal them to the end even if it meant bearing the pain of childbirth.
The news immediately spread like wildfire as healthy beastmen in the tribe had slowly gathered to watch the female work.
They all stared in immense shock as she healed all these men without much ado or anything. It was like pure magic! And they were certain. Because at that moment, all of them didn’t dare talk down on this female again. Because everyone had witnessed her healing all their members who were close to death.
They were surprised how she did it with full dedication. They didn’t know the female was this genuine and dedicated. It changed their view of Ayra at that moment.
For those who needed medication, Ayra had made it herself. She had requested for the herbs she’d need and Vale and his men set off to get them without any hesitation at all.
And she had mixed the herbal medication and requested that those in the kitchen help her prepare it.
The chief cook, the rabbit, didn’t even argue at all. After the previous meal he had eaten from Ayra, she had completely won him over! And so as soon as he heard that she needed something cooked, the rabbit immediately had his men begin working hard.
They prepared all the medications in a large quantity while they had it delivered to her immediately. Ayra requested Ash, Vale, Zark, Commander Lynn and his men around there to help feed the sick teens and older beastmen around.
And they didn’t complain. They took the medication and fed them all, complying to her commands while Ayra took her time to heal the older beastmen now.
Some were almost going berserk so she had to bring them back to sanity before she could properly heal them.
Her energy kept going down as she worked. But she couldn’t let it show. She kept a calm expression while she continued healing all the beastmen.
She was already in the last category, so she had to work through that too.
