Legend says there was once a master who created everything, the first god to awaken from the Spirit World. In seven days, he created the myriad realms of the Western Universe, with heaven and the Abyss being his masterpieces, and the mighty dragons merely his guardians.

Yet, before his slumber, he intended to choose a representative from his creations to manage everything in his stead.

Ultimately, he chose Gabriel, who thus became the Lord of Glory, possessing the authority to control Fate.

However, Gabriel’s brother, the Lord of Dawn, Lucifer, expressed dissatisfaction. He arrogantly refused the master’s will, leading one-third of the angels in heaven to fall into the Abyss, turning into demons.

Well, that’s how the legend goes, but no one knows if it’s true, as the tale seems to have been spread from heaven’s version, where heaven seems to be embellishing itself, emphasizing its legitimacy as the primacy among the three calamities of the Western Universe, hence fabricating such a myth.

However, it’s true that Lucifer led one-third of the angels into the Abyss. Many ancient worlds have records of that rebellion in heaven.

The most common view is that these two powerful Kings of Angels, Gabriel and Lucifer, fought for the supremacy of heaven. Ultimately, Gabriel prevailed, and as the loser, Lucifer was unwilling to be ruled, arrogantly leading his followers in rebellion, falling into the Abyss.

Though looking back now, the brother and sister’s fallout seems somewhat unjust, as Gabriel eventually couldn’t hold the throne and was still driven off the altar by the Divine King leading the witches.

In any case, whatever the reason for the angelic siblings’ fallout, now they’ve once again confronted each other, surely with juicy drama to enjoy.

The witches were happy to see heaven and the Abyss start fighting again, as the old three calamities have once again become increasingly active, possibly having thoughts about the witches’ current dominance in the Western Universe.

The witches didn’t want these three old rivals to be on good terms. If they really united, it would indeed be a big problem, so seeing them battle amongst themselves was something the witches welcomed.

Unfortunately, the drama was stopped abruptly.

A powerful Dragon’s Might enveloped the entire venue, silencing everyone, including Gabriel and Lucifer.

There was naturally only one Dragon Witch in attendance with such power.

Thus, everyone’s gaze once again focused on the tall and imposing Lady Knight.

"Today, I only welcome guests bearing blessings,"

said Nidhogg, her majestic Dragon Eyes fixed on Gabriel and Lucifer, her voice calm.

However, these two former Kings of Angels at the pinnacle of the Western Universe both felt immense pressure, even though they were supreme beings, they now felt as if they reverted to mortals, facing the danger of being preyed upon by a beast.

For a moment, the brother and sister both felt a bit complicated in their hearts.

Lucifer was a bit better off, after all, he had been keeping an eye on everything in the Witch World over the years. Although he was not a great dragon and had not personally experienced being beaten by the Dragon King like the Eight Dragon Gods of the Dragon Realm, at least he witnessed that battle.
