"You from the Stars" aired for the first time on August 18. Zhedong TV plus Beijing TV won a total viewing rate of 4.42%. The second episode aired the next day on August 19. The viewing rate exceeded 5%!

Although the first two episodes cannot be relied upon to determine the overall viewing level of a TV show, virtually no one inside or outside the circle questions the success of Star You. Media speculation about Star You focuses more on the question of how much average viewership the show will eventually achieve.

Just the same night on the 19th, the Korean dubbed version of "Star You" was first broadcast on KGS TV in Korea.
