Chapter 55: Steamy Distraction
Lord Vale arrived with some herbal medication. "Hey, move aside. Let me treat the female," he insisted.
"Can’t you see I’m busy with her and my cub? Stop disrupting if you don’t have a cub," Ash asked, soothing her stomach.
"What a show off. Move aside, I want to treat her leg," the silver snake insisted.
"Don’t worry, I’ll lick the leg. I’m sure it’ll get better that way," Ash insisted as Ayra panicked.
"You can’t do that," the silver snake casually brushed the fox aside as he went on his knees before Ayra and began applying the medication on Ayra’s feet.
Lord Ash stood there with both arms folded. He watched him treat her legs while also staring at Ayra’s face. She was squeezing it a bit from time to time from the pain.
"Take it easy. You’ll hurt her and my cub if you don’t go easy," Ash insisted as he stared at Ayra.
Vale shook his head. "Of course it’s supposed to hurt.. I’m being as gentle as possible already," he continued his healing.
Ash stared at Ayra for a while before he leaned close to her. He held Ayra by the chin and positioned her eyes to his with a smile. "Stare at me, it won’t hurt then."
Ayra’s heart fluttered as she stared into his eyes and that smile. She couldn’t believe he was actually making her heart flutter. He really was a flirt a fox could be.
"Since you healed us the last time through that means..." Ash smiled. "Why don’t you also let us heal you in that way...?"
Ayra panicked, staring at him that she even forgot she was getting treated on her legs. Her heart jumped as she wondered what was running through this fox’s mind. Was he planning on...?!
The fox smiled mischievously as he ran his fingers through her lips, wiping her lips clean as he licked off the same finger. He smiled. "You taste so nice..." He scoffed as he slowly leaned closer and pressed his lips against hers.
While the snake treated Ayra’s ankle, Ash had his mouth latched onto hers, kissing her gently and deeply while letting his tongue break into hers. He played with her saliva with his tongue, licking her while swallowing hard onto her mouth.
Ayra gulped as he pressed deeper, letting his tongue dive deep into her and tangling with her tongue. She could feel him sucking onto her saliva, kissing her mouth in ways that made her go weak.
He continued kissing her, gentle and intense while his hands held firmly on her chin. She was lost in his mouth, lost in his tongue that playfully swept her inner mouth, licking and sucking hard until Vale was done.
"I’m done. You can let her go," Vale said as he left to discard the medication he had used.
Ash was already lost in the kiss. But he managed to pull away, his saliva creating a thin drooly line as he pulled from her mouth. He smiled. "I never wanted to stop. But I guess I have no choice but to..." He smiled, patting her by the ear. "Your mouth tastes nice, Ayra. Can’t wait to taste more."
Ayra was shocked by the kiss. But she was even more shocked by the fact that he was now using her real name?! Now that was an improvement.
[Ding]
[Mate stats improved!]
[Fox: + 10 = 40%]
[Silver snake: + 10 = 20%]
[Wolf: + 5 = 40%]
[Dragon: + 0 = 0%]
Ayra rolled her eyes at the dragon’s stat. She wasn’t surprised. The dragon was basically sitting there and rolling his eyes while staring at them. Acting all cold, grumpy and aloof.
At the moment, Ayra had recalled why she was here. The snake was already done fixing her legs, so she guessed it was the time to bring it up.
"I have something to discuss with you all..." She said as she stared at them.
Ash, Vale and Commander Lynn stared at her curiously.
"And what could you have to say?" The dragon inquired.
"Something extremely important," she hesitated as she met their curious gaze. "Don’t hand over the food stuff to the Silvermoon tribe." She kept it simple.
They were all quiet for a while. They didn’t bother questioning where she had learned that they were planning on sending the meal, they guessed she must have heard it from some guard gossiping.
"And why do you say so?" The dragon asked.
Ayra hesitated. She went with plan A. "Because they’re not worth it. They’re not worth wasting such food stuff on when they don’t even appreciate it. It makes no sense wasting our hard work on that. Especially since there’s already limited food for us. So why bother?"
Zark hesitated and then said, "You really have made your decent research on our tribe to know we have limited food."
Ayra smiled. "It doesn’t require research, it’s basic knowledge I presume."
"..."
She continued. "I think it’s high time you stopped dancing to their tunes. Stop serving them because they’ll only keep coming to ask for more until you all are drained to death."
The rest listened to her as Zark asked further, "You should also be aware of the situation at hand. It’s not like it’s something willingly done out of charity. You should also be aware too."
Ayra was. She understood the manipulative condition at which they’re serving the Silvermoon tribe. "I understand but I believe that there should be a way out of it. Maybe if we think hard, there should be a way to break free from serving them. I believe as a leader, you can’t let these people work so hard only for their collective efforts to be wasted on those ungrateful bastards."
Even though it was just a task, Ayra simply couldn’t bear to see them work their ass to please those ungrateful upper tribe. She found it extremely unfair and messed up.
They stared at her, rather surprised.
Was she genuinely speaking about liberating them? They couldn’t believe that she could be suggesting such stuff.
"I guess you’re not against your tribe after they exiled you. Or are you trying to use us to get revenge on them?" Zark questioned.
