The assistant, however, looked at the Ark and immediately saw a way to get rich. He began to murmur, "If we took this Ark back and sold it to the United States, we could make a fortune..."
As everyone marveled at the grandeur of Noah’s Ark, Lili suddenly thought of a practical problem. "Zhao Rong," she began, "it’s incredible that you conjured up Noah’s Ark, but we’re supposed to be diving into this deep pool. We’re not escaping a flood, are we? Yu Lan offered her own theory. "I think they were all eaten by that green water monster. Many of these are extinct animals, which means the monster has been living in this pool for far longer than tens of thousands of years. It could be tens of millions, or even hundreds of millions of years."
Just then, the assistant spotted something not far away: a green creature resembling a giant python was slowly swimming toward their submarine.
The assistant was so frightened that he fell to the floor. He pointed at the green monster outside the window and screamed in horror, "My God! Zhao Rong, Lili, Yu Lan, Xuelian, look! That green monster is coming to attack us!"
